We made a last-minute reservation for one night on our way down tho the South of France, and we were so thrilled with this hotel that we booked it again on our way back!
Everything about this hotel was beyond our expectations (and usually it's quite the opposite with Accor hotels, to say the least.)
- Spacious indoor parking spaces
- Superb rooms (we had the junior suite), well up-to-par with a 5-star hotel
- Outstanding service from all the staff (receptionists, barman, waiters), who always went beyond their way to make us right at home, away from home
- Delicious breakfast, customized with many local/homemade top-quality products (cheeses, bread, pastries...)
- There's even an adjoining 'Hippopotamus' restaurant, where you get & 10% discount as a Mercure customer. The restaurant is just as nice, good and welcoming
One hotel definitely worth staying in, if you're in Troyes!

Beautiful interior, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, plenty of lovely spaces and areas to relax, a great bar, and impeccable housekeeping. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly hospitable and responsive Zulay — she was so quick to handle every request that I would honestly promote her to manager!

Very clean, very comfortable hotel. Felt brand new and has secure underground parking (phone first to see if they have an available spot). Smack bang in the middle with a 5 minute walk to the alleys where all the fantastic restaurants are.

Our traditional landing place while in Troyes. Excellent quality for money. Nothing extravagant but great room quality and service. Great location too, just a short walk from the city center with its businesses and restaurants. Very convenient.

Great location. Parking in garage for €12.
Clean and big rooms. Rooms have Nespresso and teas. Friendly service. Nice breakfast with Nespresso coffee . Brita filter water fill stations .

Very nice stay at this hotel, which is very well located and with very welcoming staff. The service is top notch, responsive and discreet. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. Comfortable bed linen too. The rooms are quiet and the bathroom is nice and well lit. Very nice decoration of the whole hotel. The breakfast is full and plenty if you are hungry early in the morning, which is usually the case for me. I recommend this place.

Perfect location, easy walk into Troyes centre and very helpful to have underground parking. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very stylish, and the bedroom was huge and very comfortable. Loved the water fountain in the hallway. The members of staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely use this hotel again next time we are in Troyes.

Very welcoming and engaging staff, comfortable room, really nice bathroom products ( in large dispenser bottles). Had such a good experience on our outward journey that we rebooked on our return

Very cosy and clean room. The bed and the sofas were comfy. Good breakfast. But it was too noisy in the hotel during the night. Unfortunately, I had to call the reception at 12:30 am to make it stop.
