Room was "clean" but didn't feel like it. No shower door so the bathroom floor was flooded at every shower. No surprise there was a little bit of black mold here and there. Doors were SO noisy, slamming constantly on the whole floor. Only one electric plug oddly place in the room. And the smell... the smell ! The room smelled like sewage thanks to the sink and shower drains. They pretend to be environmentally-friendly by not changing the towels everyday, but they do change them, no matter where I tried to hide the towels.
The breakfast was good. The staff at the breakfast and the reception was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The complete opposite of the staff at the restaurant/bar.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a business trip. The room is small but comfortable and includes all of the necessities.
The restaurant downstairs is very convenient and the staff is remarkable.
I only gave 3 starts because of two negative experiences I've had. The first one being one of the cleaners entering my room without knocking first. It was quite scary to hear the door open with someone being ready to enter with no warning. I went to the front desk and told them I didn't want anyone to come clean my rom after that.
The second issue is from the breakfast. Meat is being left out for so long and the first few days I had breakfast early so it was fine. However on my last day, I slept in. When I got downstairs, the ham was covered in flies (see picture), it grossed me out. The other breakfast items seemed fine but this is absolutely not ok, especially seeing how much they charge for breakfast.

its good enough. but if I want to be peaky : bathroom does not have a door, shower does not have a door. it is very hot inside the room (was +30 celcius outside) and we can hear every noise in the hall. parking for the car is expensive. otherwise it is fine, staff is nice and hotel is well located.

Our room was very small and had only a glass screen for the toilet and bathroom between the bedroom. The main door into the room ioened up onto the bed

I recently stayed here and while the location and overall service were decent, I was disappointed with the bathroom facilities. The bathroom is extremely small, making it very uncomfortable to move around. It felt cramped and impractical, which negatively impacted my stay. For the price, I expected a more functional and spacious setup. This is something the management should seriously consider improving.

Room very hot as there is no air conditioning. Shower base covered in black mould. Very little room to get in and out of bed corridor side of bed. Bathroom sink water overflows as the drainage is very very slow. Tv channels not suitable for overseas travellers.

The location of the hotel was convenient. The ground floor/reception area was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room I was assigned (210). The walls could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and there were noticeable gaps between some of the floorboards. Three of the loo seat support brackets were broken, and the television appeared outdated with a faded image. The shower cubicle had no door, and it was impossible to shower without a significant amount of water on the bathroom floor. The list goes on... While I have stayed at other IBIS hotels with positive experiences, this room fell way short of my expectations.
