First of all we got an upgrade which was a tremendous news upon arrival. Check-in was smooth and extremely fast. The staff were friendly and utmost helpful. Room was magnificent and much better than in most of the hotels in the area. Looked very new and very well looked after. Vast and comfortable bed, coffee makers and lots of light in the room. Common areas, including foyer, coffee area and the yard winter garden with bar are perfect spots to have a meeting with or just hang out. There are lots of dining establishments and shops within up to 5 min walking distance. If you plan to travel by metro - there are 2 stations within 5 min walking distance.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is prefect. A short walk to Opéra, Auber and Madeline stations and also walking distance to numerous tourist sights.
The rooms vary in size dependent on room type but they are all very comfortable - you will have a good night’s sleep! The variety and quality of breakfast is good and the bar offers a good selection of drinks and food.
The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Very helpful and friendly employees, very clean. Great breakfast. Great location. Walked for more than 20 km every day. The room was great. The lobby, etc. The only negative thing I can think of are the matrasses. They need to be replaced.

Great place to stay in. I was at a different hotel before where i paid more but this one was way better. The room is spacious, the tv has a lot of channels and stuff are very nice. Totally would book here again

A nicely situated hotel in the centre of Paris. However, the room was sparse, and though clean was a little old fashioned. Also no room service after 11pm or food of any kind which was disappointing.

Warm welcoming staff. Nice room large enough and clean.
Location is very good.
Our room doesn’t have cooling AC, we went there in February and just opened the window but in summer time it’s challenging. Other than AC I really like the hotel.

I enjoyed every moment at that hotel
We stayed at the superior room and superior it was. It was very spacious and the bathroom was excellent.
The location is magnificent as well , everything was a walking distance. The area is full of amazing restaurants and cafes.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, the window was a little drafty, but not critical. The breakfast is excellent.

I’ll leave 5, because there’s nothing to fight (and I wanted to). The size of the room is good, there is a bathroom!!! Nice bathroom! Soap and towels were always changed. Delicious breakfast (although they kicked me out later, but it's my own fault that I came late). Nice hotel in a great tourist area. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, in front of a pharmacy. A 2-minute walk is the perfume museum, I definitely advise you to visit. And a little further the opera house, how beautiful it is there!
