1920s look and feel. Great bar and friendly staff. Directions to the underground parking needs to be added to the website as it is not so easy to find.

The hotel is conveniently close to the city center and the train station. It has an interesting decoration that makes you feel like you're on a movie set. We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, and the room was very cold with cold air blowing from the A/C. When we called the reception, they mentioned a possible issue and, after a while, the heating started working, but it kept intermittently failing...

The hotel dates back to the 1920’s and has lots of art deco charm. The bathroom had most of the original features and the bedroom has a mini fridge. The staff were lovely and really made us feel welcome. Secure underground parking just round the corner was a bonus. The air conditioning was silent and efficient. Breakfast was quite pricy but the trick is to book direct with the hotel and then it’s free...

Friendly service, spacious room (would be more functional if there was a full length mirror and a couple more plugs), good breakfast, conveniently located (walking distance from the Mulhouse train station and near the city centre).

Lovely restaurant and a convenient location. the rooms where good, but the bathrooms needed updating! Shower leaked and the doorstop was broken so the sink was cracked...

Nice Holiday Inn. Quiet location and great access to the motorway. Handy restaurants within 100m (Inc. A Subway). Friendly staff who all spoke English. Good parking directly to the front of the hotel. We had our dogs with us and there are some good dog walking areas east of the hotel towards IKEA. The only downside was that the room was rather warm when we arrived and the aircon would not cool it down...

Large family room, large bathroom with all comfort. Also the restaurant was good. Room price is very reasonable. What to say, unfortunately we stopped only one night.

Hotel Bristol Mulhouse is a good looking hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is possible in the courtyard of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom had sufficient amount of towels. The bed had enough soft pillows. The hotel is close to Musée National de l'Automobile. Downsides There was mold in the joints of the tiles in the bathroom. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant...

We had a Suite on the second floor . which was amazing . the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was like something out of a magazine, the breakfast was very good eat as much as you like from a good selection , the car park is part of a building site at the moment but being so close to everything it was good to be able to leave the car and walk around the sites. the car museum is about 15...

Great example of a refurbished/redecorated hotel, right in the center of Mulhouse, close to all facilities/restaurants. Helpful staff at the reception. Also very good that an underground public parking area is available below the hotel itself, with direct access to it. Finally breakfast is recommended with a very original setup.

We booked one night with two children. The hotel is in the middle of the town with lots of options for food. The decoration of the room is modern. We first got a room and the airco wasnt functioning and the card holder was broken, so the lights would switch off after 2 minutes. After an hour, we managed to get another room. Lovely hotel located in city center of Mulhouse. Parking garage located next door. Quick check in and out. Fun lobby also has a smal bar for various drinks. Rooms were nice and quiet, has enough amenities. Great views of the cathedral also. Pretty quiet. Breakfast could be a bit better with more warm food options. Best place in town though to stay.

We had a great stay . We were welcomed at the reception, a really cosy entrance with a bar lounge area. Everywhere there is this warm and cozy feeling, with eclectic artwork, a mix of modern , industrial and antique vintage furniture and props. Standard Double rooms are a bit tiny and old fashioned but still convenient and clean (its 3 stars, so ok). Staff is very friendly, the layout and decoration really beautiful. The breakfast ist a must have. Everything made with love. Location and also Parking very convenient. The hotel makes a Mulhouse weekend to a fantastic experience. Parking: Entrance is at 8 Rue du Couvent, bit hard to find.

I did not stay in the hotel but I did visit. They are a part of the "Bounce" program and open on a Sunday so I was able to leave my suitcase here for the day while I went off to explore Mulhouse. The lady at the check-in desk was polite, spoke perfect English and took care of business promptly. I had no issues. The location of the hotel is excellent, located in the core of the city's shopping areas...

Stayed there for a night during a tour. Rooms are small, but rather clean and tidy. Mattresses are thin and hard. There is free WiFi, toilets are are sometimes clean, sometimes dirty, but all in all ok. Breakfast buffet is not expensive and all you can eat/drink. All in all it's ok!

Comfortable , modern hotel! Tea/ coffee in rooms which not always the case in Europe. Nice meals but bar area quite small.

The hotel is quite standard, but the restaurant has an amazing cuisine: try it.

The location is very good. You have access to city, Station, stores etc. Pleasant and cozy rooms. Highest level of cleanliness, enjoyed the view of rail tracks from the room. Breakfast is good, but can add few items like hard eggs.

