Lymberia Hotel

My experience here at the hotel was indescribable everything was disgustingly old and rugh.

We were three in our room and everyone paid the exact same amount but there was only two real beds in our room, the third one was a mattress in steel that was solid as a rock. We had to take turns sleeping on it because it was that uncomfortable.

Or floors were covers in antes one day when we came back from the pool, and every time we left the hotel for a few hours a horrible stank from the bathroom would rise and not disappear until the faucet had been running for a long time.

The glass’s at the bar were yellow, dirty and unpleasant.

The price is hi but the quality really low. Would not recommend at all.

Our experience at Lymberia Hotel was a huge disappointment. We expected good service, good food and a clean room. The first night we got here we had a nasty smell in our room (smelled like sewage) but when we complained, the receptionist said there might be some mold that they don’t know about and we couldn’t change room.

Secondly, the food was okay. There was not a lot of variation and the best thing to eat was pasta. The tzatziki was enjoyed by some but not by many. The dessert was just jelly and mousse (disgusting) and often bland watermelon. The watermelon often tasted like refrigerator.

Not all the sunbeds were adjustably, there were no activities during the weekend, but it said that there would be activities everyday. Momo was the activity leader, and he was amazing!! And the open bar staff was excellent. The total opposite of the reception. They gave information that was not correct multiple times and lacked capability of communicating with eachother, leading to us being scammed with the towels and the taxi. We were told that we had to pay 40 euro for 4 towels but then we would get all the money back, like a deposit. But when we returned our towels at the end of the week, we only got 6 euro back each. The lady in the reception told us that was the rules and that she could not do anything about the miscommunication. If we would have known that beforehand we would not have borrowed those disgusting, moldy, tiny, and unpleasant towels. We could have bought better for 1 euro as a souvenir.

The hotel rooms were on the other side of the street and the pictures of our rooms did not exist. The toilets were horrifying: yellow shower curtain, black and yellow shower head, and the toilet smelled like feces. The ancient air conditioner dripped on the floor and made a huge puddle, and sometimes there was a very loud suspicious noise. In the morning the cleaners knocked one time and then walked right in at 8:30 in the morning when we were sleeping and screamed “hallo!! Hallo!!” and when we asked them to come back in 10 minutes, they never came back. After that the bathroom smelled like sewers again. The bathroom was so small you could barely open the door to get out. The sewage system did not work very well, making the shower foam.

There were only cushions on the chairs in the front bar by the reception and not on the ones by the pool, making it painful to sit down and then stand up. There were barely any snacks by the pool, there were very dry sandwiches and croissants, and the only good snack was mini pizza one time. The water in the open bar had a funny taste most of the days and was only cold in the morning.

To summarise, we are never coming back here and we would never recommend this place.

horrible hotel, the hosts are not welcoming at all, it was a terrible experience at this hotel. we waited a year to come on vacation here, thinking that we would be accommodated in the rooms that they promote, and when we received the room at the hotel, it was not even in the same courtyard as the actual hotel, telling us that those rooms in the pictures they are superior, and we ended up being accommodated in some horrible barracks. Lymberia Hotel, why don't you post pictures of the rooms that you consider standard? why are you fooling people? what I encountered in those rooms across the road from the hotel was pitiful: the smell, the smell, everything was falling apart, the toilet was dirty, the bathroom was horrible, very small, it wasn't cleaned after the last ones, the floors were washed with foul black water!! I do not recommend this hotel in any way, I also do not understand why it is called all inclusive, the water at the bar was yellow just like from the sink, the glasses and glasses very very dirty, stained from 100 years ago, the cocktails were for a fee, why do you call it all inclusive???Lymberia Hotel

don't be fooled by the pictures posted on booking of the rooms of this hotel. they promote only what suits them, and if you make a reservation for a standard room you will be accommodated in an annex across the road, where the conditions are pathetic and indescribable, the rooms have not the slightest connection with what they promote . Stop fooling the tourists, the conditions are pathetic and not worthy of all inclusive, the food was below expectations, like some boiled pasta with a red sauce on the side, water from the sink served at the bar in some putrid, yellowed, unwashed glasses, I feel nauseous even now when I think about it. In the bathroom I found cockroaches, the toilet was wet, the gel was everywhere!!! We paid some money for nothing, we didn't have ok sleeping conditions or ok food, we had to go to the restaurant every day, in the conditions in which we benefited from all inclusive, but what are we talking about, all inclusive only with the name for that even the cocktails at the bar weren't free, I couldn't even drink the water there. When I wanted to get a cup for coffee, I had to look for the one that was the least dirty. The host is a very rude person, who doesn't know how to listen to the client's needs, I showed him pictures of the indescribable mess that I found in those rooms in the annex across the street and he told us that if it doesn't suit us to go let's sleep on the beach... he sends us to the beach on our money... a total shame, I don't recommend this hotel in any way.Lymberia Hotel🤮🤮🤮
