Large family room, large bathroom with all comfort. Also the restaurant was good. Room price is very reasonable. What to say, unfortunately we stopped only one night.

Hotel Bristol Mulhouse is a good looking hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is possible in the courtyard of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel, rooms and showers. Staff very kind. When our group had dinner I think catering staff overlooked the information that I was gluten free. My main course consisted of an extremely small tail end of fish and a large portion of green beans in oil. The hotel is conveniently close to the city center and the train station. It has an interesting decoration that makes you feel like you're on a movie set. We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, and the room was very cold with cold air blowing from the A/C. When we called the reception, they mentioned a possible issue and, after a while, the heating started working, but it kept intermittently failing...

At € 100, the room was fair sized. Comfortable bed and shower. But the breakfast was a rip off. Only cereal, breads, boiled eggs, very small variety of cold cuts, yogurt and fruit. No hot dishes and if you want eggs, they come at a price of €7!!

Easy to find, plenty of parking including hotel garage for a few euros per day, 5 minutes from the centre, room clean, warm and the bed very comfortable. Didn't try dinner but a good quality breakfast.

Good hotel. The staff is very polite. It is situated very near to Mulhouse central railway station. The drawbacks are 1. My room doesn't have any ventilation system. Not even in the washroom. 2. The bathing corner was not fully covered with glass. So it leaks the water. 3. Breakfast was not very good. We got burnt croissants and we had to wait a long time for scrambled eggs. I was very happy with this hotel. The service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I got free parking on the street outside after 6pm to 9am. It's free all day Sunday btw. The bed was comfy and pillows good. Ive paid 4 x more for less of an experience at other hotels. Highly recommend.

Delightful. Very courteous and helpful to a stranded passenger arriving late. Made me a late supper, sweet room with a bath. Nice view over the lovely town. Would stay again.

The hotel was a a treasure, and in a great location. Everything about our room was excellent except that the cleaning staff had forgotten to vacuum and mop the floor and we found pet hair on our socks. We got a vacuum from the front desk and cleaned the floors ourselves. . Other than that, the room and our stay was very very good.

The establish was very clean, quiet , and near to the train station! The stuff was excellent and I have to say that Samuel was very friendly polite and healthful!!!

Great example of a refurbished/redecorated hotel, right in the center of Mulhouse, close to all facilities/restaurants. Helpful staff at the reception. Also very good that an underground public parking area is available below the hotel itself, with direct access to it. Finally breakfast is recommended with a very original setup.

We booked one night with two children. The hotel is in the middle of the town with lots of options for food. The decoration of the room is modern. We first got a room and the airco wasnt functioning and the card holder was broken, so the lights would switch off after 2 minutes. After an hour, we managed to get another room. Lovely hotel located in city center of Mulhouse. Parking garage located next door. Quick check in and out. Fun lobby also has a smal bar for various drinks. Standard Double rooms are a bit tiny and old fashioned but still convenient and clean (its 3 stars, so ok). Staff is very friendly, the layout and decoration really beautiful. I did not stay in the hotel but I did visit. They are a part of the "Bounce" program and open on a Sunday so I was able to leave my suitcase here for the day while I went off to explore Mulhouse. The lady at the check-in desk was polite, spoke perfect English and took care of business promptly. I had no issues. It is ok for a simple night passing by. Better than others from the same chain in France. The bed smells clean, the bathroom is clean and the room has enough space. If anything, the floor needs some love, cause there are crumbs everywhere, in every corner.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff I interacted with were absolutely lovely. The room was very good for the price point, the bathroom was enclosed with a proper wall (I hate those with just a glass partition!) and the blackout curtain was seriously good! The mattress and the pillows were firm which I prefer, and there was space for me to store my stuff. The aircon was in good working order...

I don’t understand why the place only has 3,8 stars. It is really clean, safe, calm and staff members are very helpful as well as fully bilingual. Plus it is a stone’s throw away from the main train station.

All staff we met were very helpful. They addressed smokers, our door wouldn't unlock, knew where a laundry was, etc. Even the maid was very nice. There's a microwave in the lobby. Rooms were very clean. Heat was great. Hot water.

We just visited Mulhouse for the 1st time and stayed at the Berti hotel. What a nice place. Old private house, remodelled with modern with taste, great location, delicious breakfast but really the staff makes all the difference. This hotel is located in a residential area of Mulhouse, with a good location and all the shops and supermarkets you might need nearby. However, we booked a standard double room and found the bed quite small and the mattress too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Nice Holiday Inn. Quiet location and great access to the motorway. Handy restaurants within 100m (Inc. A Subway). Friendly staff who all spoke English. Good parking directly to the front of the hotel. We had our dogs with us and there are some good dog walking areas east of the hotel towards IKEA. The only downside was that the room was rather warm when we arrived and the aircon would not cool it down...

The location is very good. You have access to city, Station, stores etc. Pleasant and cozy rooms. Highest level of cleanliness, enjoyed the view of rail tracks from the room. Breakfast is good, but can add few items like hard eggs.

Decent hotel in good location with parking (€7/night). This hotel is bit run down and has a feel of American motels. I think rooms would benefit from a little bit of upgrade. Staff were extremely helpful and polite and pretty much make up for most of the negatives.

We spent a night here on the way back to Germany from the south of France. It's a popular spot with a well frequented bar and restaurant. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and quiet. I slept well here.

Stayed there for a night during a tour. Rooms are small, but rather clean and tidy. Mattresses are thin and hard. There is free WiFi, toilets are are sometimes clean, sometimes dirty, but all in all ok. Breakfast buffet is not expensive and all you can eat/drink. All in all it's ok!
