Gem of a hotel in St Tropez! The service and the staff are exceptional. Our concierge, Julia, was very friendly and helpful in booking reservations and making recommendations for St Tropez. All the staff members greeted us with outstanding hospitality every day, and the hotel provided transportation to and from the hotel. The breakfast and dinner are phenomenal. Dinner is only Italian but the best in town. The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms exceptionally clean. I have hardly come across a hotel with such clean spaces without a spec of dust!

Le Yaca may look like a five-star property on the surface—but the experience tells a very different story.
Yes, the location is prime—you’re in the absolute heart of Saint-Tropez. The rooms are nice, the Frette linens and Bvlgari toiletries are a nice touch. But beyond the aesthetics and luxury candles? The service is pretty awful!
Let’s be clear: the front desk staff are kind, and valet is efficient. But the concierge team is where this hotel completely unravels—especially Mohommad, the head concierge. He is rude, unprofessional, and actively unhelpful. If, for any reason, you’re not his “preferred guest,” you’ll feel it. Reservations? Lost. Shuttle? Delayed 30–40 minutes regularly. Requests? Ignored or made unnecessarily difficult. It's not just bad service—it’s intentional.
Compare this to places like Airelles, which are in the same price bracket: there, service is proactive, warm, and effortless. At Le Yaca, you’re left wondering why you’re paying five-star rates for four-star dysfunction.
Other things worth mentioning..
- Only six sunbeds for the entire hotel.. completely unacceptable.
- No elevator, so get ready to climb up steep stairs in heels after a night out.
There’s no excuse at this level. Sloppy is the word that comes to mind again and again. With proper management and better service, this could be SUCH a gem. But as it stands? Not worth the price, not worth the headache!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Yaca. Can’t say enough about the concierge, Mohammed, and the entire staff ensuring we had a perfect stay. Incredible location, we walked all over town and the shuttles to the beach clubs were easily arranged. Thank you!

I hope this message reaches the owners of Le Yaca. We had a terrible experience with the concierge, Mohammed, during our summer stay. He treated my family and me very poorly. He made fun of us and was yelling at his coworker in the concierge area. He even shouted at my 16-year-old daughter.
I chose not to argue with him because I preferred to leave peacefully and never return. After spending over 10,000 euros in one week and booking two rooms, I can’t believe such behavior is tolerated in front of guests. This is completely unacceptable.
I strongly urge you to take action and remove Mohammed from your staff. Please contact me if you need evidence. . .I am using my fake mail because I don’t want my name to be on this.

LeYaca is perfect in all aspects and details you can imagine. located right in the center of the old town nevertheless go by car directly there and get perfect wallet service. Thibault and his team represent the perfect balance between professionalism and individualism, so you are treated in the best possible way. Due to size, it’s still a cozy place which makes it even more enjoyable.

I recently had a very disappointing and disturbing experience at Hotel Le Yaca. I had a reservation at their restaurant for the following day, and since I was in the area, I decided to visit the hotel a day early to get a feel for the place. Unfortunately, my visit was far from pleasant.
When my mom and I entered the hotel, we were greeted by a waiter who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering any form of assistance, he abruptly told us that we were not welcome and insisted that we leave immediately. It was apparent that his behavior was discriminatory and based on racial prejudice, which was deeply unsettling and unacceptable.
Hoping to address this issue, I approached the concierge to express my concerns. To my dismay, the concierge simply waved at me and said, "See you tomorrow," offering no apology or explanation for the waiter's behavior. This dismissive response only compounded the feeling that we were not valued or respected as guests.
Overall, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic human respect displayed by the staff was incredibly disappointing. I expected a much higher standard of service from a hotel of this reputation. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these serious issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same unacceptable treatment.

Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. The hotel itself, pool, and bar are all beautiful. It’s located just a few blocks outside the harbor which is nice because you are close to everything but it’s still quiet at night. The concierges were AMAZING! They booked dinners and beach clubs for us and their recommendations were perfect. I absolutely loved St. Tropez and next time I go back I am definitely going t to stay here again!

A very special experience with 5 star service. We had everything we needed and more. Every staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel facilities are beautiful. Mohammed and the concierge team were excellent and helped book everything for us. The shuttle to beach is very convenient. The housekeeping kept our room very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples / small families. We can’t wait to go back!
