The hotel is great for the price.
The view is good and there is a quiet place.
The breakfast could be way better.
Everyone was helpfull but could be a little bit more ready to help.
They have no private parking at the hotel.
Free WiFi and elevator are available.
For the price being paid is a good hotel.

Very noisy and big screen flashing the room all night. Old lift with a door that needs to be pushed by someone outside the lift to work, if you're lucky the staff will help you (I was unlucky).

Location is great, our room was small but ok for the price. However, they inspite of my emails explaining that I had gluten allergy they simply said "no we don't have gluten free alternative " I asked if they could serve yoghurt, egg or something and the answer was a dry "No". Since I paid extra for including breakfast , I politely asked if I could get my money back in order to eat somewhere else. She answered that I had a promotion price so no I don't get my money back. The truth was that i paid more than what they put in their homepage and I showed her my receipt. She shrugged and said that Hotels.com didn't pay us that much. Her manager was even worse. All they needed to do was to go out to the next store and buy gluten-free bread instead of treating us the way they did.

Terrible, unfriendly and inflexible personnel if you have any special needs. I wouldn't recommend it

This hotel was horrendous from the moment we checked in. Our room was by far the worst. Everything just looked and smelled dirty. As soon as you walked into the room, it smelled overwhelmingly of stale cigarette smoke. The space provided was so small it was hard to inch around the bed, let alone get anything out of our suitcase. There were several brown and yellow mystery stains on the bed. The floors were very obviously dirty and needed a good vacuum. There was paint chipping off of several parts of the room. The shower head was broken and would not stay, we had to hold it by hand which made it a pain to shower. There was mold growing in several spots in the bathroom which is a health hazard. The one elevator in the building is so tiny we barely fit our two bodies and suitcase inside. The hallway lights do not stay on, they only come on if you turn on the switch, which is also a tripping hazard. The breakfast provided consisted of only cereal and yogurt. There was not a working internet connection. The air conditioning never worked. It was cooler to open the windows. There were also stains all over the walls. Lastly, after walking four miles to and from the Eiffel Tower, late at night, our main door to the hotel was locked. We tried using our room key to get in with no luck. The inside was dark and doors locked, when I started to panic and pry open the doors, only then did the front door man appear from the dark to let us in.

We came on our honeymoon and were severely disappointed. We stayed for 3 nights and paid over $500 for the worst vacation of our life. Do not come here.

The hotel is located close to Gare Montparnasse train, bus, and metro station. Just walking distance there are restaurants that open till late. The room is very clean. We got the room on the fourth floor facing the main intersection with beautiful views day and night. Zidane who works night shift is very helpful, kind, and professional. Nice breakfast with choice of hot coffee, orange juice, yoghurt, plain and chocolate croissant, bread, cereals and milk.

Rooms are not very big and spacious but as per price it's okay. Elevator was too small and only 1. I would recommend to not include breakfast as the hotel is surrounded by very nice cafes on a walking distance. Also the variety of breakfast served at the hotel is too less.
Rest the staff and service was good and friendly. 2 metro stations on a walking distance with good connection to the sightseeing places.

I guess for $80 for a night is not a bad price/value ratio. Rooms can use a bit of renovation. The bathroom amenities are worn off and the tub was cloaked. Room is very small, but I am ok with that. As an advice to hotelier: the blackout curtain should close by overlapping not by joint. Our mattress had some brown spots. Staff was friendly, but hardly speaking English, which is not a big problem to me. Breakfast is 3/5. Generally Montparnass is not good touristy area. Next time I will stay closer to Montmartre. But hotel's location close to subway is really helpful! Also lots of cafes close by.

Location is the only redeeming factor. Staff initially couldn’t locate the booking for our room despite having the paperwork in hand. When we did get a room, it was Very small room and we have no control over thermostat. it was set to heat when the weather was near 80 degrees outside and we were told they would try to have the technician to change the heat out soon but no actual time when we would have AC. Bed was old and not well maintained. It sagged in the middle. Cleaning Took forever to have the room cleaned even though we arrived at the agreed booking time. Overall terrible experience.

+ The hotel is well and centrally located. Close to 3 metro stops. (Station: Montparnasse a stone's throw from the hotel, Station: Vavin 6 min walk) Restaurants and cafes can be found in its immediate vicinity, with a wide variety of choices and price ranges. The Eiffel Tower is about a 40-minute walk away, or with the metro just a few minutes away. The sign of the hotel is high up on the facade, and the entrance is a little invisible on the side. Next to the hotel is one of the largest malls and the large lookout tower in Montparnasse, which makes it easy to have as a reference when you are out and about. Image, view from the hotel window. Although the hotel is centrally located, at a major road intersection, it was not as noisy as I thought. OK.
- The room was small, and had too few storage options. Wardrobe with some hangers available, safety deposit box available. Missing shelves to put the clothes on. There was TV, a small fridge with space for water and eg fruit and a desk. Curtains and lamps were a little dusty, and there were some stains on the material choices they had for the room. But the bed was soft and comfortable, bed linen, towels and bathroom were clean. A little dusty vent for the ventilation, but the AC worked. The window could be opened, for air. They were helpful at the reception, but had a little difficulty with English. So even though at first it felt a little small, or worn, it was outweighed by the proximity to everything, the food and the people.

Just enough facilities to stay. Nearby public transport and tour Montparnasse
