ibis Paris CDG Airport
Roissy, 3 rue de Bruxelles, RoissyPôle 🧭 Map
Hotel IBIS CDG, is very conveniently located from Airport offering a quality and budget stay in Paris. You will have a very comfortable room but a very small bathroom (similar to that of an airplane ?). There are varied food options and food is good with a lot of options. Staff is very friendly. I did not carry universal electrical adapter and I was struggling to keep mobile charged. Staff provided...
Easy to access hotel, well located and efficient check-in. I got a reasonable price but this might not always be the case. The ibis rooms lack power plug by the bed. I counted only 2 plugs by the desk for the whole room, it's clearly not enough. Pillows could be improved as well as the dated TV. Good intentions with old videos plugs available for showing our own content but no one use those plugs now...
Very Good, budget option. Very simple to get to/from airport. Lots of food options available and good WiFi. Clean and comfy
The location of the hotel just beside the CDGVAL station and their quick check-in check-out procedures make this hotel one of the most convenient options. The rooms are small but well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable and provided for some much needed rest. The bathrooms however are tiny, so much so that moving inside is difficult with the door closed! The four restaurants provide a variety of food...

It is a nice hotel, has good architecture nice beds and so on. But within the first minute of arriving at my room, I notice that one of the lamps is going on and off when the switch is on and isn't. When I went to use one of the doors the doorknob fell off. And one of the chairs wheels was gone (found it on the table next to the chair). Overall a nice hotel, but my room had a lot of flaws, more than...
I appreciate the restrictions due to Covid except for the cancellation of the shuttle service, we arrived in non stop the pouring rain, we waited by Marks and Spencer (open again) for 20 minutes but unfortunately the rain did not subside and we were forced to arrive at the hotel drenched, waiting a further 15 minutes to book in! Staff excellent as usual though I noticed once again non executive lounge...
The Hilton CDG is an excellent and accessible place to stay in Paris especially if one wants to be close to the airport. While there is no shuttle service it is only a short and inexpensive ride from the airport to the hotel. The staff is great, rooms very comfortable, breakfast items diverse, and ambience fantastic.
Despite some technical problems, like minor dysfunctions in the bathroom, the hotel is a good stay. Some rooms have been renovated and feel fresh and modern, while others feel quite old, but the renovation is still in progress. Staff is nice and very helpful, and the convention area is pleasant. The all-you-can-eat dinner is practical but of questionnable quality, it may be best to avoid it, though...
Room are in proper condition. We aware the shuttle service is not always respecting the time schedules. I had to wait at the terminal for 40 minutes with very low temperature outside.
My stay at the Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport was pleasant. The location was ok, one train to Paris but sometimes the direct route was closed. The room was a good size and the service was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. One of the elevators was making noise so that could be improved.

I recently stayed at the Zenitude Paris CDG Airport Hotel (formerly Clarion) during a 24hour layover, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a convenient kitchenette that’s perfect for short stays. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. The highlight of my stay was the amazing service. It was quick, professional...
The hotel, located in the airport area, I stayed with a group. For solo travelers also, it's very good as they provide free drop-off to the terminal. Each room is like a studio apartment with two toilets. All the rooms given to us were very good. The restaurant Picasso is also very good with a wide range of dishes for breakfast. Their table assignments helped us sit comfortably. The staff were very...
This is a great hotel. The receptionists are very professional and friendly. There is a swimming pool, spa, restaurant and bar. I had a breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel so my experience was great. I didn't need to go anywhere to get food. from the hotel to airport I’ve took a hotel shuttle it took just 15 minutes to go there. there was an Asian brown guy in the reception. He wears glasses...
Hello I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week… it was booked as part of a group tour through Thomas Cook…. The rooms were very spacious and superclean….thanks to the brilliantly efficient housekeeping team…. the restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful in every way though the hotel was quite crowded…would like to thank Yousuf and couple of other restaurant staff ( i cud not get their...
The hotel rooms are run down, however the lobby, bar area, and pool and spa areas were well maintained and clean. The Clarion sign was gone and it appears that the hotel may be under new ownership. I would stay here again if the price was right.
I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The check in process was smooth and welcoming. However, the check out process was a complete 180, confusing, the staff was rude and short and not helpful answering simple questions such as where we could expect the shuttle we had booked to the airport. All in all it's a close distance to the airport so for one night it works but I probably wouldn't stay longer...

