racist front desk lady. We didn't do anything, but she started rolling her eyes when she saw our faces.
Great location, close to Arc, easy to get around, lack of amenities but can obtain from reception. Missing USB or Type C charging dock. Urban twin looks big from website image actual size not that big.
Great location, attentive and helpful team at the reception; however, the hotel shows its age (and does not really match its declared stars). You have cracks here and there, aged infrastructure, not operating sockets. I think room cleaning integrity could be improved (please remember to replace used stuff…). The repair works are also not helping. However, these would matter if you spend a lot of time...
For the price. This hotel was just OK. It’s located in a great location. Near the metro and within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. For any American traveling and staying there, the AC in the rooms is not incredibly cold. The rooms are also small, but that is expected of any room in Europe. They do provide reusable, water bottles, which I thought was pretty cool. There is a restaurant...
We love our 5-night stay at Le Meridien Etoile. Hotel is modern and nicely decorated. Rooms 4/5 - clean and comfortable! Size is small for 4-star hotel but OK in Paris. Free reusable water bottles for guests! Hallway had microwave and water machine that you can refill still or sparkling water. Oh, robot vacuum cleaners were on duty, cute and efficient! Services 4/5 - Reception was great, while the...
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Great location, various transportations and easy to come and go. Hotel staff was brilliant and always available for questions. We don not speak french, but all staff speak english. We stayed 3 nights (26-29/03/25) Hosekepping is very good team and the room was always refresh and clean. The amenities are very good quality. Strategic location. Staff were friendly. The lobby was big and spacious to welcome you. We went in June, so they handed Evian mineral water as complimentary at the lobby. Not sure if it in normal season too. Elevator access was fast. We were in Eiffel Tower view, it was nice to see the tower lit at night from our room.
The hotel put us in the wrong room first, but solved swiftly.
Location is great with metro station linked from the hotel via the mall. All is sheltered and air-conditioned. However, room keeping is not up to standard, dirty glasses and towels not cleaned after the next day. Asked for a wine bottle opener and was requested for 10 euros for delivery fee! Else have to go down to ground floor to take
Other services slowed without reception For example: asking for extra water and asking for take the luggage
During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue. I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card...
Choosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc...

We stayed 3 nights in a superior family room and 3 nights in a double room, due to personal circumstances. Family room #1003 - very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Nice view of Siene river. Only issue was toilet was separate, well away from washroom and the toilet cubicle didn’t have a sink! Double room #3017 - good. AC not powerful enough but being in autumn, wasn’t an issue. Both rooms had...
I recently spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel, and I must say, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and it's perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions. The surrounding area is bustling with life, offering plenty of shopping and dining options to suit all tastes. The hotel's room was comfortable and well-appointed...
Overall the hotel was clean and it is in a good location. It was adequate for a 3 night stay. However, the bathroom was very tight to move around in. Just to get in the shower was a tight squeeze to get the door open. The shower itself was tiny as well. I felt like I was showering in my RV. There were also some tiny little ants in the sink and in the bathroom floor. The staff were pilot but didn't...
Good afternoon, my name is Shaun Blake. I took my Niece Paris for her first time and my God I was blown away with how amazing the Novotel was. The location is amazing, literally 6 mins walk to the effiel tower. Javal train station is literally 2 min walk which makes it so convenient to get to places. Let’s start with the staff, every single staff member was friendly and welcoming - no issue was too...
I have traveled to Paris several times for business and stayed at different hotels with mixed experiences. This trip, however, was special because I was traveling with my family, and I wanted to make sure they had a positive experience. My wife and I spent a week going back and forth reading countless hotel reviews, which were very mixed for this property. The day before our flight, I finally pulled...

