Berti Hotel - Centre Gare

Really a great experience, the hotel was very comfortable and clean. It also offered some extra facilities we didn't expect.
We also tried the restaurant, which offered home made dishes with local ingredients. Good price, good food and really large portions!

It was a wonderful stay at this delicated hotel with friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. We have individual AC in the room. The bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended…just worried about it would be difficult to book next time.

Fantastic helpful service from evening and morning Reception staff, info about the town and area, a safe dry place for my bike. Thank you all! The breakfast is definitely worth the money and good service.

Lovely welcome and were shown to our room which was decorated beautifully with a big bathroom. Close to the town centre and dog friendly.
We didn’t have breakfast but only because we wanted to leave early due to our long drive south but I’m sure it would have been good.

We were given a warm welcome and showed where to park the car. The lovely receptionist showed us to our room and explained everything. We had dinner in the hotel after a walk round the town. It was local produce, presented well and was a lovely two course meal. Thank you. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We just visited Mulhouse for the 1st time and stayed at the Berti hotel. What a nice place. Old private house, remodelled with modern with taste, great location, delicious breakfast but really the staff makes all the difference. Everyone was smiling, enthousiaste, knowledgeable and willing to take the time with us. We really really appreciated it. Thank you . Muriel and Stefan.

Wow, what an absolute gem of a hotel! I'm thrilled I found this place and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mulhouse. Everything here had a personal touch, from the room to the restaurant and especially the service. The room was pretty standard size for France and Europe (so a bit small by American standards) but still ample space to not feel suffocated while you're in the room. The beds, linens, and towels were all very nice and comfortable. The TV had Netflix and all the streaming services, but I didn't come to this hotel to watch TV. The wifi here is super fast also, which is a huge plus! There was a free bag of (local?) cookies on the bed. Also of note: the hotel is accessed through a courtyard that's gated, and they lock the gate late at night (obviously, they unlock it if you're going out). In other words, it's super secure, although I didn't really feel unsafe in the neighborhood at any point. (For my fellow dog owners: this hotel allows dogs for €5 per night.)

I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and I was blown away by the whole experience. The prices were beyond reasonable (€29 for a three course meal, €8 for a glass of champagne), the food was incredible, and the server was outstanding. This restaurant is definitely one of those that you want to keep secret but at the same time you want to tell everyone about how terrific it is. I really hope more people find out about the restaurant and dine here even if they're not staying at the hotel.

Perhaps the best part of this hotel was the employees and their service. You can tell the employees really enjoy doing what they do and working here isn't merely a paycheck for them. The ladies at the front desk, the housekeeper, the restaurant server...everyone really went above and beyond (even by American standards, which, if you've been to France, really says something). When I arrived, I was given a quick tour of the room. Really not necessary but very much appreciated.

Perfect hotel in an excellent location, near the train station. The service was faultless, perfect. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Thank you for the wonderful service

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and great location. Tasty breakfast (hot scramble and bacon, pastry, cornflakes, great 100% juice, fruits…) Pleasant design of interior. Coffee machine in the room.

Only one drawback for me was two single mattress together on large bad.
