The staff were extremely helpful in arranging our stay, particularly when I needed to move the date at the last minute. The rooms are fine, reasonably comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice option when the weather is good. We have an electric car, so having multiple charging stations on-site was ideal. Breakfast was pretty good. We would come back.

We stayed as a stopover from Manchester to Bavaria. The hotel is perfectly located for onward journeys after crossing the channel. Also just opposite large supermarket and in walking distance to bakers/restaurants. The hotel is bright, the rooms are clean and the pool is a fabulous start to the holiday! Reception staff were really friendly. Lots of options for breakfast.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Location is easy if you're just stopping over night to travel the next day. Food menu was very limited and quite pricey for what it is. No dairy free breakfast alternatives. Cleanliness of the room needs improvement, hairs found in bedding and bathroom floor.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover and it couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. The room was just right for our small family, comfortable and clean, with all the essentials. The food was great, and the service from the staff matched this-friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip.

The stay is excellent if you have a staff with an impeccable service spirit. Indeed, I had a huge problem with charging my electric car, this person tried his best to find a solution for me, you can see the woman carrying a large electric cable, I was stunned by her customer service spirit. Sincerely, thank you again, I was in a rather difficult situation and you did not refuse to help me. The spirit of service is cultivated, but you have cemented it within yourself.

Overall, the hotel is good with very nice and spacious rooms and a wide selection of food and drinks. Unfortunately, I had a bad spot, while next door the waiter was quick, friendly, and attentive. Parking is free and ample, the location is very quiet with good transport links. The pool is definitely a big plus. However, the breakfast was disappointing for this category. For me, it's a 3.5-star experience. Still, I would book this hotel again.

Good hotel, good restaurant, friendly stuff, but: of all things, the access from the reception to the accessible room 123 leads via a ramp. Both uphill and downhill, this presents a challenge for people in wheelchairs or with a prosthetic leg. While the structure itself likely cannot be changed, retrofitting two handrails on the left and right walls would be very helpful for these individuals.

Another one night stay en route to the Alps, the Novotel Tinqueux is our established ‘go to’ venue when driving through France. Close to the motorway, easy parking, efficient check in/out, and modern and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is relaxed and the food as to be expected in a Novotel. With a Carrefour and fuel station close by, staying at the Novotel not only works well from a practical perspective, it’s a pleasant experience.

The hotel is only a short drive from the autoroute. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were of a decent size and very clean. The dinner was very average in terms of quality, but made up by the better breakfast the following day.

We like this place - convenient on the way to and from the Alps.
Bed comfortable room nice. I would prefer a Nespresso-type machine to instant coffee and was disappointed that once again the fridge did not work. I think they are trying to be eco-friendly but it is just annoying.
Evening meal was very good.
Plenty of free parking - good and opposite a Carrefour supermarket and petrol station - also good.
