This is a fantastic hotel based in the heart of Val.......went with a mate for 4 days skiing, the room was a bit cosy and two single beds but fine and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with choice of English, continental and French and top quality. The staff were really friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and the whole...
Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel. From the welcoming arrival to our departure everyone was so helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, just of Main square, so easy to ski in and out… perfect when legs are tired Breakfast had a great selection of food and catered for those with gluten or dairy intolerances. A couple of stand outs by the staff; No mirror in bedroom, asked at reception...
Perfect location, great rooms, sunny balcony. Perfect for our family ski holiday
Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room.
Spent a week in the small beautiful boutique hotel. The service and hospitality were excellent nothing was too much trouble - Great location for skiers with roomy lockers for skis - would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We booked a large room which had loads of space for storage and was very comfortable .
Hotel located in perfectly close to pistes and downtown. Super friendly and service minded staff and great breakfast.

A nice place to stop by in the very centre of Val d'Isère. Wether for a quick lunch in the Salon, a Spa or even a Massage experience, a warm place with top services, great every time we come to Val d'Isère.
The last time I stayed in this village I was booked in at Le Blizzard next door and so I was very much miffed when I left it too late ⏰ to book - but I found a room next door and I’m happy to report it was an extraordinary hotel, great rooms, great decor, a lovely experience without it being invasive. You are so close to the main action and from the moment Lucas took my car keys I felt I was in capable...
Good hotel located in the center with everything within a short walk. The hotel's SPA is nice. The breakfast is ok, but not more. I had two different rooms during my stay. The first room was large with sofas and tables. The other room was so small that there was no room for my suitcase. The shower was a big step up which made it dangerous to get in and out on a wet floor. When the floor was raised...
Excellent! Hotel Tsanteleina was perfect for our family of 4. We decided to take our young children to their first ski holiday in Val d' isere at the end of the season in April. Luckily, we had just arrived with the best snow of the season (yes, that late in April!)! Skiing in France is now imperative! Suite: Spacious and luxurious! The entire suite was perfect, rooms we spacious, and the seating...
Friendly staff, an enjoyable bar area and good spa and swimming pool. Good location- Very handy for walking to main ski lifts in Val D' Isere and shops and restaurants. Good boot room for ski equipment.
Excellent stay. Excellent hotel. Located just a few steps away from the slops in one of worldwide most renown ski station. In house restaurant was good, breakfast was far above expectations. The personnel and the service were excellent. Rooms are really good, fully equipped and beds are comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Val D. Family friendly.
This is a hotel that truly deserves a five star rating. It is perfectly situated next to the mountain, which made it easy accessing skiing every day. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. In the morning, your skis were placed outside and someone grabbed your boots for you. The concierge was extremely helpful and booked a number of our restaurant reservations. The hotel is well decorated...
Absolutely amazing hotel. Wonderful rooms. The service is incredible both in the hotel and the ski shop. I was so impressed. The choice and food in the three restaurants is exquisite. The bar and facilities are superb. All staff are friendly.
So you are not sure which mountain to go to, which hotel, which part pf the Alps, well look no further this place hit all are requirements and then some! Where do I begin? The mountain is THE BEST all around mountain to go to in the Alps, and this hotel is 100% the place to be. A wonderful Relais and Chateau property in Val d'Isere, nearly ski-in/ski-out. Nicely appointed and comfortable rooms, clean and well maintained. Loved the Sisley toiletries. Super helpful front desk and concierge (shout out to Manon and Antoine). Excellent breakfast buffet in the mornings and dinner at the Michelin starred La Table de l'Ours is not to be missed. Very good gym, fabulous indoor...
High-level service, stable team years after years, worthy of a palace. Excellent cocktails and food. I recommend to go for half board as the food is quite expensive like everywhere in the French Alps. Special mention : -housekeeping, the best ever experienced, perfect. -incredible restaurant, matured meats (56€…), dessert buffet, service -the shuttle (taxi) on demand that brings you anywhere...

Stayed 1 week off-season, fortunately there were not many people there. Rooms are "russian hotel class", a bit rough and unclean, allround condition and exterior cladding falling apart but will do as a bare minimum place to rest between skidays. Walls are "paper" thin so when neighbor snores, fu**s or far*s you get to enjoy them too so remember to bring your earplugs if your not really in to them...
The property was very nice even though his older the apartment building it was super clean. the receptionist was very friendly gave me great food options always ready to answer anything that I needed. Thank you 😊

I have visited Christiania in January 2024 and spent 6 nights with my daughter in this property. As I denoted in the title of review, I am very satisfied with politeness of the staff and their motivation to help their visitors. However, being a 5-star hotel, I would expect a mini-bar in my room, more variety of food in room service (at least very basic hamburgers, pastas). The breakfast buffet is classic...
Thank you for a lovely stay. The hotel is beautifully run and the staff so attentive, professional and friendly. Dinner is always delicious and the evening starter and pudding buffets, delicious. However, the WIFI is poor and needs improving. The water in our bathroom was not hot and the plug did not work, so it was not possible to have a bath, even though I had mentioned the problem on my first...
We had a wonderful expensive at Hotel Christiania. The most spectacular thing about it is the team - Nicolas from the Concierge and his team are absolutely exceptional. They deliver such a great service, catering to your very need and making your holiday perfect. The location is great - very central and within a three minute walk to the slopes and lifts. The one thing that made our stay slightly uncomfortable...
Wonderful stay at Christiana. Second time we have returned. Delicious breakfasts and dinner with half board. Our kids loved the play room before/after/during dinner. Special note to the wonderful reception staff in particular Stevie who was incredibly kind and helpful after one of our group sustained an injury. Cannot fault their team. Yes the decor is dated but the team are wonderful.
Fantastic stay as always. Beds keep getting comfier! Big thank you to all the staff. Lovely service that we keep returning for. First time skiing with the children and the hotel were great with them. We will be returning next year! Breakfast was a massive hit with my daughter. She loved being able to toast her own bread and the little jams! Thank you Team Christiania.
Apart from being a stunning hotel, with a formidable location in one of the best ski resorts in the Alps, what sets this hotel apart is the kindness and attention to service, remarkable! If I were to stay in Valdisere again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

Staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful.
We have just returned from an incredible week at Le Yule. The location of the hotel allows you to ski in and ski out and is positioned right next to the meeting point for ski school which makes life very easy with children. We stayed in a family suite which was perfect for our needs and the snug area with sofa and tv worked well for evenings when the children were too tired to head out for dinner...
This has been one of the best hotels my family have stayed at on holidays skiing. It is in the best location. It is nearly ski in ski out, You have to take your skis off to walk across a path to enter Le Yule from the snow but it is so lovely to be able to walk out the door and be in the village. The rooms are also beautiful and so comfy and the views are amazing. But it is the staff that sets Le Yule...
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Pre arrival assistance with selecting dinner spots, and offering modes of transportation were first class. The hotel location is superior - really ski in/out. We had a superior slope view room. It was small but accommodating. The people at this hotel really go out of their way to make you feel at home. An amazing hotel set in the heart of the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel are so helpful, jolly and kind. Perfect location for ski holidays, just a short walk distance to ski lifts that take you to snow arenas. The location was perfect, the staff were super friendly and very helpful
Was a great skiing week and the hotel made it even better. Room was small but comfy and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Cathy from the spa. Breakfast was good though could be better. Location is top notch and just 3-4 minutes walk from the two main gondolas.
Excellent hotel, welcoming staff, great food and wine collection, large lounge area to spend time in the evening, good quality spa facilities, very close to the pistes (two gondolas going different directions). Noise isolation of rooms can be improved a bit (the only slight minus, but not worth removing a star). Probably going to come back to the same hotel again!
Service Super! Clean rooms, quiet and friendly Ambiente. Front-Desk very helpful, arranged a Physiotherapie. Good recommendations for spots to visit or to go for dinner. Excellent breakfast buffet and breakfast service.
A modern family owned and family style hotel. Perfect location, good rooms, very good restaurant and excellent bar lounge for after ski or pre and after dinner drinks

Excellent Hotel, my second visit in two years, staff great, private shuttle great, Ski room excellent. Rooms refreshing and clean. Bar service can be slower than hoped sometimes, and breakfast can be a wait. That said, don't let either of then stop yu going!
They were so friendly and so accommodating! They literally put your ski boots on for you and dry them once you get back, even if you don’t rent from them! The shuttles are effortless and just make the whole experience stress free and convenient

The hotel with the best location in Val d'isere. Situated right at the bottom of the slopes with the perfect view. The rooms could be more spacious, but the ones facing the slopes are big enough. Nice bar and nice restaurant. Very good spa as for ski hotel. A little bit expensive.
Good prosecco albeit foreseeably pricey, didn't chase us away for not buying anything while sitting outside in week 15

Great food Amazing stuff Rooms stink and have small, horrible, shared showers. BUT, you can't beat the value. I will definitely go here again with my dudes, but expect spartan accommodation, that's it. Best wishes to UCPA.
You can’t compete with UCPA when it comes to value for money and being ski in / ski out is a massive plus, as well as being located in vibrant Val D’Isere. Snowboarding instructors are very responsible, always adjusted to the group, explained everything in English and French. Also thanks to the guys from ski shop. Great hotel in a perfect location in the centre of Val D'Isere a few minutes walk to the slopes. Decent breakfast, nice lounge/ bar area. The ski locker is good. Rooms are reasonable to nice. Evening meals are served in a traditional restaurant downstairs that may not be to everyone's taste for every night of the week...
The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were, on the most part, friendly and accomodating. The biggest let down was the mattresses. I’ve never slept on such an uncomfortable mattress at any hotel. From the first day... And even before we arrived... The staff of this hotel has been wonderfully taking care of us. The even as far as to stock my room with distilled water for my vpap machine. They are truly a cut above the normal.
Top notch hotel in the heart of the village. Excellent restaurant and fabulous luxurious accommodation. Not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive but if you can stretch to this you won't be disappointed.
Great hotel, easy access to the slopes. Breakfast is a bit lack lustre and needs some bacon and eggs. Room was great with a view of the mountain, although it did suffer from the rowdy night-life. Location is 5star, true ski in & out. Apartments are small & simple. 10min walk into town.
Very good option for accommodation, especially if you are in a group. We regularly had dinners there for 8 or more in an apartment for 4. We can blame a relative isolation of Eureka, which is not exactly in the center of the station, from my point of view it is only inconvenient for shopping and there is still a bus that can drop you off before. For skiing, we are a few minutes from the roundabout...
Great apartment block with very friendly staff, dedicated ski lockers, beautiful interiors with very well appointed kitchen, bathroom, separate rooms for the kids and the parents.
