Rating 5 stars just because the customer service was great. Not sure why comments for this place saying the staff are unprofessional because we were greeted by Natasha at reception, friendly demeanor and even gave us a discount with complimentary breakfast since she didn't immediately see the reservation I made on Airbnb. Room was clean enough. It is after all a 2-star hotel please be realistic with your expectations. Some minor details like a little paint peeling off the walls in the room but from what I gather they are sorting out and renovating this summer. Good for 1 night stay if looking for something last minute and close to the town center. Unfortunately we came in August and most of the establishments and restaurants around the city were closed.

As soon as we have arrived, they couldn’t find the key . We had to wait for 13 minutes until they found the keys.. then we entered the room, but the air conditioning was not functioning. He informed them they gave us another room just close to the reception.. none of the rooms are clean Göde bathrooms. Everything is out of date. Everything is dirty.. no service. Interior of rooms do not have anything to do with the pictures shown on the Internet or website.. They are trying to cheat the clients by misinformation. I will make a complain to the city administration.

My stay at Hotel Aragon was a disaster from start to finish: no Wi-Fi in the rooms despite being advertised, visible mold on the walls (photos attached), no towels, a damaged bed, and a poor breakfast with only two sweet items. After my formal complaint, the director ignored every issue and offered only a ridiculous “10% discount” for a future stay – as if I would ever return to such a place. This hotel is negligent, untrustworthy, and unworthy of the price charged. Absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, not a great experience. We were given a freshly painted room with a strong paint smell, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Nice, clean, basic hotel within walking distance of the centre ville. No frills rooms without a fridge , but comfortable and quiet. Nice friendly staff, breakfast a little on the expensive side for what is on offer, no 'hot' option, but no restriction on the cold buffet items.

I had a very nice reception when arriving and the staff and service is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and functional, some even with a little terras. Not the biggest of rooms though. While close to the center and a big street, the sound isolation from the outside is very good. The hotel itself however is a litle older. So loud guests are quite audible. Maybe I was just unlucky.
Parking in the neighborhood is free, for me it took a while to find a spot (however I am reading that other guests were a lot more lucky), so maybe this was me.
The breakfast is very simple and basic (bad coffee, sorry). I would take that outside next time. The best part is the very competitive price. A room here is cheap compared to today's standards, especially if you realize it's less than 5 mins walk of the historic center.

Great location in Perpignan between the railway station and old city centre. Receptionist was really helpful and advised us on places to see in Perpignan including an amazing building that was free. Breakfast was good continental range with nice pastries
