We stayed here for one night because we had an early morning flight to catch. This hotel is in a convenient location from the airport, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Although, breakfast was included, we didn’t have time to eat, since we left at 6:30 in the morning. We only had to walk about five minutes to the free train shuttle, which took us to the airport in no time.

It was ok for a night stay. Service was amazing and rooms were clean but there's no food around if you don't have a car so we had to have the buffet dinner which was €27pp and the food was very VERY mediocre for that price! Considering we had an amazing buffet 2 days before for the same price that had everything you can think of, felt like a massive rip off.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations for an overnight at the airport before a flight. The room is very spacious, with very comfy bed, lovely bathroom and plenty of plug sockets! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, especially the French toast and pancakes

Check in process was a breeze with the mobile app. As a premier member they give you a drink voucher but some of the restaurant staff are not trained to understand what drinks can actually be given for free. I only stayed one night, but it was nice. I liked the space theme of the hotel. And the breakfast was good. The only thing that was missing was the possibility to cast on the TV in the room, or access to streaming platforms. Investing in Android boxes, for a few dozen euros each, would be a big plus. We had less than 24 hrs in Paris and we exploited every minute. This very cozy,friendly and accomodating hotel was worth every penny. When we arrived, the kind and informative staff were prompt. The hotel itself is great, late check in, private parking, soft beds, family rooms available. My only gripe is that the swimming pool was closed (and this is the reason we picked the hotel) to be fair they did mention in small print in the booking description, but they still show photos of the pool like it is working. That was disappointing, but the rest was a great experience.

Access from the airport has been difficult and requires 2euros in cash by public transportation. The room are large, inexpensive and would have deserved a deep cleaning. But for barely more than a Formule 1 hôtel, you get much more!

Cool design. Comfortable room. You have an ipad in the room for controlling the appliances (but no water to drink?!?). Large parking and tasty breakfast. Lunch - dinner food variety and crowd management are a bit poor, so be prepared to get bored from queues and food, if you stay many days.

The usual Citizen M experience. A small room with an odd shower and loo in your room. They are screened by a see through (but frosted) partition wall but even so it still feels a bit weird. The location is good for the airport as expected with a simple train journey lasting only 2 or 3 minutes gets you to the airport terminals.

Usually one of the busient one, the current lockdown hasn't shaken up that much. Most of the area is cordoned off but some food joints and shops are allowed to stay open, so that the passengers have some refreshments available. As there are fewer people, it's easier to find a place to sit down and read a book or watch a movie.

Room seems like recently updated with modern touch. Bed was very comfy n bathroom was clean n nice. Everything was great!

Fine for stopover but difficult to find if your french is not good. From the hotel to terminal 2 the ibis shuttle is good - but where to find it within the airport to go to ibis is not easy so we had to pay 22 euro for a taxi.

Maybe you should train your stuff to speak English, considering the hotel is nearby a city like Paris just next to an exhibition centre. It’s nearly impossible to speak any language other than French.

After a flight day, we were put up at Hyatt Place It was a very nice hotel especially when it was free. The hotel provided dinner and that's where things went down hill. Dinner was buffet style and featured the driest chicken and most overcooked salmon I've ever had. That did not impact my score of the hotel since the restaurant made that truly awful food.

The hotel rooms are run down, however the lobby, bar area, and pool and spa areas were well maintained and clean. The Clarion sign was gone and it appears that the hotel may be under new ownership. I would stay here again if the price was right.

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The check in process was smooth and welcoming. The main reason why I chose this hotel was the beautiful photos of the pool, but the pool closed by the time we returned from dinner at 9PM. The room smelled like cigarettes and the air conditioning did not work. The only reason I enjoyed the stay was the beautiful village that is walking distance from the building.

Every thing about this hotel is excellent. But best of all, it's only a €2.0 ride on the bus from the airport, dropping you outside the hotel. It's even a quicker ride back. Very nice and helpful staff as well.

We stayed here for a night before we flew back to Australia. Highly recommend this hotel because the room was clean and massive. Check in was smooth and quick for us. I would however skip the breakfast, £15 per person for a very average selection of breakfast food, and whole time we ate there they ran out of scrambled eggs, which was a shame.

Stayed here several times, for meetings sometimes with overnight. The atmosphere is as at the airport, nothing special. Meeting room is over the train or under plane platform (not sure) and you can hear and feel it during your meeting. However meeting service is good.
