We have just returned from staying at this busy hotel. Some details and photos used on its website are misleading and should be rectified quickly. Our Tui company representative was available daily for any information wanted, but we chose to speak mostly with the hotel Manager instead, who was very nice, efficient and dealt with any complaints or queries we had satisfactorily. First room we were given when we arrived in the evening, was far too noisy so she kindly arranged for us to move to a quieter one, but we had to wait a day/couple of nights for this and an extra hour for it to be cleaned before we could move in and belatedly unpack our suitcases. The ceiling hadn't been painted so we had to stare at concrete that was bad. We did have a great view from our balcony though. The bar, lounge & restaurant were nicely furnished and we liked the outside terrace dining tables. Meals were nice and varied and the selection of drinks was adequate. Swimming pool wasn't as big as we expected and there were loads of sun loungers surrounding it which made it very overcrowded. We therefore just used this in the evenings when nearly everyone had gone. General service received by the staff was excellent, friendly and nice. Also evening entertainment was very enjoyable. Hotel was located on a steep incline but fortunately we are both quite fit to be able to walk up and down to the village in fifteen minutes, even in the heat! Beach was half an hour and a one mile walk along a main road that was tough when it was hot and wasn't scenic. However, it was nice when we got there and we found ourselves an ideal space on our own for several hours to rest. We used buses and taxis easily to visit other towns on the island.

Hotel was a really good 3star. Location if you wanted to wander wasn't ideal, fair walk to beach, and on return a couple of steep hills. We didn't mind, as good fitness. The town close by wasn't a typical Greek one as I know, but there's a bit going on there, traffic bad through the town though.
Views nice from hotel facilities pretty good, entertainment v good, some of the crowds, British, left you wondering about your own nationality tbh, never blame the Germans please for towels on sun beds. Embarrassing sometimes, but 🤷‍♂️.
We enjoyed ourselves was the main thing, probably glad only there a short time, wouldn't visit for 2 weeks, but nothing to do with hotel, hotel did well.

10 nights at the Rodos star was just so lovely. The hotel team make you feel like family.
The rooms are clean, tidy and have all you need.
Moss the manager is just the sweetest, and it’s so lovely to meet the family members. Really makes this hotel such a special place. Yes the hill is steep but take it slow and it’s manageable.
The bar staff were fabulous Fillip evening bar and Ben at the pool bar.
All the restaurant team front and behind the scenes were fabulous. The food was fresh and delicious. It does become repetitive but it’s aok inc so to be expected. There are plenty of lovely places to pop out to eat. Our room was cleaned to a great standard every day with fresh towels everyday.
Make sure to book the boat trip Kivotis cruise you stop off at at 6 places and it’s so lovely so beautiful. Rhodes is so beautiful explore and the bus is so easy to use and cheap.

We have just returned after 14 nights at this hotel. We booked this hotel aware of the 3 star rating and the location. We have stayed in other 3 star hotels where the quality is far more superior. In our opinion this is not a 3 star hotel and should be classified as a 2 star hotel. The hotel requires more attention to it's fixtures & fittings. All hand rails in the pool and on the stairs are loose and pose a serious health & safety risk. If anyone needed to use these rails they would cause serious harm to themselves. Light bulbs don't appear to be replaced when required, the majority of external lights required new bulbs. Glass banisters are not cleaned, including around the pool & restaurant. We arrived at the hottest time of the year, and yet the outdoor dining area was covered by plastic sides, which turned the dinning area into a greenhouse and completely put us off the dining experience. On our last day these were finally removed and the area was much more pleasant. It's a shame these sides were not removed at the beginning of the summer season. The food is extremely repetitive. We appreciate it's an all inclusive but this is by far the worse for variety out of all the all inclusive we have stayed at. For the final week our daughter refused to eat anything at dinner time, and she is not a fussy eater. The drinks on the all inclusive are of cheap quality, with their soft drinks tasting of syrup. The bar man at the outdoor bar should be sacked. He was the only member of staff we found to be rude. Towards the end of our holiday he took a drink out of our daughters hand and another child saying they didn't deserve it. He played poolside music everyday that wasn't always appropriate for young children, songs often contained inappropriate language. The hotel has recently added additional rooms, but the shared facilities have not been expanded to accommodate the additional guests. Sun beds were extremely difficult to get, evening seating was impossible, we ended up in our room every evening due to no seating been available. Just a little more attention to detail would have made our holiday more pleasant. If your looking for an authentic hotel and experience this hotel is not for you. If you are happy to stay at the hotel for the whole duration of your holiday this is likely to be the hotel for you. But consider this hotel carefully....

