Very nice stay at this hotel, which is very well located and with very welcoming staff. The service is top notch, responsive and discreet. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. Comfortable bed linen too. The rooms are quiet and the bathroom is nice and well lit. Very nice decoration of the whole hotel. The breakfast is full and plenty if you are hungry early in the morning, which is usually the case for me. I recommend this place.

Perfect location, easy walk into Troyes centre and very helpful to have underground parking. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very stylish, and the bedroom was huge and very comfortable. Loved the water fountain in the hallway. The members of staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely use this hotel again next time we are in Troyes.

Very welcoming and engaging staff, comfortable room, really nice bathroom products ( in large dispenser bottles). Had such a good experience on our outward journey that we rebooked on our return

Very cosy and clean room. The bed and the sofas were comfy. Good breakfast. But it was too noisy in the hotel during the night. Unfortunately, I had to call the reception at 12:30 am to make it stop.

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Troyes. The rooms were excellent. The bar area was great with a good selection of champagne. And the hotel is pet friendly. The parking was convenient in an underground car park but not completely secure as the door is broken. Our car was safe though. It's easy to walk into the centre of Troyes. The cinema is next door as is a Hippopotamus steak house which was a good choice for dinner.

We had never been to Troyes before but the hotel was easy to find and the parking was accessible. On arriving we were expected and greeted by the reception. The room was spacious, clean and comforting. The service was excellent and no ask was too great. We rested really well here.