All the front desk staff were very good. Varying levels of English, as expected. Victor & Sammy were absolutely fantastic. Helped me work out transport plans and the most efficient way to get to sights.

I was very happy with this hotel. The service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I got free parking on the street outside after 6pm to 9am. It's free all day Sunday btw. The bed was comfy and pillows good. Ive paid 4 x more for less of an experience at other hotels. Highly recommend.

Delightful. Very courteous and helpful to a stranded passenger arriving late. Made me a late supper, sweet room with a bath. Nice view over the lovely town. Would stay again.

The hotel was a a treasure, and in a great location. Everything about our room was excellent except that the cleaning staff had forgotten to vacuum and mop the floor and we found pet hair on our socks. We got a vacuum from the front desk and cleaned the floors ourselves. . Other than that, the room and our stay was very very good.

Easy to find, plenty of parking including hotel garage for a few euros per day, 5 minutes from the centre, room clean, warm and the bed very comfortable. Didn't try dinner but a good quality breakfast.

Rooms a little small, very nice receptionist and waiters. Good position to visit the city without car.

Really a great experience, the hotel was very comfortable and clean. It also offered some extra facilities we didn't expect. We also tried the restaurant, which offered home made dishes with local ingredients. Good price, good food and really large portions!

It was a wonderful stay at this delicated hotel with friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. We have individual AC in the room. The bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended…just worried about it would be difficult to book next time.

We just visited Mulhouse for the 1st time and stayed at the Berti hotel. What a nice place. Old private house, remodelled with modern with taste, great location, delicious breakfast but really the staff makes all the difference. A great example of what a quality, independent hotel should be and a real find that we will definitely be returning to. Lovely welcome and were shown to our room which was decorated beautifully with a big bathroom. Close to the town centre and dog friendly. We didn’t have breakfast but only because we wanted to leave early due to our long drive south but I’m sure it would have been good. Highly recommended...

Surprisingly comfortable

Very nicely located hotel with direct access to the railway station and the city center. Very friendly professional and helpful staff. Parking right under the hotel accessible through a nearby underground car park entrance. Parking fee can be paid at the hotel counter. Just give the ticket to the employee. Merci pour le bon temps.

Decent hotel in good location with parking (€7/night). This hotel is bit run down and has a feel of American motels. I think rooms would benefit from a little bit of upgrade. Staff were extremely helpful and polite and pretty much make up for most of the negatives.

Adequate, perfect if all you need is a bed, shower and breakfast before hitting the road again

Food was nice. We had flammenkuche, pizza and emincé. Our waiter was really attentive. We felt taken care for. Much appreciated the service.

We were not expecting much about the food as the reviews about this place were soso... It turned out that the food was okay (I had a wok of noodles, veggies and chicken and my friends had pizzas and Caesar salad). Everything was good, rather large portions and friendly service. It's just a bit pricey in my opinion.

We spent a night here on the way back to Germany from the south of France. It's a popular spot with a well frequented bar and restaurant. The rooms are quite basic, but clean and quiet. I slept well here.

It is ok for a simple night passing by. Better than others from the same chain in France. The bed smells clean, the bathroom is clean and the room has enough space. If anything, the floor needs some love, cause there are crumbs everywhere, in every corner.

Good value for the price. Comfy beds, clean rooms. The breakfast was good. They served pastry (fresh croissants and pain au chocolate), omelette and bacon, cereal, coffee, and veggies. Everything tasted great.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff I interacted with were absolutely lovely. The room was very good for the price point, the bathroom was enclosed with a proper wall (I hate those with just a glass partition!) and the blackout curtain was seriously good! The mattress and the pillows were firm which I prefer, and there was space for me to store my stuff. The aircon was in good working order...

Location and value for the money are great. The staff is friendly and at your service. Breakfast is enough to start a day but it lacks fruit choice. Rooms and bathrooms could get a refresh.

I don’t understand why the place only has 3,8 stars. It is really clean, safe, calm and staff members are very helpful as well as fully bilingual. Plus it is a stone’s throw away from the main train station.

All staff we met were very helpful. They addressed smokers, our door wouldn't unlock, knew where a laundry was, etc. Even the maid was very nice. There's a microwave in the lobby. Rooms were very clean. Heat was great. Hot water.

The breakfast wasn't great and the rooms were a bit noisy. We were woken up by people screaming and moving stuff in another room and we kept hearing the elevator all throughout the night.