PLEASE READ Im really disappointed in this hotel, most reviews have said, oh yea great experience and food. But its the opposite. To start off we arrived and we were messed around, we are a family of 5 but one of us had to get here a day later, passport issue;(an additional feature to this hotel that no one mentioned was the tourist tax… €80 for 5 people. Outrageous) one of the co owners told us to wait 5 minutes on one of there couches while other people were checking in. Minutes passed and everyone had been checked in, besides us. So we went and asked and we had to go across the road to a sketchy motel looking place. When we actually moved into the hotel it was alright, food was ass and the pool was too small for the hotels size. The only good thing was the fact that there was a shop ( stupidly overpriced stuff ) and the entertainment was on for 3 nights a week, Thursday, friday and Sunday. So overall crap hotel please dont book it

The reviews are not what the place actually is I’ve been here for a week and it’s not so pleasant the food is disappointing and not a lot to choose from it also states entertainment which is only Thursday Friday Sunday you also have to pay for Wi-Fi I will the hotel it’s self looks nice but it’s far away from everything there’s too much over crowding only the 1 pool for so many people but staff are nice and pleasant will not be returning

Where do I start 🤔 we arrived late at night we had a drink from the bar and given a ham & cheese roll not impressed. The manager Moss was very lovely. The pool isn't big enough for the size of the hotel. Our air con barely worked. We couldn't have a cold shower the water was too hot so had to run the water and wait about 10mins for it to get cooler. Food wasn't the best most of the left over breakfast was always put in something else at tea time. Snacks cold hotdogs, stale rolls, little pizza & make your own toasties the fella who puts out snacks when he can be bothered is stroppy. No food available from 4.30pm till 7.30pm. Breakfast is 7am-9.30am Snack bar 10am-12pm Lunch 12.30pm-2.30pm Snack bar until 4.30pm Tea 7.30pm-9.30pm Food was a huge let down most meats were very fatty & some were still pink in the middle. Drinks were a hit & miss.. if you want Malibu , Pink Gin or a slush puppy ct...that's an extra charge. You pay for the wifi per device per day. Air con ( if it works ) is included July and August other months of the year your charged extra. Its up a big hill and when you go into the little town as they call it you only have a couple of bars, couple of mini markets , pharmacy & a cake shop not worth going down. Didn't see a bus stop. Taxis are needed where ever you. Not much of entertainment as starts 9.30-10pm. All-inclusive drinks start 10am & end 11pm before and after you pay. No entertainment for kids bar the pool where its rammed. Private swim up room is not private. Pool take is very much in a door way. The actual hotel itself to look at was nice. So many improvements are definitely needed we wouldn't return to this hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. I would return to Greece as where we went rhodos old town, falaraki & lindos are beautiful places.

Quite a small hotel but the staff are lovely, very quick to help with any issues we had. You do have to pay for the internet which is unfortunate as we were told this was included when we booked, however it wasn’t overly expensive. The food was quite basic but there was always something we liked for every meal. Also ice creams and slushes were not a part of the all inclusive and were €3. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend as a first time family holiday.

There are both pros and cons to this hotel. Cons - Paying for WiFi. Overcrowded pool Children unsupervised in pool Some unruly adults Rooms are small Pool water quickly becomes mingling Evening restaurant manager a bit grumpy with only select guests The hill - isolates you and increases travel costs NOTHING for children, no pool games, have to pay for slushies, no evening entertainment aimed at children (this could be done at a low cost and make a significant difference) Entertainment is sporadic and samey and starts far too late Food - wares thin quickly, same offerings and the smell in the canteen is quite off putting Pros Very friendly staff (huge shout out to pool bar male staff member( Beautiful views from bar and restaurant area Showers are powerful Air con included in July and August Small initmimate setting makes it good to socialise with other families Bar offers good drinks Helpful reception staff We made good of our holiday however I wouldn't return. It isn't as advertised and the reviews are misleading. But they try and I appreciate we went at peak times, my only suggestion would be, you up size your facilities to accommodate peak season and make it more relaxing for guests.
