Wonderful hotel perfectly located for St Remys. The restaurant is exceptional -- we had wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Pool and pool area very good with plenty of sun beds. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend.

The concierge and reception were very good, welcoming, efficient and helpful. They called up the shuttle within a few minutes every time wherever we were, we found that really useful. Loved the location and staff, lovely people and very helpful. The basic rooms were just that, basic, comfortable but not up to any 4 star rating in my experience. We stayed here to see Van Gogh, and learn as much as we could about him and the place he spent a year in. We found a beautiful town which rises to the occasion, to the incessant drumbeat of tourism. Great little hotel only a few minutes walk from the heart of St Remy. The room was very clean and a comfy bed. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice pool with sunbeds. Hospitality from the hotel was very good and they were very helpful.

Quite simply one of our best hotel stays. We had 2 rooms, one with twin beds for our twenty something sons and the suite with the balcony for my wife and me. Staff was tremendously helpful. Rooms clean and the beds were unbelieavably comfortable.

Such a beautiful location surrounded by wondrous trees. The chateau is delightful having not been tarted up as sadly is happening all over France. The food was very good indeed. We only went for dinner so cannot comment on the rooms.

Nice place relative to hotels in town of St Remy. Large clean rooms and bathroom. The tub is on the high side for seniors like me to get into. Would not recommend having breakfast or dinner here . Excellent in every possible regard. The room was super clean and comfortable and the decor fantastic. All the common areas of the hotel are also very beautiful, including the garden and pool (which sadly we did not use because it was too cold in January). A little DIY to do to achieve a good 3 stars (pierced faucet, lamp that does not work and sliding entrance door that does not close on one side forcing the shutters to be closed ...)
