Hotel Bristol Mulhouse is a good looking hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is possible in the courtyard of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom had sufficient amount of towels. The bed had enough soft pillows. The hotel is close to Musée National de l'Automobile. Mulhouse is a small town. The hotel is in a good location in the center of town. However, some front desk staff have a bad attitude towards Asians. Some staff are warm and helpful. The elevator was under maintenance after check-in. They said it would be fixed soon that day, but it was not fixed when I checked out... I asked for a room change, otherwise I would be given the worst room which is far away...

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Staff is very friendly and provides a feeling of staying at home. The location is ideal for visiting Mulhouse. The only negative part was the restaurant. The staff was responding very slowly at dinner.

Basic hotel, needs renovation, no 4 stars worth, should say max 3 stars, room was not clean, dust, carpet was wet on some areas, low hygiëne, breakfast (at 8.30) not enough tables free, coffeemachine very dirty, not enough bread, everybody was asking at the waitresses for food and drinks and tellers and coffee tasses and …. ( they were very friendly), in the bar they did not know to serve a rhum, finally...

In any unclear situation I prefer this chain. Great location, nice comfortable and clean room, acceptable breakfast, friendly staff. Special thanks for the choice of tea for breakfast. For 25 euros there is an option of early check-in/late check-out. Expectedly good quality for an affordable price

Rooms too small. Hotel is in an ok location but the rooms are as small as cupboards so no comfort in the room.

We stayed one night in this hotel which is well situated, not far from the highway. The reception and breakfast room have a modern vibe. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was simple but everyone will find something for his or her taste. We had two interconnecting rooms. The two small but clean rooms felt a bit dated. Quiet location away from town and train station. However very basic booked a twin was given double when returned to desk asked to wait 5 mins same room just put separate duvet but one was doubled on top so far too warm for august. Easy to find, plenty of parking including hotel garage for a few euros per day, 5 minutes from the centre, room clean, warm and the bed very comfortable. Didn't try dinner but a good quality breakfast.

Good hotel. The staff is very polite. It is situated very near to Mulhouse central railway station. The drawbacks are 1. My room doesn't have any ventilation system. Not even in the washroom. 2. The bathing corner was not fully covered with glass. So it leaks the water. 3. Breakfast was not very good. We got burnt croissants and we had to wait a long time for scrambled eggs. Great location near the center and station

The hotel "la bourse" is very conveniently situated, some 4 minutes on foot from the main station and even closer to the city center with it's bars and shops. Although the center is still a little bit away, it's too loud, to sleep with the the window open. The house and the rooms are in a likeable, past-decades-style and - for example - a big reproduction of an 19th-century picture of a local factory...

The staff members are very kind. Generally speaking the room is good, though a little imperfect cleaning issues. Due to the localisation right in middle city, it's a little noisy during the night but I could support it. Breakfast is very great. Hotel Parking is not free, 11€/night if I remember.

Great example of a refurbished/redecorated hotel, right in the center of Mulhouse, close to all facilities/restaurants. Helpful staff at the reception. Also very good that an underground public parking area is available below the hotel itself, with direct access to it. Finally breakfast is recommended with a very original setup.

We booked one night with two children. The hotel is in the middle of the town with lots of options for food. The decoration of the room is modern. We first got a room and the airco wasnt functioning and the card holder was broken, so the lights would switch off after 2 minutes. After an hour, we managed to get another room. Very basic facilities, especially bedrooms and bathrooms, are a little better than dormitories, and the price-performance ratio is really not high. Fortunately, the breakfast is relatively complete and the waiters are very friendly. The parking lot is right next to the hotel, which is more convenient.

The air conditioner in our room was broken. There was no toilet paper or blow dryer. We got it from reception in exchange for ID. The noise from the elevator was very loud in the room. The location is very good, there is plenty of parking, the beds are comfortable. If I were to come again, I would prefer a place away from the elevator.

We were given a warm welcome and showed where to park the car. The lovely receptionist showed us to our room and explained everything. We had dinner in the hotel after a walk round the town. We just visited Mulhouse for the 1st time and stayed at the Berti hotel. What a nice place. Old private house, remodelled with modern with taste, great location, delicious breakfast but really the staff makes all the difference. However, we booked a standard double room and found the bed quite small and the mattress too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty, the walls had some scratches, and the kettle was so dirty that it needed to be replaced before...

The location is very good. You have access to city, Station, stores etc. Pleasant and cozy rooms. Highest level of cleanliness, enjoyed the view of rail tracks from the room. Breakfast is good, but can add few items like hard eggs.

All the front desk staff were very good. Varying levels of English, as expected. Victor & Sammy were absolutely fantastic. Helped me work out transport plans and the most efficient way to get to sights.

Food was nice. We had flammenkuche, pizza and emincé. Our waiter was really attentive. We felt taken care for. Much appreciated the service.

We were not expecting much about the food as the reviews about this place were soso... It turned out that the food was okay (I had a wok of noodles, veggies and chicken and my friends had pizzas and Caesar salad). Everything was good, rather large portions and friendly service. It's just a bit pricey in my opinion.

We spent a night here on the way back to Germany from the south of France. It's a popular spot with a well frequented bar and restaurant. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and quiet. I slept well here.

The hotel is very good. Although it is a public toilet and public bathroom, it is very clean. The detergent used by the locals smells strange, which causes a little smell of detergent in the room. But it is acceptable.

Stayed there for a night during a tour. Rooms are small, but rather clean and tidy. Mattresses are thin and hard. There is free WiFi, toilets are are sometimes clean, sometimes dirty, but all in all ok. Breakfast buffet is not expensive and all you can eat/drink. All in all it's ok!