Rooms are clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Restaurant menu is fairly ordinary and limited. Check-in was slow and impersonal. The corridor to our room was stained and littered. A reasonable place to stay, but could certainly smarten up and be more welcoming.
Great staff! In fact, the friendliest people on our two weeks in Europe were in this hotel and this gorgeous city of Paris! Room was pretty basic but Yahai and the rest of the staff were exceptional. There is a short walk to get to the train station, but we would definitely stay here again!
The best Meliá hotel I’ve stayed at. Service was excellent at the front desk as well as the restaurant. For an airport hotel I was very pleased. Getting to the hotel was not too bad. We took the CDGVal which is the free rail shuttle to parking lot “Pr”, took the elevator up one level to cross to the other side of the tracks and then walked to the hotel using Google maps. If you’re in good health and...
This hotel was really nice. The front desk was welcoming, professional, and personable. The lobby was very inviting with lights, games and a jazzy bar. My room was clean and stocked with towels, water, body wash, shampoo and lotion. It was cozy with a great view of the airport. I stayed here due to a cancelled flight and I was glad the stay was seamless and efficient. I ordered take away dinner from...
Very nice spacious and clean hotel conveniently located near airport tram to terminals. Has decent onsite restaurant/bar so you do not need to leave otherwise you could take tram to airport for more restaurants and groceries. Quiet - good sound proofing being so close to runways. Lobby had some arcade/ping pong for kids. Stayed 2 nights. American family with two kids 11 & 13y/o. Had adjoining rooms...
Customer service was excellent! Staff were helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. There are recreational activities installed in the lobby which creates an opportunity for customers to bond and enjoy It only takes 5 min walk from the hotel to airport shuttle service

I’m giving this 5 star review because of the wonderful customer service. We had a layover here on our way to and from the Maldives. The team at this hotel were all phenomenal, especially Sebastian. He upgraded us upon arrival to one of their top suites which was excellent. When we got to the hotel, he informed us that he had made dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant (as requested) and...
Nice hotel. Parking available on site. Convenient shuttle bus to the airport. The club lounge area was nice with cheese assortments and wine. The room did take a long time to get warm but didn’t take that away from the great service and clean room. The tub was huge enough for two people to fit comfortably even though it was just me. The complimentary breakfast was small with bread, fruit, juice and...
We like Hyatt Regency's and use them at airport's and some city centers, typically for conventions. The front desk staff was excellent at this hotel on check I. And check out. And they helped us with our bags to the room, despite no bellmen. Kudos to the night bellman. A+ The bar was doing restaurant duty, but they had some training issues in terms of their menus. You should know what you offer. B...
I will admit that the scheduled décor and electronics update is badly needed, but it is coming. So the 5/5 is marginally made and balanced by the other positives especially how peaceful it is pre-airport departure. A manager asked me to opine directly because I am long-time with Hyatt. I honestly gave the feedback and accept all updates come when they may. Hyatt loyalty and the service, tranquility...
Nice hotel. Slightly old veneer walls, doors, etc. but everything is clean, painted, definitely recommended. The room is warm. Well-decorated lobby. Friendly staff that greets with "Hello". Sauna, swimming pool. And most importantly - a great Breakfast with diverse menu, super croissants! PS from and to the airport free Shuttle comfortable.

Good hotel, sucks to get there. Nice and friendly staff, good and functional rooms. Near to the airport, but annoying to get there: depending on where you embark/disembark, you have to walk through the entire airport, then take a (free) train shuttle called CDGVAL to the parking area PR, and then still schlepp your luggage for around 10 minutes through some parking lots and other hotel areas. Not ideal
One night stay, good location close to airport. Room was nice, modern and clean. However temp was too warm even with air con on in middle of November. Dinner buffet was very basic for the price we paid.
We booked many of this brand economy version (Ibis) but for our last day of vacation we decided a bit of luxury so we booked Mercure. Our experiences at Ibis were better (the rooms were tiny, but renovated). The Mercury room photo do not show the shower and for a reason. It's a bath shower. The shower head was constantly shooting the water on the wall. Moving the head did not work, it glided back to...
Rooms are good, it is pretty enough space there. Breakfast: small choice of standard breakfast menu, but scrambled eggs are the best I ever had. Room service is quite fast but some of meals like pasta or chocolate cake were disappointing — served cold (lasagna and sandwiches were cold inside), the cake had no taste. Worst side of this hotel: most miserable gym ever. Tiny space, No mats, no weights...
3 ⭐ 🔸Regular rooms are too small and not much space to move. 🔸Food menu definitely not recommended ❌ ▫️Staff is polite and helpful. ▫️Hotel is nearby the airport.
Got a marvelous room with a fantastic view of the Concorde at the Charles De Gaulle Airport. Rooms are small but well lit and with a controllable AC. Wifi kept on getting disconnected. Friendly staff from Front Office and housekeeping. Easy transportation from the terminal which is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

