Excellent choice if you want to have a great holiday at the beach. The sea is close to you, and the whole area is nicely built. The manager is very friendly and helpful too. She even helps you return your things If you manage to leave it behind.

We just had a lovely holiday staying at the Akti Anastasia. The standard of cleanliness could not have been higher. The grounds are kept by Sabine's team to a very high standard and we were pleased to sit around in these and the immediate access to a lovely beach. Very well located, charming and old school hotel with lovely owners. The comments about the building needing upkeep are unfortunately very much on point, especially the bathrooms need work. But the owners make you feel right at home, value for money is excellent and you are everywhere in a few minutes. The balconies and the garden are gorgeous.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The owners are very nice, the breakfasts are okay—although always the same, they are perfect for killing the first hunger of the day. The pool is warm and clean. The rooms are decent, a bit old but considering the price, they were fine. The most important thing is that it was clean. We would gladly come back!

Best place to stay in Acharavi. Maybe not the most luxurious, but the people that work here are the absolute best and make you want to return here. Great location, very nice swimming pool and cozy hotel bar.

We stayed at the Milton for 2 weeks in June 2024. We found it very friendly and welcoming. It was also very clean and very quiet. The staff are very cheerful and helpful especially Alexandre who helped to retrieve my bag containing vital medication that I had stupidly left on the trasfer minibus. Lovely hotel, nice and quiet. Staff were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic, toast, yoghurt, preserves, tea and coffee. Could do with a kettle in the rooms and the shower was a hand held shower, would rather that was on the wall. But would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was good too

Nice and quiet place to stay, with good staff and a great pool area. Resturant and bar area great for breakfast, lunches - basic fayre, but very well done. Weekly Greek barbecue with particularly good food. Good scheduled live musicians in different styles (e.g. traditional, rock etc.). Just the sort of place to keep coming back to.

Captain's is fantastic! Irini is a fabulous host. The views of the ocean are great and the pool is perfect for some relaxation. Plenty of restaurants and beaches nearby too

We loved this place because the view was so good and the price was also good the owner made us feel so well come, by greeting us on the first morning with a freshly baked cake. The rooms were nice and clean, every other day with fresh towels, the only problem was the amount of steps, that's my only complaint, but it did not effect our stay there at all. I would visit captains apartments again...

The property is right on Barbati beach which was 50m walk from our door. The staff were amazing, we also extended our stay and they were most accommodating. Its about 10 minutes to ipsos where there are countless restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are everywhere, scooter hire as well. Planning to return in the near future.

We went to these apartments from 12 to 19 September in Barbati and I must tell the truth, an excellent choice, 50 meters from a spectacular sea, beautiful swimming pool, very kind staff, the only flaw was the bed was very uncomfortable but I slept in a worse bed and the The place is full of mosquitoes, but I recommend it for a really nice relaxing holiday.

Excellent place to stay family run only a 2star but I wouldn't hesitate to go back the owners and the staff are friendly and helpful and funny. Wonderful Friendly Atmosphere: Flora and Costas are so eager for you to enjoy your stay, and are charming and interesting people. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their staff. We've stayed at another property they have - Joanna's Sea View Apartments for one month. It was absolutely perfect. Very kind people, amazing place, clean, comfy, and perfect sea view. I highly recommend it.

We have stayed here since 2013 and back again in a few weeks on 24 September 2018. The accomodation and pool and bar are all kept immaculately and Spiros Fanni and son Eugene who handles the booking are lovely people! Highly recommended see you soon my friends!

Well having read the reviews ,we were expecting the worst. Our room had a very refurbished bathroom with new shower & tiles. Bed was huge & we found it very comfortable. Katia consistently beats 3/4* venues around Kassiopi every year to make it one of the best places to stay in the area. Don't be fooled by the 2* rating for facilities. If you and yours want to be looked after in a 5* way then Katia is for you. I can't recommend this place highly enough, we are looking forward to catching up with the Katia "family feel" for the 4th time later this year.

This is a must visit Hotel the Restaurant is called Harbourside. Traditional Greek restaurant serving Greek and international cuisine. Allthough its in the main strip through Sidari its down a side alley so is away from all the noisey music from other bars. The restaurant backs out onto the beach so is lovely during the day or evening the view is amazing. Best restaurant in Sidari!

Great location and low price. For 2* it's decent. If you don't have big expectations and only need clean sheets and a bed + toilet then definitely go for it. If you expect hotel quality look elsewhere
