Great location, only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Car park is directly beneath. Breakfast was really good. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful.
The only negative is the photo you’re about to see. I told the staff on check out and they said they would get it fixed immediately. But how the room staff didn’t see this was beyond me. It’s obviously been there for a long time.

Poor all round - location is a rougher part of town, a/c broken in room, only one accessible plug, poorly designed bathroom, lack of sound proofing between floors/rooms. Staff unwilling / unable to do anything about any problems!

Room is OK, kinda old but clean. The room we had is a bit small for a family of 4 but for two nights it was fine. Service was a lacking a bit, no refill of toilet paper for example. Parking garage is close, looks a bit shabby tho. From the hotel you are close to the castle and thus the city center. For the price it was pretty good.

Stayed here for a quick over night after a late flight the previous evening. The hotel was perfect for our needs, and the check in and out experience was super easy.
We stayed in a family room, lots of space and while slightly dated the room was spotless.
We had one drink and some charcuterie at the bar on arrival and the staff were very nice to us (pricing a little high for France but it's still cheaper than home).

The hotel Is reported as 4 star hotel but it is far away from that. Rooms are very old and not well furnished, internet connection is slow.
It is reported to have a gym, there is nothing.
The staff is nice and available, the restaurant is not open all day and the service outside of standard hours is very slow.
The breakfast is not bad, not a lot of choice but the quality is good enough.
The location is comfortable.

Very smart hotel in a rather quiet location. The outside of the building is simply stunning and will get anyone in a classic Nantes mood. The staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms are small but beautifully presented. The breakfast offering was as good as we’ve had in this class of hotel. Very good value for money and highly recommended.

Great hotel, right on top of the convention center.
Nice rooms, very helpful and efficient staff.
Walking distance from the train station, the city center, and if you attend a convention, you can just get there from the hotel without a coat no matter the weather.

Hotel near the city center. In a walking distance from the city center/Castle. Hotel is not brand new, but is well mantained. Staff is nice and helpfull.

Not helpful, slow, . Staff were a bit stuck up. Why bother with reusing towels when hot beverage in room is a Nestlé pod! I believe in doing our best for the planet which includes using towels more than once, but Nestlé is not a company that stands for sensible care of the plant.
