This was our first visit to this hotel and we have been pleased with what we have experienced.
Check in was good and our breakfasts have been very good especially the service offered by Saifon - nothing was too much trouble, she was very attentive and quick to see when we needed coffee replenishing.
Her service made finding things easier. Thank you
Sarah, the Pullman Paris Montparnasse Concierge, literally saved our vacation! On New Years Eve in London I was notified by our tour operator that our preplanned tour had been cancelled. I struggled to book tours for our family without success and arrived on New Years Day in Paris exhausted from my efforts. I relayed this to Sarah, the Hotel Concierge, and she immediately set to work. She found us...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Paris, and I must say it was a remarkable experience from start to finish.
The hotel offers easy access to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly and ensured that I had everything I needed. Check-out was...
The location is perfect—close to major attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The on-site dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The team went above and beyond to make my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. I can’t wait to...
I loved the hotel. Modern room and adequate space compared to the rest of hotels in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I haven’t tried the food as I wanted to explore different restaurants daily but everything was really nice and definitely will visit again
I’m not used to having the bathroom to have no lock on doors. The sink tub seems to take up more space and there aren’t enough space left to put up my things.
The breakfast was great! Lots of option to choose from. Erica gave great service as well.

This hotel surpassed my expectations and will always look for a Hyatt to stay at everywhere I travel.
I stayed one of the suites and the views of the Eifel Tower were spectacular especially at night when it was all lit.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plently of healthy choices.
The level of luxury and cleanliness was amazing. Forever a Hyatt fan from now on. You get what you pay for...
We absolutely love this hotel. The breakfast is amazing. The assortment of cheeses charcuterie are top-notch. I especially love the beet juice very healthy. We were able to get bumped up to the 33rd floor. Our view was incredible and super quiet. Anyone who stays here or visits must go to the sky window bar as the sun is going down the view of the Eiffel Tower as it lights up is spectacular. I highly...
The hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The family room (booked 2 connecting rooms) was perfect for our family of 5. The view was AMAZING! The bus and metro stops were very close walking distance. I'll be staying here every time I visit Paris.
Great location: close to Metro and convention centre, there is one supermarket that you can find anything you want
Room: very clean, nice bed
Breakfast: a lot of choice of eggs, fruit, salmon is great!
At last, staff was very helpful.
I forgot my wallet at hotel safe then I went back to hotel but the room already occupied. Staff help me to manage get my wallet back within short period. Very professional...
Huge business hotel located close to the metro and RER station. Rooms were on the small side but nicely furnished and pretty well designed so that everything was quite handy. We stayed in a family room which was really two standard rooms connected together. It fitted us just fine (2 adults 3 kids) but might be a bit tight for families with teenage kids. The rooftop bar has a spectacular view of the...
The hotel is in a great location as it is walking distance to several shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. There is a bar on the top floor that has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and modern.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation.
A special thanks to Marie at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her recommendations and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
Very satisfactory to stay here!!
*There was a family room to stay with 2 kids.
*There were department store, restaurants, grocery market and korean market near.
*Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Quite far from the center of sightseeing but it was manageable to move.
* River view is beautiful.
* I didn’t like to bring tumbler, but the system to get the water from the 1st floor was effective.
* There...
A busy city centre hotel, with lots of tourists and often queues for check-in and breakfast.
But my room was spacious, with good amenities (fridge and safe), plenty of towels and a great view of the city.
Perfectly clean, with good service from the staff, and a really good range of food at breakfast.
I'd stay again if in Paris.
Cozy rooms. Neat and clean. Bath and toilet separate, but no peg/hook in toilet. No wash besin there, too. Use and come to the bathroom to wash hands. Quite an issue. Both are very small, too. Else room is smart. Staff at reception and in restaurant is very helpful and courteous. The language is a problem as the cooks at the live counter (we tried omelet) don't understand what we want and cook something...
I recently stayed at NOVOTEL HOTEL in Paris and had an overall pleasant experience. Here are some key points from my stay:
**Check-In/Check-Out:**
The check-in process was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Check-out was equally seamless.
**Room Condition and Cleanliness:**
The room was well-maintained and very clean upon...
The higher-leveled floors offer great views. We had a good view of the River Seine. The hotel is located within walking distance of a shopping center and various grab-n-go eateries. This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006.
We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant . This was the last place we stayed before our return to the United States and even though it wasn't my favorite hotel on our trip it was still quite nice.
Amazing hotel. It is also walking distance to the metro with two stops near by. I really like the rooms very quiet and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. Lots of food options near by the hotel as well and a small grocery store just around the corner for snacks. The noise coming from outside was not bad at all I hardly noticed.
The hotel staff was friendly and even upgraded my room to have a great city view. The area has some nice restaurants and is close by to the catacombs. It is a bit further south from the center of Paris. The rooms are not as modern as some other hotels but overall fairly clean and nice. The restaurant staff and bartenders were also extremely helpful and nice.
I ran into a couple of major issues though...
Great 10 night stay. We stayed in a junior suite 1536 and room was perfect. Aircon great, cool and quiet. Decor modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Free mini bar too. The food in restaurant is good. Gym is also fully stocked with free weights and machines only a rowing machine is missing. We had a great stay. Many thanks
The hotel is nice and clean. The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. The room was also clean. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1.5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights. Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a...

