Paris, 19, Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte 🧭 Map
I loved the hotel. Modern room and adequate space compared to the rest of hotels in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I haven’t tried the food as I wanted to explore different restaurants daily but everything was really nice and definitely will visit again
I’m not used to having the bathroom to have no lock on doors. The sink tub seems to take up more space and there aren’t enough space left to put up my things. The breakfast was great! Lots of option to choose from. Erica gave great service as well.
Front desk people are excellent and Customer service was good. Breakfast was great. Room has some problem. No closed door for shower and water were all over the floor after taking shower. Toilet door belongs to napoleon’s time and waking up everyone while closing and opening. Room maintenance person never check liquid or shampoo level. I had to ask them to give us some.
Disappointed in our stay here. The photos and reviews had made it look so nice. We got to our room and it was a step nicer than a motel. Room was not very clean. The room and bathroom were outdated. It was surprising given how nice and modern the hotel lobby was. We are not sure how this was a 4 star hotel. The location is also far from most of the main attractions. It is not walking distance. We...
We had a fabulous stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. Close to metro station which will take you anywhere in the city. We visited the VIP lounge daily and Emma was there every morning and was extremely helpful with recommendations and was so accommodating. Fernando in the evening also was amazing. Great attitude, so cheerful and personable. We had some great cocktails, coffee and conversations in the...
We stayed here for 2 nights, and our experience was incredible. Good location, the staff was amazing, and food was excellent. We had a medical emergency with our son on the last day & the staff was very helpful in organizing appropriate care (including a translator), and extending our stay in our room. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars for service.

This hotel surpassed my expectations and will always look for a Hyatt to stay at everywhere I travel. I stayed one of the suites and the views of the Eifel Tower were spectacular especially at night when it was all lit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plently of healthy choices. The level of luxury and cleanliness was amazing. Forever a Hyatt fan from now on. You get what you pay for...
We absolutely love this hotel. The breakfast is amazing. The assortment of cheeses charcuterie are top-notch. I especially love the beet juice very healthy. We were able to get bumped up to the 33rd floor. Our view was incredible and super quiet. Anyone who stays here or visits must go to the sky window bar as the sun is going down the view of the Eiffel Tower as it lights up is spectacular. I highly...
The hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The family room (booked 2 connecting rooms) was perfect for our family of 5. The view was AMAZING! The bus and metro stops were very close walking distance. I'll be staying here every time I visit Paris.
Great location: close to Metro and convention centre, there is one supermarket that you can find anything you want Room: very clean, nice bed Breakfast: a lot of choice of eggs, fruit, salmon is great! At last, staff was very helpful. I forgot my wallet at hotel safe then I went back to hotel but the room already occupied. Staff help me to manage get my wallet back within short period. Very professional...
Huge business hotel located close to the metro and RER station. Rooms were on the small side but nicely furnished and pretty well designed so that everything was quite handy. We stayed in a family room which was really two standard rooms connected together. It fitted us just fine (2 adults 3 kids) but might be a bit tight for families with teenage kids. The rooftop bar has a spectacular view of the...
The hotel is in a great location as it is walking distance to several shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. There is a bar on the top floor that has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and modern.

