The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a convenient kitchenette that’s perfect for short stays. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home.
The highlight of my stay was the amazing service. It was quick, professional, and incredibly friendly. A special thank you to RAYAN, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His warmth and dedication made a huge difference during my brief stay.
( i cud not get their name) for the special attention they gave us…. Also the reception staff was very prompt and professional in handling such a large number of people…. Would definitely love to stay here again if I get a chance to visit Paris… Thanks a lot for your warm hospitality once again….
This hotel is dated and doesn't even have the customer service to make up for it. The only good thing about it was that it was cheap for a last minute accommodation. My 2 star review is generous.
Taking breakfast in Picasso room as planned by the hotel management, however, was the most shocking and saddest experience I had in whole of Europe trip of about two weeks as the staff was not only rude but unfit to be posted in a restaurant as either they would not respond or respond rudely. They did not replenish the food items though the hotel price was inclusive of breakfast. The waitress and waiters behaved as if the customers are beggars. I have travelled almost whole world and has not seen such poor human behavior while offering food that too at a price.
The front desk staff when approached hardly smiled despite greeting them before conversation and did not have even basic information about how to reach city other than booking a cab or Uber.
Probably the management has failed in making the staff realise that they get salaries out to the money guests spend on booking the hotel.
A phenomenal infrastructure being marred by incompetent staff for the hospitality industry!
I stayed at this hotel with booking ID 1248730169, checking in on 27th April 2024 and checking out on 29th April 2024, with my stay fully paid through Agoda. Upon check-in, the hotel collected a €250 security deposit, promising it would be automatically refunded to my card/bank account. It has now been over 20 days, and I still haven't received my reimbursement.
I've repeatedly called and emailed the hotel, only to be told that the deposit was refunded and to check with my bank. My bank confirms no such refund has been processed. This hotel is running a scam. Avoid at all costs!
I will also raise this complaint to the higher authorities in France or Paris. Let's see what these officials do about scams targeting tourists.