I am here with a group now. I can tell you that the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are quite normal. The food is good. The location is very good due to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, close to metro.
Good location, close to the metro and you can reach the center of Paris quick.
Room cleaning is amazing, thank you so much to my room attendant (hope she or he found my small note and gratitude).
Had some problems with the room upon arrival and nobody was ready to help to resolve it. Room request was not satisfied.
It was a surprise that no safebox and kettle in the room.

I had to make an urgent reservation at the hotel, and Mr. Vicente was an excellent help. He provided all the information and assisted with my booking. The room was small but very clean and well-equipped. The next day, I also ate at the self-service restaurant, and the food was good.
Rooms are tiny, no space to store your clothes really, so don't go more than a day or so. Mattress kept slipping off the bed. Two items went missing after room service. The door to the room broke. Our friends couldn't get hot water in their room. The entrance is strange, quite hidden, especially if arriving on foot.

During my stay at the Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service. Among the staff, Fariba stood out as an exceptional professional who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was exceptional. The front desk welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile—a small yet impactful gesture that sets the tone, especially given Parisian hospitality’s sometimes mixed reputation. I researched for months to try and find a place to stay for our Paris trip. We need two beds enough for 3 people and that's hard to get guaranteed in Paris. A wonderful experience here. Accomodations were great.
Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!
Lovely hotel. Great front & bar staff. Room service needs improvement - over one hour wait with 3x reminders is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Somewhat pricey for breakfast, food bar etc. Not much entertainment in hotel. Awesome location adjacent to Eiffel Tower, with balcony views of the tower and River Seine and Metro within short distance. Felt a little out of the way from the other tourist spots...
The hotel staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nicely decorated. Having breakfast on site was convenient. Our hostess, Celine, greeted us everyday and the servers were very attentive. We stayed here 2 nights and the service was, frankly, terrible - this included not providing us bottles of water that we specifically asked for and were very happy to pay for, as well as not cleaning the room and leaving the garbage bag in our room. Breathtaking in Architekture and designs . Magnificent halls. (even a chic sheikh from the Emirates hold weddings there) and luxurious lounges restaurants and rooms.
Went for an event and the ball room is quite amazing, high ceiling, mirrors and a luxurious décoration that just put you in a pleasant mood. Plus the bar outside the Ball room seemed nice but I didn't test it, maybe next time.
We have stayed her many times and this hotel continues to deliver the highest quality of service. Cafe De La Pax should be on your itinerary for dinner and certainly for breakfast. Staff is exceptional.
The Intercontinental Paris is an incredibly upscale hotel and one of the finest in Paris. The hotel features a beautiful bar with excellent music that I thoroughly enjoyed. Hotel is very comfortable and really good located, about 20 min by walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the subway as well. The best thing it is pet friendly so we were able to enjoy with our dog.

