Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent location lovely breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Very helpful staff and it seems to have someone on the front desk 24hrs. We had the best room that has a suite area and a big rooftop private terrace with sunbathing area, stylish integrated fridge with minibar. Had a great time. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you for a lovely stay

Dirty, moldy, no parking on site… good location
I have travelled the world and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Disgusting, dirty, stains on carpet, mold. The smoke detector in the room was even blocked. the hotel is in total disrepair. I had booked this hotel for the location & onsite parking. Location was good but there is no onsite parking.

Not worth it. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of a friend, but would not stay here again. It has a good location and the staff was friendly, but that is all the positive things I can say. Everything is worn our, smells musty, there's mold in the shower, and there’s no shower curtain. Worst of all, there's no door to the bathroom - just a shutter like an old west saloon.
Any hotel in the city center will be loud, but all the noise here is from the neighbors. You'll hear everything from their bathroom use to snoring!

We were told parking was free. It wasn’t as there parking arrangement was not accessible.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay at l'Hôtel Ours Blanc. My room was spacious, though I believe some rooms are smaller. The carpet (especially on the stairs) has seen better days, but everything was clean, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was good value, and the staff very friendly. All very reasonable for a 2-star hotel.

Absolutely awful. The front desk staff did their best, but the hotel is horrible. I could go on and on about the damp, mouldy smell, the TV that was falsely advertised as being medium to large but was actually tiny, but the most important thing was the dirty, dangerous shower. There is a large, wide, high raised tile you have to step over to get into the shower cupboard (no actual bathroom) and the door only opens halfway as it is against the room door. It is difficult enough getting IN to the shower, but when you are trying to get out and the tile is wet, it is just plain dangerous. I fell and bruised and scraped my leg, which is a concern when you see how much mould is in the shower. It is a cheapish hotel, but not cheap enough. Go elsewhere.

“Parking available” means you get to the hotel only to find that the parking is not on site and not close. As the hotel is on a one way street you then have to go around the block and find the place, take a ticket then work out on which of the five levels you have to park on BEFORE you’ve even been able to check in. Did I mention that it is additional? Then, once you’ve navigated the elevator and the tricky door lock (turn the key right around three times.,,) you are confronted with a room that can only be described as ew. You can smell the damp and the mould. The toilet is in a cupboard in one corner of the room. The shower is in a cupboard opposite, but you can only half open the door as it is right behind your room door. There is a really wide tiled ledge you have to climb over to get in the shower- be careful when getting out as that tiled ledge gets slippery. I almost did the sideways splits and scraped my leg on the tile, which is a worry as the grout is covered with old mould. Where is the hand basin you ask? That’s in another corner cupboard where you will find the bidet and the sickly smell of mould is strongest here so make sure you keep that door closed. The TV that was advertised as being 80cm would be lucky to be half that- it was a tiny little thing. Now here is the fun thing, when you turn off the bedside light, the one bedside power point also goes off. So if you want to charge your phone- save yourself some time and don’t bother. Service was amazing though.

I stayed here for 1 night as I was going to Barcelona and wanted to stop in Toulouse.... The hotel is in a horrendous state.. Most things in the room were not working or broken, in the morning I had stored my bags for 2 hours so I can go walk around a bit before my train... When i returned to get my bags a chubby girl was at reception I told her I need to get my bags when she has a minute because I saw another man who was checking in... During this mans check in she could have went to get my luggage 10 times while he was filling out the forms... But I sat patiently and didnt say a word, 15 minutes passed and finally the man had finished and what does this young lady do? Tell me lets go get your bags? Oh no no no... She sits down at the computer and starts entering some information, i wait another 5 mins and couldnt take more of this nonsense so i said excuse me miss i need my bags i have to catch a train to which she responded im going as fast as i can, i told her its only 30 seconds to walk the 10 steps to the luggage room and back and that I had a train to catch.. But wow is it really necessary to explain to an employee to give a customer his bags back before you sit down to do computer work? and she was just so clueless!!! Wow!!! How a person like that gets a job is beyond me...
