Perfectly reasonable hotel for the price. Staff lovely and helpful. 10 euro taxi ride to city centre. Shame Hotel bar is closed at 10pm sharp. Evening dinner in the restaurant excellent. Other reviewers have been negative about the hotel however you get what you pay for.

Comfortable stay We chose a superior room which had a useful little courtyard. Neither the bath nor the basin had plugs when we arrived but a plug was provided for the bath when I asked on the second day of our stay. I'm not sure whether late arrival is possible since the reception is unmanned after 7pm. Breakfast must be ordered the night before. The bed had a tendency to move away from the headboard...

Good hotel Great location in Perpignan, making the entire downtown very accessible. Bus stop from the airport is just across the street. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. I'd be happy to return.

We were with a coach party and had an overnight stay here. The hotel has a lovely entrance with an ornate staircase leading up to the first floor. This was where the breakfast buffet was with a seated area and food preparation. There was one lift for 6 people and this was very busy if you had several people trying to use it at the same time. Top experience, reception was extremely kind and helpful, the place is overall clean and well maintained, rooms are big and tidy, we got a superior one but I'd guess they're all as good, very quiet and convenient if you want to visit the city center, it's 5min walk to the old town which is full of cafes and restaurants, positive experience, will come back

Disappointing! Receptionist couldn't have been more curt. Never asked to see health pass. Only interested in taking a swipe of out credit card which he handled and then passed back; do these people not know there is a pandemic going on? Room lacked the advertised Jacuzzi. Excellent small hotel. Clean with reasonable sized rooms with small balconies.well tended gardens surrounding pool and comfortable eating areas inside and out. Very good meal in the restaurant and all staff were friendly and helpful. Bearing in mind the reasonable price we really couldn't fault it and will certainly use it again when travelling from Spain to Germany.

If have an electric vehicle you can use the charging station in the parking lot. At the time of writing (July 21) there was only one but it's free of charge. You need to ask the reception to open the door of the charging station. Very good hotel, no hesitation in recommending. Everything. Staff great, helpful and smiling. Very comfortable, well appointed rooms, bathroom small but clean and modern. Fantastic private terrace for sunbathing. Breakfast great and extensive. The restaurant menu choices were limited for a '4 star' hotel. It was fine for a 4 stars hotel but I was expecting a better quality : bathroom was tiny, one lightbulb was not working in the bathroom so it was quite dark. The sauna and the gym was a plus, although the sauna was the size of a shower cabin for one person. The gym eqipment was outdated and some machines weren't in proper working conditions(like treadmills stopping any now and again and really squeaky...

The family room is very good it is quite large with a 1.50 bed and bunk beds for the children. With a large terrace. Very clean and cozy. The guy at the reception spoke a little Spanish but he took great care to do and that is what is appreciated since no one speaks it there. Thanks for the stay.

Easy to access, good signage, close to the Perpignan Sud exit of the motorway. Secure parking. Large establishment, clean room and comfortable bedding. Nice and modern bathroom. Comfort without fuss. Very affordable prices.

Lovely hotel! Very clean, updated and tidy rooms. The check in was easy. There is an outdoor parking that is inside the locked gate which is Greta if you have a car that is packed. They follow covid measurements when it came to breakfast (mask is mandatory, hands cleaned and gloves are provided) and cleaning. Thank you we will come back next time we drive through Europe!

Lovely clean room with WiFi for a good price

Typical B and B hotel, staff friendly and helpful although not manned 24/7 which we don’t usually go for but we managed to arrive when the reception was open. Gate to the car park is broken so it isn’t secure at night. Rooms good for the price. Quiet at night

We have been going to the B&B hotels, on our way to Spain, for the last 10 years and this one is by far the best!!! The others were also very good but what makes it even better for us is that the climate control/airo is wonderful, the shower doesnt have a curtain but a glass window. As always the room is clean, beds are good, showers are great, breakfast is good and for the price its fantastic! Friendly...