Thanks for a nice stay during our Paris trip. The front desk staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having the vending machines and water fountain in the lobby. The paid locker to store our luggage on the last day was helpful too.
The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring the city very convenient. However, our experience with the room was less impressive. The room we stayed in was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, making it feel quite cramped. Additionally, there was no proper wardrobe, which made organizing our belongings a bit challenging.

I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.
My experience at the Westin was truly exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. I stayed three nights at the Westin Vendome. Our room was very nice and comfortable for two people. The shower was great compared to other hotels in Europe. Good water pressure and temperature. Despite having a lot of people in the hotel, our room and hallway was quiet. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get around the city. The hotel and neighborhood felt safe. I would stay here again.
This is one of the OKest hotels I've ever stayed at. If you go there then it will be OK too. Many other reviews mention the location and staff, they're both great.

Great location, next to the Eiffel tower, services. The air conditioning worked very well, which is rare in European hotels.
Only on the last day they didn't clean our room, even though I had asked the reception in advance.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although the view is somewhat partially blocked by another hotel. The room was very nice, with adequate hanging space and shelves for our clothes, and serviced every day. Breakfasts were comprehensive and plenty of choice from both hot and cold options. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and it's very friendly staff.
This location was perfect for our short stay. Our room was neat and clean as well as a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see while visiting this beautiful, iconic city.
Hotel lobby is well taken care of and nice. Staff was pleasant at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and staff was pleasant. Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.

Room was average at best, spacious enough though. Breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and hotel is in walking distance of a nearby pharmacie, grocery store and restaurant. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower largely makes up for any lack of quality in the hotel though, you can see it from the very front of the hotel!
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by.

On top of that-the staff were amazing and totally love the hip decor.
Highly recommend this hotel. 💖

Nh hotel best of this 2024, good location with a clean, comfortable room with view on Gar de l'est station ... from here you are deeply connected with the Paris bus, metro and train system. Lots of good restaurants 5 min walking ...
Room was nice, medium size. I had no cold water for my shower in the morning. People next to me checking out had no hot water. Buffet is subpar for this area. Watery eggs, cold bacon, coffee maker kept leaving chocolate in the bottom of the mug. NOT WORTH 24.99eu.
The hotel offers a convenient location near major train stations, with good cleanliness and comfortable beds. However, rooms may be smaller than expected. Amenities include free WiFi and room service, and the staff is generally helpful.
Stayed two nights.
Very Good Location for new tourist especially if you are Asian (not limited to). Right opposite to Gare de L'est station and Gare du Nord is 10 mins walk. No need to be dependent on Taxis unless you really would prefer.
Staff behaviour is good and courteous. Cleanliness is good. No Bed Bug Issues :-)
Could have been better: Didn't get Early Check-in (not even an hour before)...

My train got cancelled so I missed the first night and they said they couldn't refund my night. Not really their fault but I was hoping they'd help me out.

Rooms were very small! Didn’t expect it to be as small ! Barely can walk around the room. Bathrooms are just as small! Tiny. It was clean and service was good. Location is great as you can go anywhere from
There.
Good staff, friendly and helpful.
Thanks
We stayed here for one night and loved it! The rooms were very spacious and modern! The staff were very welcoming and the area around the hotel is very beautiful! Lots of theatre’s and great cafes just outside! I would definitely come back and stay longer! I regretted not booking this spot to begin with for my entire trip!
We had a pleasant stay and everyone is friendly. We had specific requests concerning our delayed luggage and they were able to execute efficiently. We loved the breakfast too!
Great location and still very quiet rooms towards a backyard. Very friendly stuff, nice breakfast selection. The room is functional, the bathroom, specially the shower, could use some maintenance once.
Location is everything with this hotel.
Rooms are OK, basic but comfortable. Thought the bathroom could have been much better, some cracks in the floor and sink. Needed a refresh.
Bar in the lobby was nice and the staff were friendly. Would probably stay again as it was central and affordable.
The location of the hotel is excellent, providing easy access to many of the city's main attractions. This made sightseeing very convenient and enjoyable.
However, the rooms are quite small, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom, unfortunately, was not very well cleaned, and the sink was cracked, which is a crucial aspect for any hotel stay. Additionally, the fridge in the room was not working...