Located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, the hotel is close to buses and the metro, and is easily accessible by the RER from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The neighborhood is well-equipped, with supermarkets and fruit shops within minutes, though they typically close around 8 p.m. Several restaurants are open until midnight next door. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the staff are friendly...
Good hotel, very well located: 2mins away from Glacière metro station (the metro station for the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de triomphe etc …). The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are quite outdated. I’ve booked a room with “Paris view” but it was disappointing (wrong side). The gym is nice, the machines modern but there’s too many cardio machines and not enough weights and workout equipments (but...
The room was nice, spacious and clean. I saw many tour groups staying here, which means it's pretty good. The breakfast was also very rich. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Really best service and friendly staff
The room is spacious and well-equipped. Metro Line 6 is nearby, making travel convenient. It is very convenient to go to the 13th District, Chinatown 2, and the 5th and 6th District Latin Quarter.
It's right near the subway, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I heard from a nearby restaurant owner that the area is very safe, full of locals, and very quiet at night. If you get a high floor, you can almost see the whole of Paris.

Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!
The hotel was okay overall. The best part was definitely the breakfast, which was very good. However, the rooms were small, the air conditioning didn’t work, and some areas didn’t feel properly cleaned. There was also a strong urine smell in the stairwell leading into the hotel.
The hotel quite far from the center city but it’s come with less expensive price. No amenities in the rooms even coffee, kettle etc. However, The service of staffs is good.
I went to France with my daughters, they love breakfast and bed in the hotel, service was great and friendly. Easy to find and easy to travel to centre of city.
Good location but the rooms were very basic and outdated. Airconditioning barely working.
The customer service crews are friendly and helpful. It is indeed wonderful stay there for 2 nites, although the room is a bit small.

Nothing wrong with it except expensive
It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day. The room was not particularly spacious, just average. The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.
Very good location & helpful stuff.. rooms little small
We had an unforgettable stay at L'Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris – the perfect choice for a city trip! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away. From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is very characteristic of the Parisian court. The rooms are very high, the balcony view is very good, and the front desk staff is very good. However, after we got off the car, there was no slope at the entrance of the hotel lobby, and there was no staff to help with the luggage that's made us feel disappointed. After entering the restaurant at breakfast time, the service staff will take a...
Awesome location, next to lafayette, really good service.
We stayed here 2 nights and the service was, frankly, terrible - this included not providing us bottles of water that we specifically asked for and were very happy to pay for, as well as not cleaning the room and leaving the garbage bag in our room. It's all good and convenient. I really enjoyed my trip and the stay there.
The receptionist at the front desk of the hotel is very warm and patient, and the hotel room is relatively large for one person! Very clean! Compared with ibis, the price is also relatively reasonable, and it is cost-effective! The guest room will be cleaned all the time. The shower room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Recommended!
I chose this hotel mostly because of the location . It was close to Eiffel Tower just 25 mins walk . However be very careful with the shops around the area as Prices are made for tourists . Hotel really nice and beside Eiffel Tower. Perfect area to see Paris! Service great and breakfast good. My family will comeback soon!
The hotel room has the bare minimum a guest would need expect but no toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Otherwise, the 1 night there was good. Step outside for a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel also allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out 👍🏻
The room was clean. Near by Seine river and Effiel Tower. Once walk out from the hotel, you will see the Effiel Tower right away. Convenient location. You can plan the boat trip, visit to the Effiel Tower and walk around the neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants! A valuable deal considering the room price and location.
Cozy hotel with a convenient location. Minutes walk to eiffel tower and some rooms with the eiffel tower view.
Fantastic choice for those wanting to stay close to the Eiffel Tower—it’s just a short walk away! The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. Pullman is a nice hotel but they have to work on their room services
The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). The people were fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating and deserve good tips. The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. Beautiful spot about a 10 minute walk from the metro station. The first part is an uphill climb might be a lot if your travelling with younger children. The hotel is just opposite the Louvre. It is very very very convenient for taking taxis, eating and going to shopping centers. The public security is good and it is very safe at night. However, it is a bit noisy near the street. Breakfast is 100 points, with many fresh choices!
This hotel is very unique. There are not many rooms, but each one exudes a good temperament. The service is decent and subtle, without any oppression to the guests. It is located in the downtown area, but very quiet, very suitable for tourists who walk in the city. The Louvre is 300 meters away, and you can return to your accommodation when the night is clear and fall asleep with a cocktail, just right
