The hotel is well located if you need to visit the adjacent industrial area. Very friendly staff. Simple but good diner options. I read the hotel just changed ownership, so probably renovation of the rooms will take place in the near future. That would make it even better.

The hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears. Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. The room was excellent, the staff was polite and provided great service, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The room was new and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but of average quality. I will definitely come back again.

Great location and lovely staff. We found the room we booked very narrow and just not comfy for a stay of a few days. Paid extra and moved to a larger suite that was good. Do note 60 euros for early check in we’ve never paid before.

Very close to all restaurants and attractions. 5 minute walk from aeroport transfer bus. Moustapha at reception was such a bi help during our stay, very calm, easy to talk to and great for recommendations, would love to of stayed longer! Pool area was great!

Didn’t appreciate the VIP drink turning into a bait and switch. Be warned, only juice or wine, no beer which I found out the morning after. Misunderstanding was apparently my fault and so I would be charged. So much for VIP treatment. Staff attitude was worst I have been subjected to in memory.

Great location . Walking distance to beautiful Toulouse city centre. Parking is Eur18 per day instead of eur15 as posted on trip.com. Need to reserve parking in advanced as limited spaces available.

They stored our bags for us when we had a late departure and continued our exploring.

Overall it’s very good value of money, with fantastic location and friendly staff. The two only issues are: 1) rooms will not be cleaned everyday if you live longer; 2) Wi-Fi on top floor is poorly connected. Probably will look for other options when travelling to Toulouse next time, but definitely not a bad choice.

Stayed here for my girlfriend & i’s 6 year anniversary, perfectly located next to shops, attractions & bars. Staff members were extremely helpful upon arrival, showing us a map of Toulouse and circled all the best areas to visit. Bedrooms are spacious and are very comfortable.

This is a really friendly, nice hotel in a great location in the city. You can get to all the main sites in the old part of the city in a 10 minute walk and the park is just over the bridge. The rooms are a good size, clean and well equipped. The staff are helpful and friendly without being OTT. Would definitely return and recommend it to anyone staying in Toulouse.