The location of the hotel was perfect, it was a short walk from everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Great location. My room was clean, though there were some minor maintenance issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms are attractive and surprisingly spacious for Paris. Walls are thin and hallways can be noisy. Courtyard rooms are likely quieter than “city view” facing the boulevard. Average breakfast spread. Nice free happy hour in the lounge. Staff is friendly.

I begin this review knowing that I will not be able to adequately capture just how excellent our experience was before and during our week’s stay. We are blessed and travel extensively and exclusively to the best venues in the world. Without hesitation, I can say that this was far and away the best experience that we have had on any property.
It began when Shirley from Reception actually greeted...
I visited the Georges for dinner. The service was outstanding. The chef kept surprising us after and before each course with his specialities. The food was succulent. I recommend totally.
The hotel has a good location close to various attractions in Paris. Overall, the entire hotel has a suitable mix of classic French charm and various modern installations.
The reception at the hotel met all Four Seasons standards and we were greeted personally by the hotel manager. There are always wonderful flowers and art in the entrance area.
The concierge team was excellent in fulfilling all...
I would like to share my wonderful experience at the Bar in Four Seasons George V. We visited as part of a bar tour for my friend’s birthday, and, of course, Four Seasons was at the top of our list. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hostess gave us the best table with a warm welcome, and every detail of the service was impeccable.
A special thanks to our waitress, Eugenia...
The Four Seasons in Paris is undeniably a stunning and well-organized hotel, with an elegant atmosphere and impeccable attention to detail. The property itself is a true representation of luxury, featuring beautiful rooms and exquisite decor that add to the overall experience. However, despite the hotel’s physical beauty, we were disappointed by the lack of warmth and personal connection from the staff...
Absolutely stunning hotel. The service is impeccable and I could not find a fault with this hotel. By far the best luxury hotel in Paris. It’s next door neighbour, Prince De Galles just cannot be compared against this so if you are deciding between the two, definitely go for the Four Seasons.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the location is excellent. I’m giving this hotel 4 stars because of an issue with one of the front desk staff members, who was disrespectful and may have even displayed a hint of discrimination. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he had a Spanish or Middle Eastern appearance with a beard. The rest of the staff were wonderful and very professional, but this...
Top quality hotel within metres of the Arc de Triomphe and Metro station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. As a Napoleonic buff I particularly enjoyed the First Empire decor throughout the building and portrait of Josephine in my room (which was superbly comfortable). Excellent breakfast.
Hotel Napoleon ticks all the boxes a tourist need in Paris. Located a minute away from Arc de Triomphe, you are walking distance away from all the major Paris tourist hotspots. The Hotel interior is so pleasant and transforms you back in time while keeping all the modern amenities. The room was spacious with separate living room and bedroom, two toilets (with a jet spray), big veranda for smoking or...
This boutique hotel is a gem in one of the best locations in Paris. It was my third stay with them, and I wasn’t disappointed.
The service is warm and excellent; I truly felt welcome. The room, with a view of the Arc de Triomphe, had a very comfortable bed and pillows, along with a large bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and bidet. I loved the luxurious scent of the Nuxe products provided.
This is...
First the good part - the hotel itself is stunning and very well maintained. It's in a great section of Paris and we had direct views of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Unfortunately, this was all overshadowed by a very poor staff. The water was turned off in the middle of the day without notice (while my daughter was in the shower, I might add), there was no front desk attendant late at night...
Stunning hotel! Staff was friendly, polite, and helped us get checked in and settled quickly. Unfortunately, we were only passing through Paris for one night, so our stay was short. We would have loved to stay longer, especially with the magnificent nighttime views from our balcony of the Eiffel Tower! We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 7th floor.
The location was perfect as we were able to walk...
