This little hotel is cute with all possible decoration of Jules Verne literature!
The staff at the reception are very friendly and professional, we want to highlight Lea’s work, she is very cooperative, she speaks in English with us which is very helpful, she explained everything about Nantes, how to go to every place and what kind of transportation is best, Hugo was very helpful too, very kind, his work is skilled and proficient.

Not value for money and boring. If you want your room to be cleaned then this hotel is not for you. A male receptionist called Gout has complicated cleaning the room as well as the cleaner, they were both unprofessionals and dull. Do not believe Gout when he promises you that your room will be cleaned at certain time, however the young lady receptionist called Gaellie was very helpful, friendly and professional, so thank you very much Gaellie for your help

We had an ok stay. However, breakfast was disappointing, so we did not even have it the rest of the days. Service is bad, e.g. if you order something, they leave your order outside and dont even reach out. This has cost us some money on losing an order from deliveroo. I asked for the room to be cleaned, took note, and didn't clean it. The question was, do you need clean towels? You can come get them from reception. Bru, what if i wanted 0 service? i would have booked an air bnb!
There is no mini bar, which is disappointing as well.

The room is small, the front desk is quite enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite rich, but the dining area is small. You need to estimate the dining time in advance when checking in so that they can arrange for off-peak dining. The hotel address is very good, there are many shops and restaurants next to it, and next to it is the Internet-famous restaurant la cigale. The staff at this hotel is fabulous! Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and close to everything. The parking is a 2 minute walk away and very easy to access. The room was clean. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff were really kind and helpful. I was given recommendations about what to see in Nantes. Nantes is a beautiful city and the location of the hotel is perfect in the city. There is a lovely guest area at the hotel to relax in with a coffee after a day walking in the city. I enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop view from my room. I definitely plan to come back to this hotel!