I had a wonderful week long stay at the Le Meridien Etoile Hotel. The room was spotless and recently remodeled, offering a fresh and modern feel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to both the metro and RER stations. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast service - a great way to start the day. They offered fresh veggies, fruits, a variety of cold and hot dishes, a Juice bar, milk...
A charming hotel that is part of the Marriott brand located directly across from the Congress Center. The hotel features an extensive breakfast buffet, be sure to enjoy it if it is part of your room rate, plus a small restaurant for lunch and dinner. Within a short walk are many local restaurants and shops. I've stayed at this property before and would stay here again should the occasion warrant.
I recently stayed at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris for a week, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from major attractions and easily accessible by public transport. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated the vibrant...
Excellent location. Small but reasonable gym. Spacious rooms for Paris. I stayed here more than once, about a week at a time. Once booked directly with the hotel and the following time with a third party online booking app. I got a better room when I booked directly. Close to metro and other public transport.
We had an incredible honeymoon experience! We never wanted to leave. The service was posh and impeccable. Used our points for breakfast and a wine service happy hour.
I recently stayed at Le Méridien in Paris and had an exceptional experience. As a Platinum member, I was delighted to receive a room upgrade to accommodate the whole family, and a lovely welcome gift. The complimentary breakfast was high quality, and I thoroughly enjoyed the lounge access. The concierge was efficient in booking taxis, and the room cleaning service was impeccable. A busy city centre hotel, with lots of tourists and often queues for check-in and breakfast. But my room was spacious, with good amenities (fridge and safe), plenty of towels and a great view of the city. Perfectly clean, with good service from the staff, and a really good range of food at breakfast. I'd stay again if in Paris.
Cozy rooms. Neat and clean. Bath and toilet separate, but no peg/hook in toilet. No wash besin there, too. Use and come to the bathroom to wash hands. Quite an issue. Both are very small, too. Else room is smart. Staff at reception and in restaurant is very helpful and courteous. The language is a problem as the cooks at the live counter (we tried omelet) don't understand what we want and cook something...
I recently stayed at NOVOTEL HOTEL in Paris and had an overall pleasant experience. Here are some key points from my stay: **Check-In/Check-Out:** The check-in process was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Check-out was equally seamless. **Room Condition and Cleanliness:** The room was well-maintained and very clean upon...
The higher-leveled floors offer great views. We had a good view of the River Seine. The hotel is located within walking distance of a shopping center and various grab-n-go eateries. A currency exchange place is also close to the hotel. I have edited my review to generously mention the hotel staff. Thank you for providing us with a comfortable stay that began with an awesome check-in/check-out, Room...
It is a nice hotel that is well located in Paris, but that isn't what makes it special. I actually left my wedding ring in the room as I departed. I wrote to them, and Margot and team got to work. Found the ring and sent it to me. AMAZING!!! Thank you, Margot!
Pretty descent rooms. My issue was with the toilets. It was too compact and the enclosures were not closing properly which lead to water seepage everywhere. They had a great breakfast spread. Excellent service too.

We had an unforgettable stay at L'Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris – the perfect choice for a city trip! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away. During my stay at the Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service. Among the staff, Fariba stood out as an exceptional professional who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Fariba was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was exceptional. The front desk welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile—a small yet impactful gesture that sets the tone, especially given Parisian hospitality’s sometimes mixed reputation. The concierge went above and beyond by personally handing over my parcels and noting that she had been in touch via email—a thoughtful touch that truly humanizes...
I researched for months to try and find a place to stay for our Paris trip. We need two beds enough for 3 people and that's hard to get guaranteed in Paris. Also wanted to make sure they have air conditioning in case it was warm. We didn't really need the AC but the beds were comfortable and the hotel is very nice. The concierge was absolutely wonderful. This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006. We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant . This was the last place we stayed before our return to the United States and even though it wasn't my favorite hotel on our trip it was still quite nice.
Amazing hotel. It is also walking distance to the metro with two stops near by. I really like the rooms very quiet and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. Lots of food options near by the hotel as well and a small grocery store just around the corner for snacks. The noise coming from outside was not bad at all I hardly noticed.
The hotel staff was friendly and even upgraded my room to have a great city view. The area has some nice restaurants and is close by to the catacombs. It is a bit further south from the center of Paris. The rooms are not as modern as some other hotels but overall fairly clean and nice. The restaurant staff and bartenders were also extremely helpful and nice. I ran into a couple of major issues though...
Great 10 night stay. We stayed in a junior suite 1536 and room was perfect. Aircon great, cool and quiet. Decor modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Free mini bar too. The food in restaurant is good. Gym is also fully stocked with free weights and machines only a rowing machine is missing. We had a great stay. Many thanks
The hotel is nice and clean. The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. The room was also clean. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1.5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights. Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a...

I am here with a group now. I can tell you that the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are quite normal. The food is good. The location is very good due to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, close to metro.
Good location, close to the metro and you can reach the center of Paris quick. Room cleaning is amazing, thank you so much to my room attendant (hope she or he found my small note and gratitude). I had to make an urgent reservation at the hotel, and Mr. Vicente was an excellent help. He provided all the information and assisted with my booking. The room was small but very clean and well-equipped. The next day, I also ate at the self-service restaurant, and the food was good.
Rooms are tiny, no space to store your clothes really, so don't go more than a day or so. Mattress kept slipping off the bed. Two items went missing after room service. The door to the room broke. Our friends couldn't get hot water in their room. The entrance is strange, quite hidden, especially if arriving on foot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are close to all public transport so...
Location is good 2 blocks from line 13 and very new neighbourhood with a great park next to it. Rooms are super small with non working air conditioning (at least out). Hotel was full of teenagers and retired people traveling in groups, not high speciations as it was a last time booking for us.
Cozy hotel with a good location - close to metro limes 13,14. Reception staff very sweet and kind, especially Lopes and dark hair lady with very good English. Rooms are clean and not too big. Recommend!!

