Katia Beach Hotel

Wow what a fantastic place this is.
Fantastic hosts , lovely reasonably priced meals, excellent apartments and a great quiet pool.
20min walk into village and everything that has to offer. Great little beach 5min away.
Fabulous relaxing chilled out place indeed , we loved every single minute of our stay.

We had a genuinely lovely stay, Alex and the team run a relaxed, friendly hotel.

We felt welcomed in a clean, simple, easy going environment. The pool is great and never too busy. For a 2* hotel I was genuinely surprised.

The location is just far enough out of town to allow a bit of seclusion, yet a 20 min walk takes you into the busy town centre. There's a mini market just 5 mins walk away and the beach is about 200 yards.

There's so many options for food and entertainment. We ate at Katia a few times and enjoyed the Greek BBQ, we ate in town and we ate in the room (there's enough to cook pasta or prep a salad).

There are a lot of options for places to visit with Kassiopi, Avlkaki and Agios Stephano all easy and boat or coach trips to Corfu town.

If you want a low key, easy going holiday I would definitely recommend Katia.

There are enough accurate pictures of this resort that I don't need to say what it was like visually. What made this place was the owner Alex, his personality alone made the kids sad to leave and he surrounds himself with good people, from the service staff to the cleaning crew, only the best people work here. I don't like returning to places I've already been but I would happily come back here, and the girls will surely be asking for me to.

Katia consistently beats 3/4* venues around Kassiopi every year to make it one of the best places to stay in the area. Don't be fooled by the 2* rating for facilities. If you and yours want to be looked after in a 5* way then Katia is for you. I can't recommend this place highly enough, we are looking forward to catching up with the Katia "family feel" for the 4th time later this year.

Just got back from a week holiday at this excellent place. Whilst it has few stars it is a very good place to stay close to Kassiopi. The staff are all very polite & welcoming, very clean, food as good as restaurants in town. Great pool area, and very nice bar area. Beaches 10 mins walk, lots to do in area.
This is a family run place and you can tell they go the extra mile to ensure all guests are well looked after. Many Thanks for a great stay will be trying to get back asap.

Four of us enjoyed all the perks Katia hotel has to offer. Swimming pool was fun for both kids and adults. Beach is super close. And restaurant suprised us with really good food served by lovely team👍

What a lovely place, great pool area and restaurant,great location for pebbly beach and Town centre. Staff are amazing, after arriving very late,early hours, we were welcomed with the offer of food and drink,and shown to our rooms ,(,not just a note and find your own way ). The pool area ,gardens and sunbeds,plenty of them,we're kept clean and tidy all of the time. We will definitley return and recommend to friends and family.

Simple basic room, but hey it's only for sleeping in. Staff really friendly and food very tasty. Very rocky beach about 200 metres away.lots of fish and warm. But bring beach shoes.

Really enjoying our stay at Katia studios and apartments. Clean and looked after. Alex was super friendly and helpful as were rest of staff. Pool is clean.
Lovely surroundings. We eat out most eveni gs but what meals wedid eat were good and tasty. Need a car though unless you wish to stay local.

Great place to stay. Apartments clean and spacious food in restaurant was great. We stayed B&B and breakfast was cooked fresh and served until noon.
Would highly recommend here if you don't mind a leisurely walk into town about 20mins. Alex and his family are lovely hosts.
