This is a hotel that truly deserves a five star rating. It is perfectly situated next to the mountain, which made it easy accessing skiing every day. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. In the morning, your skis were placed outside and someone grabbed your boots for you. The concierge was extremely helpful and booked a number of our restaurant reservations. I have visited Christiania in January 2024 and spent 6 nights with my daughter in this property. As I denoted in the title of review, I am very satisfied with politeness of the staff and their motivation to help their visitors. We had a wonderful expensive at Hotel Christiania. The most spectacular thing about it is the team - Nicolas from the Concierge and his team are absolutely exceptional. Wonderful stay at Christiana. Second time we have returned. Delicious breakfasts and dinner with half board. Our kids loved the play room before/after/during dinner. Special note to the wonderful reception staff in particular Stevie who was incredibly kind and helpful after one of our group sustained an injury. Cannot fault their team. Yes the decor is dated but the team are wonderful.

We have just returned from an incredible week at Le Yule. The location of the hotel allows you to ski in and ski out and is positioned right next to the meeting point for ski school which makes life very easy with children. We stayed in a family suite which was perfect for our needs and the snug area with sofa and tv worked well for evenings when the children were too tired to head out for dinner...

However, I believe the hotel doesn’t fully give the 4 star experience. The gym is very insufficient in my opinion and the rooms are quite basic yet comfortable. Fabulous location with 2 minute walk to slopes and 2 minute walk to center of town. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast will keep you going all day. I love the happy colors and cow theme. What truly stands out, though, is the impeccable service from the lovely staff. Marie took wonderful care of us.

Excellent location within five minutes walk of the ski lifts. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. We really appreciated the hotel opening the kitchen for us on our late arrival to help us with food.

The hotel with the best location in Val d'isere. Situated right at the bottom of the slopes with the perfect view. The rooms could be more spacious, but the ones facing the slopes are big enough. Nice bar and nice restaurant. Very good spa as for ski hotel. A little bit expensive.

Went with Neilson ski holidays. Excellent food and fantastic ski reps. Everyone was so friendly. Rooms were well equipped and spotless every day. Really nice toiletries. The spa area and pool was spotless The steam room was especially good. I recommend the deep workout massage in the spa. Highly recommended.

The staff here are unrivaled in providing a comfortable, diligent and enjoyable stay. A fantastic week in Valdisere - would recommend anyone staying here in a heartbeat.

Perfect location just in front of Funival. Very nice staff specially Ella and Matthieu. Great breakfast, spacious and very well equipped SPA. Nicely organized rooms with balcony. Highly recommended if you want to spend a comfortable time skiing in Val d’Isère.

Was a great skiing week and the hotel made it even better. Room was small but comfy and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Cathy from the spa. Breakfast was good though could be better. Location is top notch and just 3-4 minutes walk from the two main gondolas.

Fantastic location near the olympique and solaise express lifts, renovated rooms on the second floor are chic and spacious (206 is huge), owner nicolas is super helpful and nice. The breakfast could be better but is sufficient (fresh croissants, yoghurt, cereal, cheese cold cuts and boiled eggs). I would highly recommend to stay here.

Lovely place to stay, and ski from ... particularly with the lifts over the road. The rooms are well finished, if a little small (at least the ones we had, on the back of the hotel). The spa was very much welcomed after a day's skiing. The food in the restaurant was always very tasty, morning and evening And the hotel staff were brilliant...very helpful and cheery

More spacious than other apartments I have stayed in over the years. Friendly staff. Best to stay on floors 5 or 6 at rear of hotel as you can hear lots of noise from " the underground" next door

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location – right in the centre of Val d’Isère and was really easy to find. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, we loved the balcony! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a big group of 10 and really enjoyed our stay. Very nice reception staff, well equipped kitchen, new and clean rooms, sufficient space and nice ski out facility. Also very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for big groups.

It is actually Les Chalets du Jardin Alpin II (it's across the street from the original, which is a residential block). Nice enough but minor details saw it drop stars. Rooms are dated, lack of usb charging points was felt. A back door without working mag-locks, small board / ski stash cupboards (couldn't fit even half the gear in). Pillow selection wasn't great. Several in our group struggled with...

in summary + Well appointed, ski out apartments + the apartments are ski-out (5 mins from the main lifts). They are not ski-in, but only a 5 minute walk down from the slopes + helpful reception (you can order baguettes for the morning) - it takes around 20 minutes to get to the centre of the resort by bus (take the blue bus, then change to the red bus), and longer to walk. The bus stop is a 2 minute...

These chalets are in a perfect location. Ski in/out easy access to the centre via road, slope or bus. The views are glorious and the apartments are well equipped and clean The only downside is lack of soundproofing which means scraping chairs and lots of noise transfer. If this would bother you ask for top floor.

The Apartments are a little way out of town, about a 10 minute walk in and a 12-15 minute walk back, but there is a good free bus service that runs every 15 minutes from which you can walk the last 2-300m into town or catch another bus into the centre. To ski into town is a doddle if the snow is good as the piste to town runs right below Chalet no.1, but the run back needs plenty of good snow to be...

Went skiing there with the family and it was great, nice ski in ski out on a blue. Just a pain when walking as bus stopped was down a hill.

Fantastic hotel! After having a nightmare with our original hotel that was like going into a derelict building we found this hotel and got the last room they had for that week. They were so polite helped us at every aspect even sorting us out an early taxi to the bus station. Room very comfy, all you need amenity’s wise even if you bring non skiers. Thanks to all staff we hope to be back again.