Decent hotel for its price, good location for going to Spain or the beaches

Our 12 sqm room was poker. Not any move around room with 4 bags. No where to lounge. Situated right in the middle of everything. Cheap and cheerful. Great staff.

For sure not a 4 * in many cities of North America , but I guess it is 4* for most touristic cities in Europe like Paris Most important ; very clean and quiet hotel, more comfortable than the lobby shows. Location is good I think. Roma termini is a jungle, if you go from airport to city in train, get a return already not to have to buy in Roma Termini

The hotel decor needed updating and cleanliness wasn’t its main priority but we chose it as it had a locked garage to store the motorbikes in so that was a plus. Good location but quite noisy due to traffic so bear that in mind. Receptionist was helpful though.

It's fine and has fabulous air conditioning though our room décor was slightly shabby with the walls needing a lick of paint. We stayed in room 41 which had a balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy enough but why doesn't this hotel ensure guests can take a shower standing in the bath? The shower rose had no bracket to attach it to the wall...

This is a small hotel, almost hidden from view in one of the best locations for visiting Perpignan and surrounding areas. It is not necessary to have a car. The building is very old but well maintained and very clean. Fresh towels daily, great pillows and comfortable beds make this a good place to relax at the end of a day. Just a really nice place to stay. Well appointed, nice breakfast, clean and beautifully decorated shared areas. An excellent restoration of an very old building. Not "Modern". Homely feeling of staying in a wealthy person's abode. Very close to restaurants, bars, shops, tourist attractions, etc. - next door!

This hotel was pretty clean and centrally located. It’s only a few steps from my favorite steak house!! It can get loud at night but your view is cool! I didn’t see or use any hotel amenities there. We only spent one night and it was comfortable but if you’re not an easy sleeper, this may not be a good choice.

Stayed for 3 night at the start of August. Small hotel, room was beautifully clean and basic facilities like tea/coffee and hair dryer were present. Air conditioning was a god send in the 38 degree heat, room was icy cool. Minor cons are lack of plug sockets and the tiny shower. As always with Ibis, good value for money and friendly staff. Beds are very good. This Ibis has smaller bathrooms then usual. Pets are welcome (extra charge). There is a small restaurant for dinner.

Meh..... The rooms and entire left side of the hotel are in desperate need of remodeling. Dirty walls, floors, toilet area dirty. No night stand. Very run down. Other Ibis hotels in same price category were much much better. Considered leaving before checking in. The staff on the other hand was great! Very friendly and helpful they made the stay better.

Stayed for one night. Was a bit pricey for my taste. 75 euros for one night. The hotel is located 4km away from perpignan city centre. The toilet has a door. The view is okay. For me the room is good enough for short budget but the price is expensive. Having in consideration that it is in France I guess it is not that bad. Clean. I would recommend to offer bigger towels for shower even if it is a budget hotel. Fair enough in general . Dont expect too much for breakfast

One night as a couple, good welcome, clean room, good breakfast in a clean refectory. disappointed by the somewhat cramped toilets. The maintenance staff is pleasant. We appreciated the calm and the perfectly adequate mattress. We will come back

My elementary age kids love the upper room! The room looks like tiny little loft with narrow stairs that lead to 2 single beds. Bathroom is small with little tub. Room is "spacious" compare to some "family" room at Novotel. Clean linens, one soap dispenser in the shower only. Downside: pillow isn't fluffy compare to Novotel. Paid breakfast was good, enough for a quick bite. See photos on their websites...

Motel needs an upgrade, stayed in similar with far better rooms, particularly bathroom. Floor grubby and bathroom past its best. For the price it should have been better. Reception, was upgraded and dining area good. Sorry but failed on this occasion.

We arrived late, checked in quickly through the electronic front desk. The room is excellent. Clean, spacious. It is very important for me that you can come with pets.