Loved staying at Pullman. Staff very friendly. Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. A wonderful experience here. Accomodations were great. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!
Lovely hotel. Great front & bar staff. Room service needs improvement - over one hour wait with 3x reminders is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Somewhat pricey for breakfast, food bar etc. Not much entertainment in hotel. Awesome location adjacent to Eiffel Tower, with balcony views of the tower and River Seine and Metro within short distance. Felt a little out of the way from the other tourist spots...
The hotel staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nicely decorated. Having breakfast on site was convenient. Our hostess, Celine, greeted us everyday and the servers were very attentive. Everything was good. Great location, next to the Eiffel tower, services. The air conditioning worked very well, which is rare in European hotels. Only on the last day they didn't clean our room, even though I had asked the reception in advance.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although the view is somewhat partially blocked by another hotel. The room was very nice, with adequate hanging space and shelves for our clothes, and serviced every day. Breakfasts were comprehensive and plenty of choice from both hot and cold options. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and it's very friendly staff.
This location was perfect for our short stay. Our room was neat and clean as well as a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see while visiting this beautiful, iconic city.
Hotel lobby is well taken care of and nice. Staff was pleasant at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and staff was pleasant. However, even though the location was perfect for walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions the room was lacking and dirty. There were stains on the wall, door was cracked, and there was oblivious water damage for the tub leaking...
The hotel was a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and walking distance to many other touristic attraction. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice. The room with the Eiffel Tower view was nice, but unfortunately, we can only see the top of the tower from the room. Overall very satisfied with the hotel!
Our visit from 6/20 to 6/25/24 was delightful. The room was ready for check-in when we arrived at 2:00 PM. The room size was perfect for the two of us, and the location was ideal. The best definition would be “to feel like a princess 👑 “ even better when Prince Charming is by your side. Breathtaking in Architekture and designs . Magnificent halls. (even a chic sheikh from the Emirates hold weddings there) and luxurious lounges restaurants and rooms.
Went for an event and the ball room is quite amazing, high ceiling, mirrors and a luxurious décoration that just put you in a pleasant mood. Plus the bar outside the Ball room seemed nice but I didn't test it, maybe next time.
We have stayed her many times and this hotel continues to deliver the highest quality of service. Cafe De La Pax should be on your itinerary for dinner and certainly for breakfast. Staff is exceptional.
The Intercontinental Paris is an incredibly upscale hotel and one of the finest in Paris. The hotel features a beautiful bar with excellent music that I thoroughly enjoyed. Hotel is very comfortable and really good located, about 20 min by walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the subway as well. The best thing it is pet friendly so we were able to enjoy with our dog. I would have liked to have a kettle in the room but you can find a coffee machine at reception anyway. I will come back for sure 😊
Thanks for a nice stay during our Paris trip. The front desk staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having the vending machines and water fountain in the lobby. The paid locker to store our luggage on the last day was helpful too.
The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring the city very convenient. However, our experience with the room was less impressive. The room we stayed in was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, making it feel quite cramped. Additionally, there was no proper wardrobe, which made organizing our belongings a bit challenging. We...
Clean rooms, good amount of space given the location and city. Great elevators, caters to families and kids in the foyer and bar with games. I was in the Eiffel Tower view room, which gives a view of almost the top half of the tower. Looked great when it sparkled around 10pm in July. Small bathroom, but I've had smaller in Japan. This hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.
Excellent service. Great location. The staff is always helping you with anything you need. The spa is GREAT, very relaxing. Nice rooms, enough space and very clean.
Room was average at best, spacious enough though. Breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and hotel is in walking distance of a nearby pharmacie, grocery store and restaurant. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower largely makes up for any lack of quality in the hotel though, you can see it from the very front of the hotel!
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by. There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan.
Generally most of the things were fine - good location, very welcoming and professional staff, good breakfast, and (as usual with Mercure) good bed. But: no ventilation. None. I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.
My experience at the Westin was truly exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. I stayed three nights at the Westin Vendome. Our room was very nice and comfortable for two people. The shower was great compared to other hotels in Europe. Good water pressure and temperature. Despite having a lot of people in the hotel, our room and hallway was quiet. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get around the city. The hotel and neighborhood felt safe. I would stay here again.
This is one of the OKest hotels I've ever stayed at. If you go there then it will be OK too. Many other reviews mention the location and staff, they're both great. Very clean and large rooms. Even studio room is of decent size and very accessible and convenient for metro or bus. Lot of bakeries around. Eiffel Tower is accessible by walk for about 15 min. AC was nice, keep in mind most European hotels don’t offer this, so the halls were not air conditioned but the rooms are. It’s not ice cold like we are used to in the states but definitely...
It’s a great hotel. I visited this place with my family (2 kids) and it was a great place. We were on a high floor and had a great view of the city. They had a very apartment-like room style, with a small kitchen, which was very convenient for cooking when we didn’t want to go to a restaurant. It was comfy. The only reason I give 4 stars is that the service was not very good.
Perfect location. Safe and quiet at night. Close to metro and train stations. Just a few minutes walk to a major shopping area. I can see several other comments criticising the service of the reception staff and the room. For my stay, I was quite happy with my room ( I booked the cheapest studio). The room was quite spacious and clean. However, they do not change your towel or clean your room daily...
We felt cheated when the hotel manager told us that what we paid for was only for an old room (non-renovated) with dimmed lightings. This was not informed by Zenhotels upon booking. Ms Racha managed to convince her manager to change our room to a slightly better room. To our horror, the service standard of the hotel's night receptionist and maintenance staff were super bad. Thrice, I had to ask for...

