Excellent hotel, extremely easy for international travelers. Staff polite, friendly, and helpful from top to bottom. The location is great, safe, close to the metro, close to restaurants and bars. Pro tip: upgrade to a balcony room and enjoy a coffee outside each morning. It is worth the small extra charge!

My wife and I started a long trip to France with a stay here. We have been customers at several Paris hotels over the years, but this has really been one the best. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. They handled all our restaurant reservations and upgraded us to a beautiful high floor room. My expectations were exceeded. As a loyal Bonvoy titanium member, this hotel is a no brainer. The only thing it is missing is a lounge, but that wasn’t necessary. They credited us at their lobby bar and it was great.

This is a solid choice for a visit to Paris whether for work or holiday. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was well appointed, comfortable, clean and quiet. The location isn’t very close to the tourist attractions, but also not far - you can get anywhere you want to go in half an hour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. The only thing I would mention is that the gym is tiny and lacking most of the equipment you would need for a good workout, so if that’s important to you, be aware.

Location - far from the classical tourist spots (1 hour walking/30 minute subway ride to most) STILL AWESOME, restaurants and bars all over the place, more of a locals vibe)

Rooms - GREAT, but…. Most rooms dont have private toilet area, so keep that in mind in case you still
Believe in the idea that some things should remain private in a relationship.

Perfect place to land for an overnight stay in Paris. Anything you need is just a short walk away. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. We enjoyed the courtyard for evening drinks and morning coffee. The toilet is separate from the sink which I didn’t prefer. But the rooms are compact and comfortable

Stayed July 2024 and would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet (extra add on with room) always started the day off right. Always clean. Easy walk to plenty of cafes/restaurants. Feet from Metro.

My stay there was great!!!!! Except for a few things. 1. Please don’t charge people for a Pepsi Max or Coke Zero in the breakfast buffet as some don’t drink coffee. 2. No bathtub in my bathroom, just a shower. 3. The AC does not turn on harder enough and the whole room was just silent.

Top tier hotel, exquisitely decorated, gorgeous room interior design and very well maintained, beautiful collection of paintings spread around the hotel and the rooms. The services are great, diverse breakfast offer but bare in mind that for lunch and menu it’s a fixed menu for a week and about 3 plates diverse, so if you’re booking for over 3 days perhaps you’d consider other restaurants aside from the hotel’s, which is also not an issue cause the street in which the hotel in located is full of restaurants.

I stayed here in May 2024. I thought this hotel was wonderful. It has an almost perfect mix of elements to satisfy travelers looking for luxury, comfort, warmth, and convenience.

I had a second-floor artist studio suite that was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage space. The staff were very helpful at all levels I encountered—from folks who worked breakfast to front-desk staff who helped me add a day to my stay. And the location cannot be beat, especially for guests somewhat familiar with Paris and the transit system. While Paris is by nature a tourist-heavy city, this hotel is set near a number of appealing, authentic neighborhoods. And the comprehensive, nearby Republique metro makes the whole city accessible. I can easily see returning.
