The Hilton CDG is an excellent and accessible place to stay in Paris especially if one wants to be close to the airport. While there is no shuttle service it is only a short and inexpensive ride from the airport to the hotel. The staff is great, rooms very comfortable, breakfast items diverse, and ambience fantastic.

Despite some technical problems, like minor dysfunctions in the bathroom, the hotel is a good stay. My stay at the Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport was pleasant. The location was ok, one train to Paris but sometimes the direct route was closed. The room was a good size and the service was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. One of the elevators was making noise so that could be improved.

The hotel rooms are run down, however the lobby, bar area, and pool and spa areas were well maintained and clean. The Clarion sign was gone and it appears that the hotel may be under new ownership. I would stay here again if the price was right.

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The check in process was smooth and welcoming. However, the check out process was a complete 180, confusing, the staff was rude and short and not helpful answering simple questions such as where we could expect the shuttle we had booked to the airport. Got a marvelous room with a fantastic view of the Concorde at the Charles De Gaulle Airport. Rooms are small but well lit and with a controllable AC. Wifi kept on getting disconnected. Friendly staff from Front Office and housekeeping. Easy transportation from the terminal which is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

I only stayed one night, but it was nice. I liked the space theme of the hotel. And the breakfast was good. The only thing that was missing was the possibility to cast on the TV in the room, or access to streaming platforms. Investing in Android boxes, for a few dozen euros each, would be a big plus. Great hotel. I booked two nights here to recharge from my Camino walk and five days in the city. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I am happen to be in Paris. The room is very roomy and clean. I do not understand the negative reviews.

Omar at the front desk is the best. My father left his wallet in the taxi when we were checking in. Omar checked the security cameras and tracked down the taxi like a true detective. He was able to contact the driver to have the driver return the wallet while we were eating dinner. Dinner was great and the rooms were very comfortable.

After a flight day, we were put up at Hyatt Place It was a very nice hotel especially when it was free. The hotel provided dinner and that's where things went down hill. Dinner was buffet style and featured the driest chicken and most overcooked salmon I've ever had. That did not impact my score of the hotel since the restaurant made that truly awful food.

The hotel itself is great, late check in, private parking, soft beds, family rooms available. My only gripe is that the swimming pool was closed (and this is the reason we picked the hotel) to be fair they did mention in small print in the booking description, but they still show photos of the pool like it is working. We stayed here for one night because we had an early morning flight to catch. This hotel is in a convenient location from the airport, and the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Lovely hotel in the lobby, but the rooms are a bit dated. The shower should've had a shower mat as the shower tray is extremely slippery when wet. I found out the hard way as I lost my footing and fell down, hitting my head and shoulder on the tiled surface.

Stayed here several times, for meetings sometimes with overnight. The atmosphere is as at the airport, nothing special. Meeting room is over the train or under plane platform (not sure) and you can hear and feel it during your meeting. However meeting service is good. Easy to reach once you have contacted the hotel for the shuttle bus, close to the airport. Room size perfect for 1-3 pax. Essential amenities provided in the room. Excellent customer service from the gentleman at the reception.

booked 1 suite and 1 superior room. cleanliness needs to be improved, especially on the entrance floor which immediately shows bad impressions when entering the room. toilet was dirty too (old stains + toilet paper in the water) bed pillows are cheap quality and not comfortable, also no air conditioning available (24°c in the room despite being winter outside) so sleep quality wasn't the best. same...

Comfortable enough room, and the location in the village was nice. (I took my dog out for a very enjoyable early-morning walk before getting on a long flight.) On the negative side, getting from the terminal to the airport was a nightmare. The reception was totally unhelpful in describing how to find the shuttle. How can an airport hotel not make it easy to get between the airport and the hotel?! ...

A good hotel near Paris airport. Rooms are comfortable. Upholstery is Ok. Staff is no doubt courteous. Breakfast is good. WIFI is free. But distance from city is considerable. Only taxi can help you. Lobby is spacious. Overall a good experience.

A reasonable economy hotel close to Charles Da Gaulle Airport in Paris. Recommended for convenience to reach the Airport easily since Central Paris can have traffic snarls during peak hours. Clean and tidy. Rooms are small.

This is a restaurant at a Holiday Inn near the airport. The food was good, not great. It's probably a step up from Holiday Inns in the U.S., but, really, you're at a Holiday Inn near the airport. You can't really expect five star meals.

The website and booking says there’s a free shuttle but it is not free. I booked a shuttle for 11:30. When I arrived at the front desk they said the last shuttle arrives at 10:30 I had to pay €10 for a taxi The room and hallways were not particularly clean and had an old/musty feel