Good enough por the price. Shared washroom was not as clean as desired. Mattress was very comfortable and the bedroom itself was nice and clean.
very good place and cheap hotel. but there is no refreg also the wifi is not good. but there is self service breakfast for 3.50 and it's good.
Hotel, aseptic, clean, a little claustrophobic but more than good for the price paid. It can improve and maybe evolve in a hostel, at the moment seems more an hospital for the furniture and how is managed. Both the environment and the personnel give a cold feeling. I would like to see a smile when i arrive in a hotel after a travel.

Staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was superb!! Hotel location is great and right beside Gare de Lyon. Room was very small but come on, it’s Paris! We’ll definitely be back.
As always, our stay at citizenM was great. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Above all, the staff are friendlier and more helpful than in any other hotel. Everything is very uncomplicated. The hotel is exceptional in its design. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the location is, as always, excellent. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
Very spacious and clean room. Bed is comfortable and very well made. Our view is very scenic facing the seine river. Location is superb-very near train stations. Breakfast is excellent - heaps of varieties. Free water and free bread to take back in room. Staff is very helpful. Seeing them smile all the time makes the hotel welcoming. The lounge is very cute to hang out. We felt very safe all...
We visited paris in the month if august and i am soo glad that we got to stay in citizen M with such an amazing staff. It was my brother in law’s birthday and the entire staff was soo helpful that they helped us in giving supplies like the card, balloons and even the speaker. They kept the restaurant open till 12:30 so that we could celebrate the birthday with eiffel tower view. The rooms and lounge...
From start to finish, the level of service and hospitality at this hotel exceeded all expectations. Lea and Harper not only helped us with our booking beforehand but continued to provide outstanding support throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well-cared-for. The staff as a whole were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making our experience even...
We absolutely loved our time at the Citizen M. I was initially skeptical about the small size of the rooms, but it was perfect for us and our short stay in Paris before heading to the French Riviera. The staff made the experience for us, they were absolutely incredible. At the front desk, Lea was amazing with giving us directions and secret spots to visit (go try the madeleines at Blue Sucre, they...

Had a great three nights stay. Rooms are cozy, a little bit small but for only sleeping in that's quite enough. The hotel was quite well located for my plans for my stay and the staff is overall great.
We read the reviews before our stay like many do. I must say we spent our week saying things like “nothing wrong with this room” “this room is VERY clean” “Breakfast and amount of options are wonderful”, “location could not have been better”. On top of that-the staff were amazing and totally love the hip decor. Highly recommend this hotel. 💖
Stayed for one night, next door to the Arena which was perfect for the concert we went to. Great location, opposite the metro so very easy to access everywhere. Great breakfast, lots of options and fresh orange juice. Room was clean, a little small but fine. Strange smell of vinegar when the cleaners were cleaning in the hallways. Outside bar area looks wonderful, although we didn't have time to try...
Bercy is a fantastic area and this Ibis easily had really welcoming staff that made staying here and absolute pleasure. Reception were great people and made staying here fun. Decent sized rooms, breakfast could've been better but overall this was a really good stay
I kind of liked it, I stayed 4 days, only to go explore Paris, if is a touristic short trip at a “low” cost mode and you’re not staying the whole day at the hotel is worth it to stay here. check in was for 2pm but they allowed me to do it at 9am what it was wonderful, service was ok, staff could have been nicer. Breakfast was wonderful, it was a positive surprise, croissants, pain au chocolate, cheese...
The good: Good breakfast, walkable to Gare de Lyon and BlablaBus & FlixBus station, and 5min away from metro station that takes you to the Eiffel Tower/Arc de Triomphe (40min away). The bad: Bathroom have a natural bad smell (I’ve been to 3 different rooms and smelled the same) & no AC! Breakfast includes: Cereals, milks, natural orange juice, coffee, thé, breads, jellys, butter, croissants, pain...
