HOTEL LE VAL D'ISERE

A lovely week in a boutiquey hotel entirely ruined by a dangerous fall I had in reception when a French family were checking in with all their luggage blocking reception. The hotel also does not comply with anything people with mobility issues may need.... especially the entrance. Also beware if you book a mezzanine room for 2 adults 2 children someone without kids designed this hotel.... the twin beds and bathroom are downstairs and the double bed is upstairs. What family in the world would choose this layout? We knew about this before arriving but not at the time of booking. Buffet breakfast lovely. Also women sitting alone in the lounge area even if waiting for their family are hounded out of their seats by aggressive larger groups who are not even hotel guests.... and the staff support it. Loo roll and towel supply were terrible but the cleaning cart was always in the hallway so I just took more. One day the cleaning was so late about 330pm and I had to request that even.
