Nice hotel in the center with a beautiful central station in front, very friendly and kind staff, clean and well-serviced rooms, underground parking for cars without having to struggle looking for a parking space, breakfast in the morning with an indescribable variety, only flaw the coffee. This hotel is very good and with a great location just across from the station and also close to the centre of the city. It seems to have been renovated recently and the room I got was comfortable and had a good bed. The staff were friendly. There was some traffic that went past in the evening that was loud but it quietened down well.

This is a lovely classic hotel with all the original immaculately preserved trimmings of a 1924 era. It is a wonderful place to visit

This is a lovely 4* accommodation at a price little under a standard 3* accommodation. It maintains the charm of the time when it was built whereas technologically fully up to date. It has a little piano bar.

Personnel accueillant, mais Hôtel vétuste bien que propre. Dans la chambre, le rideau occultant était hors d’usage et les divers rafistolages sur les murs ne sont pas dignes du groupe. Côté petit déjeuner, c’était très irrégulier d’un jour à l’autre, très décevant. Pour le restaurant, c’est juste pour un dépannage pour ne pas mourir de faim. Très déçu de cet hôtel.

Hotel ibis correct, les chambres sont petites comme dans tous les hôtels de cette gamme, donc pas de surprise. Un rafraîchissement des chambres serait à prévoir. Très bonne literie. Tout est propre. Personnel attentif et qui veut bien faire. Je ne recommande pas le « restaurant » très sommaire.

Rooms too small. Hotel is in an ok location but the rooms are as small as cupboards so no comfort in the room.

We stayed one night in this hotel which is well situated, not far from the highway. The reception and breakfast room have a modern vibe. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was simple but everyone will find something for his or her taste. We had two interconnecting rooms. The two small but clean rooms felt a bit dated. They did not correspond to the modern reception which was a pity....

Good hotel. The staff is very polite. It is situated very near to Mulhouse central railway station. The drawbacks are 1. My room doesn't have any ventilation system. Not even in the washroom. 2. The bathing corner was not fully covered with glass. So it leaks the water. 3. Breakfast was not very good. We got burnt croissants and we had to wait a long time for scrambled eggs. Bacon was served only one...

I was very happy with this hotel. The service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I got free parking on the street outside after 6pm to 9am. It's free all day Sunday btw. The bed was comfy and pillows good. Ive paid 4 x more for less of an experience at other hotels. Highly recommend.

Delightful. Very courteous and helpful to a stranded passenger arriving late. Made me a late supper, sweet room with a bath. Nice view over the lovely town. Would stay again.

The hotel was a a treasure, and in a great location. Everything about our room was excellent except that the cleaning staff had forgotten to vacuum and mop the floor and we found pet hair on our socks. We got a vacuum from the front desk and cleaned the floors ourselves. . Other than that, the room and our stay was very very good.

Rooms are fine but the roomservice isn't

The staff members are very kind. Generally speaking the room is good, though a little imperfect cleaning issues. Due to the localisation right in middle city, it's a little noisy during the night but I could support it. Breakfast is very great. Hotel Parking is not free, 11€/night if I remember.

Price-quality factor is very good! We had a stay for one night, for a fair price. The rooms look clean, one of the cleanest I have seen in this price range. The people are friendly. The parking costs 10€/night, which is fair. The only thing missing in the room was a fridge (and locker).

The establish was very clean, quiet , and near to the train station! The stuff was excellent and I have to say that Samuel was very friendly polite and healthful!!!

Nice and modern hotel. Situated close to the train station. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is simple, but ok for the Ibis class hotel. Parking is a public parking of the train station under the hotel, clean and spacious. Don't forget to present your parking ticket at the reception.

Parking right under the hotel accessible through a nearby underground car park entrance. Parking fee can be paid at the hotel counter. Just give the ticket to the employee. Merci pour le bon temps.

Great example of a refurbished/redecorated hotel, right in the center of Mulhouse, close to all facilities/restaurants. Helpful staff at the reception. Also very good that an underground public parking area is available below the hotel itself, with direct access to it. Finally breakfast is recommended with a very original setup.