I only stayed one night, but it was nice. I liked the space theme of the hotel. And the breakfast was good. The only thing that was missing was the possibility to cast on the TV in the room, or access to streaming platforms. Investing in Android boxes, for a few dozen euros each, would be a big plus. I'm French but let's be honest, French TV is boring 😅
Nice staff, very elegant and minimalists halls, food is definitely worth 3-star. Great variety of wines, I'll highly recommend to try the 'Moscow mule' cocktail. Pool is fine too, sauna is clean and welcoming. Great experience back there !
Very well connected to the airport for free! The hotel rooms have good size, very modern style and everything very clean. Good early breakfast too
We had less than 24 hrs in Paris and we exploited every minute. This very cozy, friendly and accomodating hotel was worth every penny. When we arrived, the kind and informative staff were prompt. Great hotel. I booked two nights here to recharge from my Camino walk and five days in the city. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I am happen to be in Paris. The room is very roomy and clean. I do not understand the negative reviews.
Omar at the front desk is the best. My father left his wallet in the taxi when we were checking in. Omar checked the security cameras and tracked down the taxi like a true detective. He was able to contact the driver to have the driver return the wallet while we were eating dinner. Dinner was great and the rooms were very comfortable.
After a flight day, we were put up at Hyatt Place It was a very nice hotel especially when it was free. The hotel provided dinner and that's where things went down hill. Dinner was buffet style and featured the driest chicken and most overcooked salmon I've ever had. That did not impact my score of the hotel since the restaurant made that truly awful food.
This is a terrific hotel relatively close to CDG! The staff are amazing especially Mohammad and Mervelle. We had a 4:15a taxi pick up and despite me forgetting to request a day in advance, Mohammad was kind of enough to pack us croissants , espresso and hot chocolate! He was so kind, and we are so thankful! The hotel is immaculate. The rooms have comfortable beds, excellent quality toiletries and a...

We stayed at the Hyatt for one night after arriving late. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Mohammed, who was incredible—so nice, warm, and welcoming. The hotel itself is great, late check in, private parking, soft beds, family rooms available. My only gripe is that the swimming pool was closed (and this is the reason we picked the hotel) to be fair they did mention in small print in the booking description, but they still show photos of the pool like it is working. That was disappointing, but the rest was a great experience.
Friendly staff, clean facility, good for me, a single female traveler. The rooms are spacious. The shuttle to/from airport was 3 euro each way and ran as scheduled. The spa and pool were closed.
Stayed two nights here. Very comfortable, clean and cosy rooms. Love their beautiful light filled lounge, extremely welcoming!
great location, very close to the airport and all 3 terminals can be reached by foot and then train in a few minutes
I come here pretty often. Comfort and rooms are OK. (however for some reason, light switches and plugs are never cleaned, see attached pictures.. kind of disgusting, and everytime I come it's the same problem (different rooms!). Visited for a meeting. Within a stones throw from CDG airport. An area with many hotel choices, this competition keeps them all trying hard to compete for your business. Facilities good. Stayed here prior to an early flight out of CDG Airport. Rooms clean, large, comfortable, well kept. Breakfast buffet fine. Good support from staff when I left my iPad behind. Not exactly a good tourist area, but that's not what this hotel if for.
Very nice service. Peace and quiet compared to some other hotels. Good food quality. More pricey but it’s what you have to pay if you want to eat in peace.
We missed a connecting flight at Charles De Gaulle Airport and needed to spend the night. From the first call to make the reservation to the checkout process, this place delivered a much needed relief in our struggles to get our family of 5 back home. The tables were cleared quickly and it was very clean. I...
After our flight had been canceled, we ended up at Holiday Inn . The front desk person was very kind and polite. We had also had dinner included, it is 27 € per person, what is not bad at all because you have a variety of food included. The drink was not included. We called the front desk for some extra towels, and we got them 2 min later. Food is very tasty.
Only stay here if you absolutely need to. Only perk is that it’s close to the airport (not inside) . I stayed here because Air France cancelled my flight. The hotel will treat you very differently if you get booked by a airline. Also the online site says there is a gym. Which 2 treadmills and one bench (with not weights) is not a gym. More or less a room “with space” to work out if anything. Food is...

