Nice resort, but for my taste to big. The fit 1500 guests in the resort. The main restaurant is often very busy. People are going for the food as if its the last food available...I would recommend the family rooms with private pool. This has a very relax atmosfeer. The beach is great for small kids and the sea is very relax.

Very nice resort. Many people come here. It has great facilityes and animation, a souvenir shop and a mini market at the -1floor that is open until midnight. The only bad thing is that it has some outdated decorations in the rooms. Very close to the beach and very nice personal. I recomend this resort.

Rooms were good size, the air con could have been better but the rooms weren't unbearable. The food was amazing, all the staff were really happy and seemed glad to serve you. Overall a very good resort.

Nice resort, but definitely not a 5 star. The food is ok, the drinks are cheap. Lots of sunbeds on the beach and at the pools. There are many families with children, so if you just want to relax or to enjoy the silence, not the right place for you.

Absolute amazing family or just the two of you place. With pools restaurants spa and more. We got the all inclusive deal and would highly recommend it to all families with all age children and it is a good opportunity for you and your children to learn Greek or another language . there is something for everyone to enjoy at the resort which is located in a beautiful place

Overall the hotel, the location and the amenities/ service were good to great. However the hotel seemed to be overbooked for the first night, so we got a cheap room that was in one word disgusting. Beautiful hotel.Spent there one week lovely family holiday. The pool area is amazing,Kids and adults like it. In the bar you can choose a lot of drinks for a reasonable price. The best hotel in Roda. Although it's situated just outside the small village of Roda it is well worth the extra 5 minute walk into the village. The pool area is absolutely stunning and is very well maintained. The rooms are kept spotless and are very comfortable and spacious. The complimentary continental breakfast is good. There is also a pool snack bar where you can order a late breakfast or lunch...

Cheap hotel. It is okay just if you over there just to sleep. Otherwise it doesn't worth it for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel is right opposite the sea, the staff are really nice and friendly, the food is good. It's about 5 minutes to the shops. The only 'fly in the ointment' is the tourist tax, its an absolute rip off!!!!! We were told we could only pay on the last day and in cash ONLY not card, (smell a fiddle going on there). So we had to find another €77 at the end of the holiday.

The apartment was lovely, very clean, bed was super comfy, sheets, towels cleaned daily. Toilet roll provided, safety deposit box. .

The hotel was very clean and new which was a big plus. Still the design of the rooms was quite questionable. For example when taking a shower the whole bathroom floor would flood as it was an open cabin. There was also no widow in out room only an exist to the balcony which is quite sad as the room was quite dark and we didn't get as much from the fact it was a sea side view. Location is good, right next to the beach and staff is friendly. The rooms smell a bit odd though and the music from the bar/restaurant is very loud. Also, the shower cabin is a bit dated and water gets into the bedroom.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff. The food was good, but not great. The bar is great, all inclusive covers all cocktails possible. The room was nice, modern (usb ports available) and clean. The bathroom was new and clean as well. The biggest drawback was the lack of umbrellas and sun beds at the beach.

This little hotel is quiet. Good for couples. There aren't many facilities for kids. Small beach but some sand to stretch out in. Simple rooms with fantastic views of the Albanian coast. We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, close to the sea and Roda town. Plenty of parking spaces, which is always useful. Staff is helpful and attentive. We stayed at the Milton for 2 weeks in June 2024. We found it very friendly and welcoming. It was also very clean and very quiet. The staff are very cheerful and helpful especially Alexandre who helped to retrieve my bag containing vital medication that I had stupidly left on the trasfer minibus. Lovely hotel, nice and quiet. Staff were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic, toast, yoghurt, preserves, tea and coffee. I am sure I won’t find such a friendly and helpful staff anywhere else, Ivone is one of the best hosts I ve ever met, the apartments are nice and the en-suite bathroom very handy, the kitchen is quite small but you can still cook something, the hotel is in walking distance to all amenities and nice restaurants and the breakfast is decent. The major problem is the Wi-Fi which can be a headache

This is a lovely place, beautiful rooms and very nice and helpful hosts! We had a two room apartment with two balconies and a beautiful view at the sea! The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom was very comfortable and cozy!

Amazing place! Me and my friend stayed in the cheapest apartment with the sea view (see the picture of the view from inside the room 😍). Maria is a great host, she helped us a lot with every question, and went out of her way to guide us in using the buses. She lives on the property and is always available. Overall, very relaxed stay, peaceful beach and great service.

Very good location. Very clean room. Nice and cozy furniture (looks like renovated recently), nice clean pool, quite area and private parking. I would recommend this stay for family vacations. Only two comments; very bad internet and no other hotel facilities (breakfast, bar etc). So “boutique hotel” is not very accurate… but it’s ok! We had wonderful time and thanks!

I stayed here for two weeks and booked a superior room. On arrival (1am) I was exhausted by a lot of travel delays. The reception booked me in quickly and helped me with my luggage to my room. The hotel is in about 10 individual blocks built up the hill side. Unfortunately my room seemed to be the one that was located furthest up the hill. The first thing I have to highlight is the staff. Incredibly pleasant and helpful! The hotel as a whole needs a bit of renovation. More wear could be seen at times. The rooms are very spacious and clean (except for a few cobwebs). The breakfast was okay, but it wouldn't hurt to have more choice. I expected a little more for the price. Very well located, charming and old school hotel with lovely owners. The comments about the building needing upkeep are unfortunately very much on point, especially the bathrooms need work. But the owners make you feel right at home, value for money is excellent and you are everywhere in a few minutes. The balconies and the garden are gorgeous.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Very well maintained and clean hotel. 10/10 for the cleaning staff. The breakfast is also very good with a lot of local choices. The beach in front is beautiful, perfect for a morning walk before everyone wakes up. One small remark though, our unit 205 was lacking in having hot water for shower most of the days. Amazing Hotel: The service was above any expectation. The dining room offers fresh and delicious food. The kids loved the activities and the evening shows. The atmosphere is so calm and lovely. We are very happy to have discovered the ABC and plan to return in 2017.

We were greeted by nonde such a nice fella , all I can say we had a lovely time felt very safe, the garden's were kept lovely and clean, fresh bed linen and towel's , all the team made us very welcome and helpful, nonde and sphyros are very good cooks and we miss there cooking