Very conveniently situated not far from the motorway so very good for an overnight stay. There is also a Lidl supermarket next door so fresh supplies for the journey were at hand the next morning. The staff were friendly and nice enough, the room was adequate for a one night stay although the price was high, even for August. The bed was comfy enough and the shower was ok. The hotel looks a little old from the outside and the rooms are also outdated. In our room the towels where with bloodstains and as we reported it the next morning the receptionist only shaked with her shoulders. No further coment or excuses. The breakfast was also very simple and that for the price of 6.15 Euro.

Great location in Perpignan between the railway station and old city centre. Receptionist was really helpful and advised us on places to see in Perpignan including an amazing building that was free. Breakfast was good continental range with nice pastries

I had a very nice reception when arriving and the staff and service is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and functional, some even with a little terras. Not the biggest of rooms though. While close to the center and a big street, the sound isolation from the outside is very good. The hotel itself however is a litle older. So loud guests are quite audible. Maybe I was just unlucky. Incredible hospitality by the staff, their ability to switch between French and English was the real deal! Having visited a dozen french cities during my travel I can assure you the room I stayed in was better than the average 3 starred hotel room you find here in France. Good internet connection even at the second floor. Overall really satisfied! ^^

A good budget hotel. Liked the history of other famous residents. But cannot stop outside to drop off my wife and baggage so we both got very wet walking from the car park. Maybe thee is some way they can provide maps of access to the lane at the side of the hotel, just for drop - off and collection?

The hotel location was pretty good , the room was a lite bit old fashioned but still was clean and tidy. The elevator was pretyy small, the baby's trolley almost didnt fit, therefore we had to leave itvat the lobby.

Couldn't see how this is a 4 star hotel. Musty smell in the room probably due to humidity problems in the bathroom and a general feel of it not being very clean. Maybe it's just because it's wearing down. A mid-3 not a 4 star unfortunately. A nice breakfast terrace and a roof top terrace with a lovely view though.

A lovely hotel in a good location. We stayed for a long weekend and found the staff to be super helpful and friendly. We booked the Hyacinth suite which was comfortable and well equiped. Happy to recommend and revisit. Only one point, it's quite a steep step up/down to the terrace, a small step or a handrail would be useful, especially for those will mobility issues.

I did love the hotel interior and restaurant/ lobby bar and its staff but : - I was asked to move my car from front of the hotel but the luxury cars with French license where OK to stand there the whole night ( double standard if you drive a Toyota not Porsche) - the breakfast is below a 50e B&B standard - it is served on a terrace in the company of pigeons that go inside the food court…… We stayed...

The hotel doesn't require occupants to wear face mask and we saw 5 people inside the elevator😲 We used stairs instead. They are probably not aware that France has high number of Corona positive cases. The room is and clean and staff are accommodating though.

We stayed for a week. Our room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The hotel is in a good location - between the historical centre and the station. The immediate area is quiet but there are many bars and restaurants within no more than 2 to 3 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and competent and whilst some amenities were not open, the hotel tried its best to provide a “normal” service.

It is in a very centrical place and that makes so easy the visits to the old city, the breakfast it is not the biggest but its okay.

For around 75€ for two people a night without included breakfast, we stayed at this BNB. At first I was skeptical, because there was a strong bathroom-ish stench in the reception hall and the floors. But in the room, it was gone. The room had a balcony, a toilet in a separate room (in which the door wouldn't close though), a bathroom with sink and a very nice rainfall shower! Hotel is situated on Boulevard Wilson opposite very good but very expensive u/ground car park - no concession given by hotel which, according to previous reviews, it used to do! Spacious, updated room. Great location, close to bus and train terminal. Not much to do around area as it is in a business center. They list Air Conditioning as an amenity but they do NOT have air conditioning in April. Front desk lent us 2 tiny fans that did not work. Was very hot. Windows of both our rooms were closed and could not be opened to let in outside breeze.

We stayed the weekend. Very nice staff and the spa was great. We had an hour before the massage by ourselves. The dinner was a catered meal but for the moment and the price it was good.

A magnificent moment, a place where everything is done for relaxation and joy for the eyes. Lush vegetation, attention to detail, a collection of paintings, statues, bronzes... what a treat.
