I stayed here only one night but the room was clean and small. The shower was ok, but small. The staff was terrific and very friendly. They were so nice and accommodating. The best thing about this hotel is the location, being right across from the train station. For what I paid and the location it was terrific value for my 1 night in Nantes. Thank you staff for your friendliness.

Extremely nice and friendly staff! Ofcourse the hotel is a bit minimalistic, but it's clean and the rooms are quite big. We have seen two different ladies at the front desk and both were really really sweet. Even the cleaning staff and the people who were busy painting the walls were very nice to us. The location is really good, just next to the station. It's not luxurious, but that's also not what it's pretending to be. It's a nice, simple hotel.

In a few years crisscrossing France, I've so far not seen worse than this hotel!
Home deplorable already on arrival (which would have had me put a flea in the ear). The phone at the time of booking, I was told "check in is from 14h and not before". Well, I take my provisions with a meeting scheduled at 13h. I arrive at the hotel around 15: 00. I'm enguirlander as possible because I arrive at 15h... Well... You eventually give me my keys for the rouste. I go up in a lift of a metre cube with my bags.
I arrive in my room and there stupor...
A carpet that is burnt in the cigarette butt with black patches. A very strong smell of tobacco despite the fact that I booked a non-smoking room. the wallpaper is peeling off. Post-meeting I head to the toilets, 2nd cry of horror at seeing the state of the bathroom. The joints are mouldy, hair in the shower. The lamps of the room were blackened tapestry with the time. Being allergic to dust mites, needless to say that my allergy was quickly declared...
I tell myself that I love the suspense, I opened the bed and there new lo! The sheets turned yellow with rings quite suspicious!
This is too much, I can not spend 3 nights here. Time to find a fallback solution (in other words, sleep at a friends on Nantes in their click-clack), I'm going down to the home meaning that in view of the state of the room I can not accept to spend 4 days in these conditions - and I have to admit I stayed rather calm in spite of my state of nervousness. I give the keys... well they have me still billed!!!
In short, to avoid any emergency! (unless you like to pay for a service that is not there and that you have a very good immune system)

I go regularly to this hotel for my work. It has been recently renovated and is well-insulated : the proximity with the train station no problem. The staff has always been very pleasant, even in case of late arrival, and always of good advice.