We booked one night with two children. The hotel is in the middle of the town with lots of options for food. The decoration of the room is modern. We first got a room and the airco wasnt functioning and the card holder was broken, so the lights would switch off after 2 minutes. After an hour, we managed to get another room. But the new one didn't have a mini fridge, but we were just glad to have a...

Very basic facilities, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, are a little better than dormitories, and the price-performance ratio is really not high. Fortunately, the breakfast is relatively complete and the waiters are very friendly. The parking lot is right next to the hotel, which is more convenient.

It is ok for a simple night passing by. Better than others from the same chain in France. The bed smells clean, the bathroom is clean and the room has enough space. If anything, the floor needs some love, cause there are crumbs everywhere, in every corner.

Good value for the price. Comfy beds, clean rooms. The breakfast was good. They served pastry (fresh croissants and pain au chocolate), omelette and bacon, cereal, coffee, and veggies. Everything tasted great.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff I interacted with were absolutely lovely. The room was very good for the price point, the bathroom was enclosed with a proper wall (I hate those with just a glass partition!) and the blackout curtain was seriously good! The mattress and the pillows were firm which I prefer, and there was space for me to store my stuff. The aircon was in good working order...

Location and value for the money are great. The staff is friendly and at your service. Breakfast is enough to start a day but it lacks fruit choice. Rooms and bathrooms could get a refresh.

I don’t understand why the place only has 3,8 stars. It is really clean, safe, calm and staff members are very helpful as well as fully bilingual. Plus it is a stone’s throw away from the main train station.

All staff we met were very helpful. They addressed smokers, our door wouldn't unlock, knew where a laundry was, etc. Even the maid was very nice. There's a microwave in the lobby. Rooms were very clean. Heat was great. Hot water.

We were given a warm welcome and showed where to park the car. The lovely receptionist showed us to our room and explained everything. We had dinner in the hotel after a walk round the town. It was local produce, presented well and was a lovely two course meal. Thank you. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We just visited Mulhouse for the 1st time and stayed at the Berti hotel. What a nice place. Old private house, remodelled with modern with taste, great location, delicious breakfast but really the staff makes all the difference. Lovely welcome and were shown to our room which was decorated beautifully with a big bathroom. Close to the town centre and dog friendly. We didn’t have breakfast but only because we wanted to leave early due to our long drive south but I’m sure it would have been good. Highly recommended...

Good stopover hotel, nice well appointed rooms. Secure underground parking (€15) or free outside (not secure). Suggest skip breakfast at the hotel, spread is good but so-so quality. Didn’t dine in restaurant so can’t comment.

This hotel is located in a residential area of Mulhouse, with a good location and all the shops and supermarkets you might need nearby. However, we booked a standard double room and found the bed quite small and the mattress too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty, the walls had some scratches, and the kettle was so dirty that it needed to be replaced before...

The location is very good. You have access to city, Station, stores etc. Pleasant and cozy rooms. Highest level of cleanliness, enjoyed the view of rail tracks from the room. Breakfast is good, but can add few items like hard eggs.

All the front desk staff were very good. Varying levels of English, as expected. Victor & Sammy were absolutely fantastic. Helped me work out transport plans and the most efficient way to get to sights.

Food was nice. We had flammenkuche, pizza and emincé. Our waiter was really attentive. We felt taken care for. Much appreciated the service.

We were not expecting much about the food as the reviews about this place were soso... It turned out that the food was okay (I had a wok of noodles, veggies and chicken and my friends had pizzas and Caesar salad). Everything was good, rather large portions and friendly service. It's just a bit pricey in my opinion.

We spent a night here on the way back to Germany from the south of France. It's a popular spot with a well frequented bar and restaurant. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and quiet. I slept well here.

Stayed there for a night during a tour. Rooms are small, but rather clean and tidy. Mattresses are thin and hard. There is free WiFi, toilets are are sometimes clean, sometimes dirty, but all in all ok. Breakfast buffet is not expensive and all you can eat/drink. All in all it's ok!
