We had a room for the night and found it very reasonable. The room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, A/C was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done more for you. The pool was a big plus after a 4 hour drive in 30+ degrees, nice to relax, have a few beers and cool off in the pool. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and plenty to eat. If we’re in the area again...

The staff were absolutely delightful and so very helpful on everything, Quimper town centre is a pretty walk along the river about 30 minutes away. Two excellent golf courses nearby. Weather was disappointing for July. Thank you Hotel Oceania

Very good location in front of the station 5 minutes away from the historical center But toilet area so narrow you can't sit on the loo... A pity really for a 3-star hotel

Great hotel but safes in room don't work Great hotel in town centre location but the safe in the room did not work same as last time i visited last year. This meant i had to take my passport, car key, wallet and ipad with me every time I left the room.

The people who work here are saints. My mother ripped a bicep and was in severe pain. The staff did not hesitate to give us continuous bags of ice to keep her pain down or to find the "garde pharmacie" on a Sunday so we could try and get some medicine for her. It's not the fanciest hotel but with good staff and a good location, there's a lot that could be worse.

This hotel was wonderful. Room was very clean! Great location, five minutes from the cathedral, easy walking distance from the train station. Comfortable and pleasant. I had read reviews that said the police station across the street was noisy... we were there on Friday and Saturday nights and did not hear a single noise. The woman who checked us in was so nice! not very good mattress, had put a mattress topper but it slipped, blocked sink and a horrible sewer smell so we called reception, they came straight away really great but they put pine product to unclog, very strong pine smell but the next day still blocked we informed reception when we left. the cleaning in our room not great, on the other hand the staff is very friendly AND RESPONSIVE

Restaurant closed, gym consisted of 1 bike, bed was very hard. Lovely building and rooms, nice that you can book the pool for a hour (not sure how that would work in busy times) Really friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely lovely garden , good parking and breakfast on the edge of town, no evening meal but plenty of options within 10 minutes by car. Staff all great and helpful.

From the outside look of the property we were expecting a hotel with period features and ambiance. Unfortunately, the part of the hotel we were in had neither except for a stone staircase. It was 1970’s in style. The room was very tired and the bedsheet was crumpled and not ironed!

We had read the many negative comments on the internet, but we do not understand them at all. We had a great stay. Very quiet surroundings in a park-look alike place. Nice breakfast and a very tasty dinner which we ordered one day in advance in the reception. The place has a great charm and combined with the very reasonable price for a 4 star hotel I rate it 5 stars here in my review. Great value...

Functional compact rooms, helpful reception staff. Quiet, residential area with cafe and health food shops next door and very conveniently sited bus stops offering frequent and cheap journeys into the town. As international travellers it suited us well to go into town for the Quimper festival.

A small inconspicuous hotel opposite Quimper train station. Wow, what a gem, with friendly helpful staff, well-proportioned rooms, and an excellent breakfast. With the bus terminal and train station directly opposite, as well as a free shuttle into Quimper city centre, it is ideally placed if you don’t have a car.

This was a very nice hotel. As mentioned, a short throw from the train station. Opening hours are a little different so make sure to check your arrival. Friendly staff. The actual rooms are in a little house behind what you see when coming from the station. Contrary to some other reviews I find both the room and the bathroom large and very functional. The best thing about this hotel is its location; a very short walk to the historic centre of Quimper. It is clean. The breakfast was good. But it is very dated and in need of complete modernisation. It looks quite sad. If you get there early enough (which we did) there is hotel parking - but only two places. There is no lift - and we struggled with our luggage to our room on the second floor.

Quite old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. The Hotel Gradlon is an easy walking distance from the historic centre of Quimper. Good sized well appointed rooms and first rate breakfast. No elevator. Very quiet and relaxing. Would recommend.

While the hotel is in a very good location, the staff was indifferent, if not unfriendly. When I asked them to call a cab for my wife and I, they looked at me as if I had asked them to donate a kidney. The rooms are a nice size but the interiors are tired. Despite what some tour guide books said, the breakfasts are nothing special.

I arrived very late and no one was at the front desk. I liked the idea of using a code instead of a card to unlock the room. One of the beds was not made when we arrived. The room was cheap and provided good enough room to sleep for a night or two.

Booked at the last minute via Tourist Office. Excellent hotel in every way. Staff were helpful, always available, but unobtrusive. The room and public areas were spotlessly clean and spacious. Very convenient B & B hotel in central Quimper. Clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Own car park which is a real plus and reasonable at €7 per day. Only negative is optional breakfast is €13 per person which is outrageous but there are plenty of good and cheaper options a short walk away, which is what we did and saved ourselves €30 in three days.

Very well received by a charming lady who also gave me very good information on the towns and restaurants around Quimper. The room was classic, simple, efficient, but soulless, a cruel lack of decoration and finishes. Of course we are in a large chain, but still. Same for the breakfast, too simple, not very varied, and especially with mediocre quality products, without highlighting local products....

I usually stay in hotels not far from this one. Technically, the service is okay, but especially not at this price. A hotel that lacks co-counseling. So I compare the price/service. The room is tiny, like an ibis budget. No bathroom, a shower against the window, toilet and sink opposite (closed by a door) but it's really tiny. The desk is also very small, they are retractable brackets, nothing crazy...

We loved the beeroom with the mezzanine level. It felt like we werent sharing with the kids and they loved being up there. The room however was extremely hot as there was no air conditioning. Parking was plenty and we were allowed to park there before check in. It was about a 25min walk into the centre which was very good. Would recommend this as a place to stay for an onward journey

A basic hotel, only for travelers by car, located on the outskirts of Quimper. The parking was dark and the access wasn’t very convenient, especially with luggage, as there was an uphill slope at the entrance. Inside the hotel there isn’t an elevator. Although, the staff was kind.

We stayed in a family room and were pleasantly surpised at how large it was and that there were two bedrooms. We checked in late, so used the check in machine and everything was pin operated. We would stay here again for a clean, comfortable stay

the rooms are very small, a bit claustrophobic, but clean and silent. very good idea to have the automatic reception for guests arriving late at night. perfect the position near the motorway exit and we really appreciated the private parking with closed gate. good breakfast with wide range of products to choose.

Good reception, attentive and helpful. Clean room, diversified meals of good consistency and the cook ensures. Improving the thermal and sound insulation of the joinery would be a plus. Rolling shutters for a good closing and to avoid having the outside light all night in the room, will improve the sleep. Thank you
