Terminus Orléans Mini-hotel

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! Not only were the rooms and amenities excellent, but Maureen and JB truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. They were so attentive and proactive, helping us with every little detail. Their kindness made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I will try to keep this review as short as I can, but also as I promised myself to the receptionists before I left, that I would put as much detail as possible, but I have to say it straightforward, this is the best hotel I have ever visited and I would honestly just like to thank everyone who works there. I absolutely recommend this hotel, the staff is extremely receptive and will always be there to help you.

Mercure Hotel, one if not the most outstanding place I have ever stayed in, it not just "outstanding" it is absolutely amazing and fantastic, this should be the role model that hotels follow and to get in perspective I have visited and given reviews to many places before and I have never seen this much quality and everything you could ever ask for in a hotel.

Starting with the staff, probably the best reception I have ever received anywhere, they are super friendly and always willing to answer questions about the city or help you with anything, whatever your question is or issue they will try to help you solve it, and I would just like to thank all those who received us and helped us during our stay

Now the location of the hotel is also very good, it will give you a nice view of the street and it is located right near the metro station, which just allows you to walk out of the hotel and go anywhere you want in the city and not to forget there are some restaurants near the hotel and also some small markets, even a tram station is available near the hotel, so going around the city will not be a problem if your staying here, specially with the fact the metro station that is near the hotel, I do recommend you ask them for the hotel card or even a map if you're not from around, which they will not mind giving you one if in need!

Now the rooms, they're absolutely amazing one if not the best bedroom I have ever stayed in, the beds are very comfortable and there's a TV which you can watch the news, the room is also very quiet, they did an outstanding job on controlling the sound because as soon as you open the window, that's the only time you can hear anything going on, you can still hear a bit of the environment, but it's the great type of quiet. There's also a toilette in the bathroom and a wardrobe, and even a long table ( which is where the TV is ) that you can put stuff on, or use your computer on. but just know this, It's amazing and of course some of the rooms may be different than the one I was in.

I have to mention that this is a very high quality hotel, they have a cafeteria on the ground floor and a very unique reception and comfortable chairs, there's also a part of the reception which sells snacks and foods and then there's a cafeteria and a internet cafe and let me just say that the breakfast here is amazing! they have a lot to offer each breakfast, from waffles to croissants and a lot more from what I can type here.

So yes, as you may guess by my review, I absolutely recommend this place, as for the price, it is worth every cent from the quality I received, I even met a few fellas from the US there! so if you're looking for a hotel to be in while visiting Paris, I recommend checking this hotel out as it will add even more into your experience and the quality of life this place offers is just well done.

I love the closeness of metro and tram stations. The room service was overcommitted for my taste (ignored "don't disturb" once, luckily we were outside) and the too soft bed was bad for my back. I love the idea of free water in glass bottles.

The service here was remarkable. I stayed here for my birthday in May 2024, and had requested a room with a balcony as a gesture of goodwill. The communication was quick and clear. I got the most cute set-up in the room when I arrived, even cake. Showers are great size and so modern. The room decor is outstanding and made it feel like I was home. Robes and slippers are always a delight, especially for me who usually can’t be bothered to wear clothes whilst in a hotel room. The balcony view to die for. Lots of shops, restaurants, a chemist (pharmacy) and more all on the same high road within walking distance. Tram stop across the street and tube station a mere 3 mins walk from hotel was very convenient. Most of all, to these people, I say a special thank you for being part of making my 50th birthday a dream come true. SPECIAL MENTIONS: Jean-Baptiste, Maureen, Neila, and Tatiana, you all were amazing with your customer service. Prior to visiting Paris, people said be prepared because the French are rude, but these four (4) beautiful people made that to be a lie. :) To those hotel staff, thank you…!

Eliane and I love this hotel for the service. The Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was the best! I've stayed there three times and we will always come back. The rooms are a bit small but not by Paris standards at these rates. I always ask for a balcony just to step outside at night.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful service provided by Maureen and Tatiana. From the moment I checked in, Maureen's warmth and Tatiana's attentiveness made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spacious and elegantly appointed, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. Every interaction with the staff was marked by professionalism and genuine care. Can't wait to return.

Incredible service. Myself and my wife stayed 3 nights. The breakfast buffet was varied, tasty, and cheap. The staff were more than welcoming and great English speakers (when my French was a little rusty). The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great sleep and respite from all the adventuring. Will likely revisit in the future.

I highly recommend the hotel, not only because it’s comfortable but because people working at the hotel are amazing, very kind and always available and ready to help. Samia who was in charge of the breakfast, took good care of everything and made us feel we were at home. Thank you to all my family and I had a wonderful stay
