A bit shabby, but tidy. Quite fine for a night's stay. The breakfast is also pretty decent (unless you are a self-proclaimed barista...). Staff are amicable and helpful.

None of my complaints are about the hotel other than they could do with air con, they did however supply electric fans which did help.
The location on the other hand had us awake until early hours with drunken revellers. Then the early risers. That's the trade off for a city centre hotel. Otherwise a beautiful building which needs some decorating inside.
There's a bar and breakfast was quite cramped but had everything.

One night stop over on the way to the Alps. Brilliant location, literally 2 minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars in the old quarter. Private secure parking for motorcycles. Rooms basic and clean and breakfast provided was good.

Superb friendly and helpful staff.
Some parts of the hotel could benefit from further refurbishment.
Some room features were lacking eg lights not working.

Great hotel, amazing location right downtown (historic center) at a reasonable price. Staff is super friendly, hotel is family friendly. Great breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice. They even have a parking with a charging station for plug-in vehicles. We also liked the medieval atmosphere in this old house, it felt really cozy. We will definitely go back.

Great location, beautiful property that accepts pets. We had a lovely 4 poster bed in our spacious room.
Shower pressure wasn't great, there was no parking available (advertised with parking) and we paid 11 euros each for a breakfast, which would have been ok, but an hour before end of service all the hot food was gone.

A medieval building that houses a hotel- lovely, quirky, and with young personnel that is super nice. It has its own parking and breakfast is good. Rooms can be a bit dated - specially the bathrooms, but it is good money spent, they accept dogs, and the hotel is bang in the historic centre of Troyes

Excellent location in the old center, nice character building, secure parking and friendly staff. The hotel is a little tired and would benefit from some renovation, but still recommended.

Very nice place, clean and organized, very friendly workers always ready to help you, the rooms are very nice (we stay on a standard one) and the price was ok too for the room and location, there was a public car parking nearby not very expensive, I recommend this place

Very nice hotel in an extremally lovely town, with it's own private parking (with charger for electric cars). It is within walking distance of the center.
