Fantastic experience at Valrugues! We had such a relaxing time and concierge took care of all our needs for our toddler. Rooms are great and spacious, the outdoor is spectacular and the fine dining restaurant is superb! 5 stars all the way We will be back

My only concern while staying here was the size of our room. However, the view over the garden from our patio while having lunch in our room is so peaceful. The food was fantastic. Next time, I hope to take advantage of the spa.

My husband and I had a great experience here. From upon arrival, we were helped with our luggage and it was taken to the room. We were given a tour of the hotel and the services. Front desk was always friendly and kind, there was a valet on site that took care of your car. Parking was free. We booked a spa experience as well, a massage and 30 minutes of the private jacuzzi. This was really a perfect stay. I arrive a bit early and my room was ready. The staff was kind enough to let me try speaking French, but then they replied to me in perfect English. The room was absolutely lovely with its musical theme. Extremely comfortable bed. I liked how the sink, shower, and toilet were all separate. Excelent hotel in downtown Saint Rémy. The hotel seems like a decoration store as everything is of such a good taste that we took some fotos as sample ideas to decorate our home. The room was huge overlooking the garden. The breakfast was delicously hand made by a local Boulanger. Heidi of the front desk was very nice to recommend us places to visit in the area as the tourist office closes early!

Beautiful hotel just a short distance to St Remy. We stayed last year and loved it so much we bought my brother and sister in law. Rooms are lovely and staff fabulous. Pool and parking on site a real bonus. We bought cheese and baguettes and wine of course and sat under the trees and enjoyed our dinner.

We had a nice stay in this lovely small hotel which was made more pleasant by Marianne who welcomed us and checked us in. A very comfortable hotel with excellent staff in a very beautiful area, you will need a car and there is no restaurant for evening meals but St Remy has a large selection of very good Bistros. Breakfast in the hotel is first class.

We stayed here to see Van Gogh, and learn as much as we could about him and the place he spent a year in. We found a beautiful town which rises to the occasion, to the incessant drumbeat of tourism. This hotel was just what we wanted in the sense that we were not going to spend alot of time in the room, but rather in the streets of Saint Remy.

We stayed at Hotel le Mas Saint Joseph in 2018 (hot summer) I loved it. I especially loved how perfectly French is our host Chantal !!!. We stayed at Hotel Amandiere on a bike trip through southern France. The staff were so kind with our limited French. The welcomed us with smiles, and explained to us without difficulty how to use all the services. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have come across in our travels. A little DIY to do to achieve a good 3 stars (pierced faucet, lamp that does not work and sliding entrance door that does not close on one side forcing the shutters to be closed ...) Being a bit of a handyman I think we should repair before renting! Otherwise a quiet and easy residence to go to town without your vehicle.
