Unfortunately, not a great experience. We were given a freshly painted room with a strong paint smell, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Great location in Perpignan between the railway station and old city centre. Receptionist was really helpful and advised us on places to see in Perpignan including an amazing building that was free. Breakfast was good continental range with nice pastries

I had a very nice reception when arriving and the staff and service is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and functional, some even with a little terras. Not the biggest of rooms though. While close to the center and a big street, the sound isolation from the outside is very good. The hotel itself however is a litle older. So loud guests are quite audible. Maybe I was just unlucky. It was an ok room, all we needed for a stopover! We were given towels at no extra cost as they don’t normally supply in a side car room! No toilet or shower in these rooms, a sink yes! But toilets & showers in the hall were next to the room and both very clean! One thing is that the floor was sticking like glue, I cleaned it again myself, but it’s the actual flooring itself! Went out with black soles...

Nice staff and cheap breakfast. Smells like people smoke inside. Toilets are without a seat to put down and always wet. Showers smell like they don't get cleaned enough.

Nice new hotel. We had a quiet spacious inner courtyard room. They tolerated room change with no problem (we wanted a quiet twin room). Very good breakfast - 5 star standard, worth the money. Convenient location for station and walking into town.

This hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, the breakfast was so nice and there was a good choice. It was more like a continental breakfast but very tasty. The staff are lovely and friendly. They are so helpful. It's so easy to get into the centre on the number 3 bus. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spacious, updated room. Great location, close to bus and train terminal. Not much to do around area as it is in a business center. They list Air Conditioning as an amenity but they do NOT have air conditioning in April. Front desk lent us 2 tiny fans that did not work. Was very hot. Windows of both our rooms were closed and could not be opened to let in outside breeze.

A good budget hotel. Liked the history of other famous residents. But cannot stop outside to drop off my wife and baggage so we both got very wet walking from the car park. Maybe thee is some way they can provide maps of access to the lane at the side of the hotel, just for drop - off and collection?

The hotel location was pretty good , the room was a lite bit old fashioned but still was clean and tidy. The elevator was pretyy small, the baby's trolley almost didnt fit, therefore we had to leave itvat the lobby.

Parking not available when we arrived and not offered when booking even though there is one!!! So parking in a private car park nearby according to the manager's information. Result: €30/night parking (Clemenceau). Hearty breakfast. Correct welcome but no information on restaurants and visits to do....

The hotel isn't in the center of Perpignan, but it's well-located by car since it also offers on-site parking. The room is clean and offers good amenities; the only drawback is that it still has a bathtub instead of a shower, which is a bit inconvenient for people with limited mobility, but it's perfectly adequate. I recommend it for a one- or two-day stay in Perpignan, while passing through.

My check in code didnt work so had to ring reception. Young man was v promt and courteous giving me a room and key.

Unfortunately, I arrived a little early. Check-in started at 2 p.m., so no problem, I thought. However, the reception didn't open until 5 p.m., which I only found out after a bit of searching. My reservation number wasn't accepted by the machine, so I wanted to call to get into the room. There was no phone number on site, however. The number provided by Trip was answered with "number has changed"....

Good hotel to spend a night or two. You need a car for everything. It is in an urbanization where there is nothing. A normal hotel.

An out of town hotel which provided an excellent large room on the ground floor which was clean, well serviced and accessible. For our purpose, as a base for exploring the area, it served us very well. The staff (owner) was most helpful and a mine of useful information. Easy and free parking with good access to the town centre where one can explore the locale properly.

The family room is very good it is quite large with a 1.50 bed and bunk beds for the children. With a large terrace. Very clean and cozy. The guy at the reception spoke a little Spanish but he took great care to do and that is what is appreciated since no one speaks it there. Thanks for the stay.

Easy to access, good signage, close to the Perpignan Sud exit of the motorway. Secure parking. Large establishment, clean room and comfortable bedding. Nice and modern bathroom. Comfort without fuss. Very affordable prices.

Lovely hotel! Very clean, updated and tidy rooms. The check in was easy. There is an outdoor parking that is inside the locked gate which is Greta if you have a car that is packed. They follow covid measurements when it came to breakfast (mask is mandatory, hands cleaned and gloves are provided) and cleaning. Thank you we will come back next time we drive through Europe!

The self check in was not working when we arrived. So we had to wait over 1 hour for the receptionist to arrive. When you have been driving for over 6 hours and tired this is not great. Apart from that, the hotel & staff were nice.

Simplicity , and low cost. All I wanted was a clean bed, some room, and a clean bathroom where everything worked and was quiet. I found all that here.

Convenient, clean, practical place to stay near the airport.

Price/quality, this was a very clean and well-kept accommodation. Breakfast was well prepared and more than sufficient. Quiet for sleeping. No noise heard from the busy road. Within walking distance there is not much in the vicinity to visit or eat. According to my French family, the neighborhood is also unsafe at night, but I didn't really notice anything. The hotel itself is great!

Typical B and B hotel, staff friendly and helpful although not manned 24/7 which we don’t usually go for but we managed to arrive when the reception was open. Gate to the car park is broken so it isn’t secure at night. Rooms good for the price. Quiet at night

We have been going to the B&B hotels, on our way to Spain, for the last 10 years and this one is by far the best!!! The others were also very good but what makes it even better for us is that the climate control/airo is wonderful, the shower doesnt have a curtain but a glass window. As always the room is clean, beds are good, showers are great, breakfast is good and for the price its fantastic! Friendly...
