We arrived late at night and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was really disappointing — the carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell, honestly quite overwhelming. Both the sink and the shower drains were clogged, which made things worse. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t bother complaining, but it definitely wasn’t a comfortable...

Used this hotel as a stopover on the way to south of france. It's absolutely beautiful very classy gorgeous decor. Large bar, restaurant and roof terrace with stunning views.

Couldn't see how this is a 4 star hotel. Musty smell in the room probably due to humidity problems in the bathroom and a general feel of it not being very clean. Maybe it's just because it's wearing down. A mid-3 not a 4 star unfortunately. A nice breakfast terrace and a roof top terrace with a lovely view though.

A lovely hotel in a good location. We stayed for a long weekend and found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. We booked the Hyacinth suite which was comfortable and well equiped. Happy to recommend and revisit. Only one point, it's quite a steep step up/down to the terrace, a small step or a handrail would be useful, especially for those will mobility issues.

The hotel is great for many reasons. Easy to reach location outside of Perpignan. Smart design so that you don't hear anything from the surrounding traffic in most (if not all) of the rooms. We stayed the weekend. Very nice staff and the spa was great. We had an hour before the massage by ourselves. The dinner was a catered meal but for the moment and the price it was good.

We didn't stay there but ate and it was really excellent! Impeccable service, very warm welcome and a very varied menu! Highly recommend, will definitely be back.. as soon as the curfew is over.. or during the day

A magnificent moment, a place where everything is done for relaxation and joy for the eyes. Lush vegetation, attention to detail, a collection of paintings, statues, bronzes... what a treat. Calm and perfect for a stay over 1 night stoppover

Basic Stayed here for 1 night very basic hotel and only 4 sun loungers for the whole of the hotel and no seating around the pool.

For one nice stay, I must say overall good.

Roads bad to find yourselves around, we ere told no food on arrival there were three restaurants on supposed to be open closed. 2 bit pricey, ate in one not good service.

I booked a room for 4 people and ended up with 1 bed for 2 people so there were only 3 beds instead of 4 otherwise the staff is very friendly.

We were with a coach party and had an overnight stay here. The hotel has a lovely entrance with an ornate staircase leading up to the first floor. This was where the breakfast buffet was with a seated area and food preparation. There was one lift for 6 people and this was very busy if you had several people trying to use it at the same time. Top experience, reception was extremely kind and helpful, the place is overall clean and well maintained, rooms are big and tidy, we got a superior one but I'd guess they're all as good, very quiet and convenient if you want to visit the city center, it's 5min walk to the old town which is full of cafes and restaurants, positive experience, will come back

The hotel is very nice, with a KFC restaurant right outside, making it convenient for those who need a bite. The front desk staff was friendly. We arranged for Cristofer to be our friendly and helpful assistant, and he proactively called to inquire about assistance. I would definitely go there again if I had the chance. Highly recommended.

A stopover hotel with a quiet environment and free parking. Most of the guests are foreign tourists. The location is suitable for self-driving. There is a KFC next to it, which meets the standards of a smart hotel.

Comfortable stay We chose a superior room which had a useful little courtyard. Neither the bath nor the basin had plugs when we arrived but a plug was provided for the bath when I asked on the second day of our stay. I'm not sure whether late arrival is possible since the reception is unmanned after 7pm. Breakfast must be ordered the night before. The bed had a tendency to move away from the headboard...

For around 75€ for two people a night without included breakfast, we stayed at this BNB. At first I was skeptical, because there was a strong bathroom-ish stench in the reception hall and the floors. But in the room, it was gone. The room had a balcony, a toilet in a separate room (in which the door wouldn't close though), a bathroom with sink and a very nice rainfall shower! Everything was great, we'd happily stay again. We always stop here on our way to Spain. We're very satisfied and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Excellent service, good food, and a secure, camera-monitored parking lot. It's pet-friendly, so we can stay here with our dog. We love staying here and will definitely stay here again next time.

It's misleading to call this a 4 *, it was decent enough but the condition and the size of bedroom and especially, bathrooms, was not of 4* expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Only interested in taking a swipe of out credit card which he handled and then passed back; do these people not know there is a pandemic going on? Room lacked the advertised Jacuzzi. No shampoo for someone taking a bath. One dressing gown in a room that could accommodate 4! Otherwise OK. Bar and restaurant staff...

The toilet and shower in the hotel room are separate, which is very convenient! The water is large, the temperature is stable, and the hygiene is also OK. The front desk brother and sister are very nice, can provide bilingual services in English and French, and parking is free.

For sure not a 4 * in many cities of North America , but I guess it is 4* for most touristic cities in Europe like Paris Most important ; very clean and quiet hotel, more comfortable than the lobby shows. Location is good I think. Roma termini is a jungle, if you go from airport to city in train, get a return already not to have to buy in Roma Termini

The hotel decor needed updating and cleanliness wasn’t its main priority but we chose it as it had a locked garage to store the motorbikes in so that was a plus. Good location but quite noisy due to traffic so bear that in mind. Receptionist was helpful though.

It's fine and has fabulous air conditioning though our room décor was slightly shabby with the walls needing a lick of paint. We stayed in room 41 which had a balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy enough but why doesn't this hotel ensure guests can take a shower standing in the bath? The shower rose had no bracket to attach it to the wall...

You get what you pay for, we didn’t choose to have breakfast as they wanted an extra €60 for 2 adults and 4 children on top of the €120 we paid for the two rooms. The shower doors could do with looking at as it opens while showering causing water to fall on the floor.

Location is hard to fine , not much sign in the area to easily find the hotel

No onsite free parking, you get a discounted rate at an attached car park which adds approximately 15 euro to your stay

Very small room for 3 people, the shower is in the middle of the room and the toilet doesn't even have a latch.

It took me a while to find the hotel, but once I did, it was very good. 24/7 reception, which means I can get in without any problems.

It was ok. The pictures on the website do not match reality. I think the rate is overpriced and not worth it. We couldn't connect to the wifi, wasn't given a password. When we reached out for the password, we were directed to a recording that was in French (I do not speak French).

Property is right at the heart of old town. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty and the wifi didn't work.

Super staff! Loved the area for shopping and sightseeing. Lots of food options. Parking was 5 mins away easy to spot and a cheap 14€ overnight. Room is well decorated, has great AC/heat system. Staff is super nice and helpful. The red carpets are soooo clean and nice it has a Moulin Rouge feeling. Loved it!

I haven’t actually stayed at this hotel, but I had communicated with the staff, as I booked a stay by mistake. They cancelled my stay free of charge even though they could have charged me the full price and were very helpful and responsive in the process. Amazing customer service.

A good place to spend a night when you're traveling. The parking area is guarded and the rooms have all the necessary minimum.

Cheap motel. The price is good, the bed is OK, the room is small, the capsule bathroom too. The room was clean. Each room has a door on the outside. The GPS has big difficulties to spot the place, next to a speedway. You will have to use common sens instead of GPS to find it at the end of the journey. The free parking securely closed by night is a plus. It is a bit noisy, higway nearby and walls...

A pleasant stay in Perpignan Very friendly staff, super clean, good breakfast and location. The only negative, was that the street noise was quite loud and you could also hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Overall, we would stay again as the staff were great, but we would ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

The location and the quality for the price are excellent!!! Employees were very friendly and helpful. The towels were changed daily.