We stayed for 2 nights in a room on the 2nd floor. The room was very small but nicely designed. The bed was a bit soft for us. A major issue was noise inside the hotel. Wonderful hotel. Andrea at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel.
I enjoy the vibe here. Very upbeat and “hipster.” The rooms are standard European sizes. The reason I’m giving 5 stars even though I don’t like the check-in doubling as a bar. That can be hard for the people only wanting to check in. Also, they don’t have a full kitchen which is limiting. But overall, I’d stay here again. It fits perfect for a cheaper night, close to the airport, and edgy. It’s super...
Pretty average hotel. It tries to be stylish, but it's already dated. Check in can be a long wait. They let me have early check in, and the the price, while expensive for my budget this trip, was manageable. Lovely hotel in the lobby, but the rooms are a bit dated. The shower should've had a shower mat as the shower tray is extremely slippery when wet. I found out the hard way as I lost my footing and fell down, hitting my head and shoulder on the tiled surface.

Proximity to airport is appreciated. No need to leave the terminal. Breakfast buffet was well provisioned. The hotel and rooms are very dated and in fair/poor condition. Service for dinner was very bad. They forgot my wife's dinner order and drinks order. Just not taken down as the staff had no memory of our order. Very expensive for very little.
Stayed as a Gold member and was upgraded to a room with club access. Melissa gave great customer service upon check in. Loved that I could walk to my terminal on my flight out the next morning. Room was clean and soundproof from planes. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here several times, for meetings sometimes with overnight. The atmosphere is as at the airport, nothing special. Meeting room is over the train or under plane platform (not sure) and you can hear and feel it during your meeting. However meeting service is good. Service in the restaurant is also OK, but a daily menu should not be awaited so long.

Hotel is neat and clean, and close to the airport. The breakfast was very good. My only complaint is about the shuttle service to the airport - the hotel has one shuttle per hour and the front desk staff recommend getting to the shuttle about 5 minutes early. This is an old, out-dated hotel in much need of repairs and renovation. The location is fine and in common with most of the airport hotels. We opened the windows but with planes flying directly overhead the very good noise insulation no longer worked. The shuttle bus booking procedure is not at all clear on the website or booking documentation at all but is explained...
Easy to reach once you have contacted the hotel for the shuttle bus, close to the airport. Room size perfect for 1-3 pax. Essential amenities provided in the room. Excellent customer service from the gentleman at the reception.
Very basic hotel with minimal amenities. As expected rooms and showers are tiny. Good for overnight stays between flights but nothing else really
Arrived late night. Actually 3.00 am. Staff ready welcome even at that time. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is perfect and you get everything you need for a short stay. Good breakfast. If you need to go Paris, you need to get a busy or hotel shuttle to Airport and you get trains

booked 1 suite and 1 superior room. cleanliness needs to be improved, especially on the entrance floor which immediately shows bad impressions when entering the room. toilet was dirty too (old stains + toilet paper in the water) bed pillows are cheap quality and not comfortable, also no air conditioning available (24°c in the room despite being winter outside) so sleep quality wasn't the best. same...
Comfortable enough room, and the location in the village was nice. (I took my dog out for a very enjoyable early-morning walk before getting on a long flight.) On the negative side, getting from the terminal to the airport was a nightmare. The reception was totally unhelpful in describing how to find the shuttle. How can an airport hotel not make it easy to get between the airport and the hotel?! ...
A great hotel to stop over when passing through Paris De Gaule Airport. You will need to arrange for a shuttle to and from the airport.
A good hotel near Paris airport. Rooms are comfortable. Upholstery is Ok. Staff is no doubt courteous. Breakfast is good. WIFI is free. But distance from city is considerable. Only taxi can help you. Lobby is spacious. Overall a good experience.
A reasonable economy hotel close to Charles Da Gaulle Airport in Paris. Recommended for convenience to reach the Airport easily since Central Paris can have traffic snarls during peak hours. Clean and tidy. Rooms are small.
This is a restaurant at a Holiday Inn near the airport. The food was good, not great. It's probably a step up from Holiday Inns in the U.S., but, really, you're at a Holiday Inn near the airport. You can't really expect five star meals.
Quiet and safe to walk around unbothered Clean and maintained every day as I left. Very professional Super duper clean Jonathan deserves the best as a receptionist. Great guy and very courteous. Couldn't ask for a more friendly guy
The website and booking says there’s a free shuttle but it is not free. I booked a shuttle for 11:30. When I arrived at the front desk they said the last shuttle arrives at 10:30 I had to pay €10 for a taxi The room and hallways were not particularly clean and had an old/musty feel
