4 star hotels in St. Remy-de-Provence

Loved the location and staff, lovely people and very helpful. The basic rooms were just that, basic, comfortable but not up to any 4 star rating in my experience. Spent the last two nights of a four night stay in an upgraded room, comfortable and roomy but still a stretch to say four stars. Still, I would recomend this hotel, the location and staff are first rate.

This hotel seemed like it once was a very nice hotel, but it appeared to be either understaffed or not well taken care of. The rooms were nothing special, and there was a lingering smell of sewage in the room, maybe from disuse. I would have rated it lower, but the front staff was so friendly and so very helpful. Wonderful hotel perfectly located for St Remys. The restaurant is exceptional -- we had wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Pool and pool area very good with plenty of sun beds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend.

Gorgeous property great location This was a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property is gorgeous. The room is small but lovely- nice bathroom and bathtub. A vacation in itself. Staff exceptional in meeting every need. Beautiful gardens and pool on site convenient fast and easy shuttle service into town. Will definitely return everyone we are in the area.

The hotel setting is beautiful the surrounding area was typical Provonce. The room was light and airy, we had a terrace with a charming outlook. The concierge and reception were very good, welcoming, efficient and helpful. They called up the shuttle within a few minutes every time wherever we were, we found that really useful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was excellent. The bathroom and separate loo worked fine. Everything was well designed and cleaning service was top notch (if a bit over zealous in changing towels etc)...

I did not have a perfect stay overall but the service at the hotel was 5 star. I would recommend the hotel almost exclusively for the excellent service I received.
