This is a great hotel. The receptionists are very professional and friendly. There is a swimming pool, spa, restaurant and bar. I had a breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel so my experience was great. I didn't need to go anywhere to get food. from the hotel to airport I’ve took a hotel shuttle it took just 15 minutes to go there. there was an Asian brown guy in the reception. He wears glasses🤓 he can speak English fluently he explained me very well about the times of the restaurant and everything about this hotel. I’m looking forward to visit this hotel with my family.

Hello I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week… it was booked as part of a group tour through Thomas Cook…. The rooms were very spacious and superclean….thanks to the brilliantly efficient housekeeping team…. the restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful in every way though the hotel was quite crowded…would like to thank Yousuf and couple of other restaurant staff
( i cud not get their name) for the special attention they gave us…. Also the reception staff was very prompt and professional in handling such a large number of people…. Would definitely love to stay here again if I get a chance to visit Paris… Thanks a lot for your warm hospitality once again….

The hotel rooms are run down, however the lobby, bar area, and pool and spa areas were well maintained and clean. The Clarion sign was gone and it appears that the hotel may be under new ownership. I would stay here again if the price was right.

It is impossible to get a hold of this hotel for anything. We called them several times to get a shuttle and it was over 30 minutes before they finally picked up the phone. There was no hair dryer in our room, and I didn't know what number to click for the front desk as it is not indicated, so I tried to call from my own phone and they never ended up picking up. I only got the dryer in the end because they had to call us to tell us our delivery was there. Finally, once we figured out the number for the desk, we tried to call them from the phone in our room to tell them we were running behind for the shuttle and would be another 5 minutes. They didn't pick up as you have likely predicted from the rest of this review, and as a result i watched the shuttle drive away from us as we entered the lobby. The lady at the front desk was not only incredibly unhelpful, but rude as well.

This hotel is dated and doesn't even have the customer service to make up for it. The only good thing about it was that it was cheap for a last minute accommodation. My 2 star review is generous.

I found the rooms to be really good ! Each part of the room has been carefully planned. There was everything available from a microwave oven to a small kitchen shelf with separate basin. The WC was separate from the bathroom providing opportunity to cut time in getting prepared.
Taking breakfast in Picasso room as planned by the hotel management, however, was the most shocking and saddest experience I had in whole of Europe trip of about two weeks as the staff was not only rude but unfit to be posted in a restaurant as either they would not respond or respond rudely. They did not replenish the food items though the hotel price was inclusive of breakfast. The waitress and waiters behaved as if the customers are beggars. I have travelled almost whole world and has not seen such poor human behavior while offering food that too at a price.
The front desk staff when approached hardly smiled despite greeting them before conversation and did not have even basic information about how to reach city other than booking a cab or Uber.
Probably the management has failed in making the staff realise that they get salaries out to the money guests spend on booking the hotel.
A phenomenal infrastructure being marred by incompetent staff for the hospitality industry!

**Warning - Security Deposit Scam!**

I stayed at this hotel with booking ID 1248730169, checking in on 27th April 2024 and checking out on 29th April 2024, with my stay fully paid through Agoda. Upon check-in, the hotel collected a €250 security deposit, promising it would be automatically refunded to my card/bank account. It has now been over 20 days, and I still haven't received my reimbursement.

I've repeatedly called and emailed the hotel, only to be told that the deposit was refunded and to check with my bank. My bank confirms no such refund has been processed. This hotel is running a scam. Avoid at all costs!

I will also raise this complaint to the higher authorities in France or Paris. Let's see what these officials do about scams targeting tourists.

Terrible hotel, awful experience. I have never encountered such poor service. It's been over nine days, and we still haven't received our deposit money. No one is willing to assist us; the hospitality is abysmal. I strongly recommend against booking this hotel. None of the other hotels in Paris require a deposit, but this one does. Initially, they claimed we would get a refund in 24 hours, then said three days, and later changed it to eight working days. It's now been 19 days, and we still haven't received our money. This hotel is utterly shameless.

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The check in process was smooth and welcoming. However, the check out process was a complete 180, confusing, the staff was rude and short and not helpful answering simple questions such as where we could expect the shuttle we had booked to the airport. All in all it's a close distance to the airport so for one night it works but I probably wouldn't stay longer. The rooms are outdated but large. Still waiting to receive my deposit as other reviews have mentioned -€250.

It is cheaper and quicker to just stay downtown and take the train to the airport. Spa was closed when we went so check that or you will be disappointed as there isn’t anything else around. Rooms are a good size but surprisingly the beds are not so comfortable. We waited for 40 minutes at check in as there was one person to help everyone.
Also it costs 15-30 to get there from the airport even though it is only 6 minute drive. The train from downtown to the airport is only 10 and very quick. If you have an early flight their shuttle will not take you so I recommend saving your money. I wish I could get mine back as we ended up spending an additional $70 on transport to and from there plus their city tax is more than that at Disneyland!

Thank God we only spent one night. We had initially booked to stay at this hotel for five nights, but for some reason, the negative reviews about the hotel on Google kept bothering me, and I thank God I listened to those reviews and booked our five nights somewhere else and only stayed one night at this hotel, because of the distance to the airport. From the moment we got to the front of the hotel, you could tell it was not a place for anyone to try to lay their heads. The building was so old and outdated. Honestly, the lobby was the only part of the hotel that looked appealing to one's own eyes. Everything else was horrible. From a weird carpet smell to nasty-looking paint on the wall. And to talk about staff and services was horrible! Their staff were very rude and impatient. They make guests feel highly unwelcome in their God-forsaking hotel. If you don't want to be yelled out, I'd advise anyone to stay away from the front desk. I completely disapprove of this hotel, and I hope they can do better to accommodate their guest.
