Love, love this classy little hotel. Though we booked two basic rooms, they were anything but. Modern decor that somehow maintained an old world vibe. Small but exquisite bathroom and a comfy, supportive bed. Spotless in every corner. Charming, multilingual staff who greeted us warmly. An intimate street-front bar we sadly didn’t get to visit. We didn’t use the spa area either but it looked quite nice. And location, location, location. It’s perfect. Would love to stay again.

I had a 2 days of stay due to business and many of my colleagues was selecting hotels like mercure or ibis. Because of an unexpected change of my date, had to cancel others.. I find and choose this hotel. Not disappointed at all. Very clean, nice, kind staff, great breakfast (much more better than I expected), amazing location to old town.. only issue was the AC service not done and they upgraded my room and add with extra fans. Yes there were no AC but hotel tried their best to comfort me so, I didn't bother. Highly recommend to all and wish to stay there in future. Cheers guys.

I gave a 5 star because my family and I staid in one of the suites, and it was wonderful, very comfortable, spacious and very clean. Excellent location in the center of Troyes within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and more. Very nice welcome at the front desk. Also very convenient to go to the spa which is adjacent to the hotel.

Very good overnight stop on the way north to the Eurotunnel, which is about 4 hours' drive away. Room and breakfast were excellent, parking garage is a short walk from the hotel and secure. The hotel is very central and it's easy to explore Troyes from there. There are many restaurants within 100 to 200 metres of the hotel
