Melian Boutique Hotel & Spa

This Boutique hotel was beautiful, with stunning water views surrounding the restaurant. They provide gourmet breakfast delivered to your door if you want and you can enjoy eating on your balcony area with seaside views as well. The service is top notch and the rooms are lovely and well air conditioned. Short walk into the town of Pollonia and also to the lovely winery in the area with tours and/or tastings you can arrange. I highly recommend for adults and families with older teenagers/young adults.

We had an incredible stay at Melian Boutique Hotel in Milos! The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning sunset view, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the amazing customer service.

Ioannis, the manager, went above and beyond for us. He gave us the best local recommendations for beaches and attractions — spots we would’ve never found on our own. And when our rental car got stuck down a sandy back road and the rental company couldn’t locate us, Ioannis personally came out to find us. Honestly, that kind of dedication is rare and so appreciated. The other staff also helped charge our devises when our converters didn’t work. The rest of the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. You can really feel they care about their guests. Highly recommend staying here — not only for the views and comfort, but for the exceptional service that makes you feel right at home.

Booking a trip to Greece from the states can be overwhelming at times. I assure you though, you will absolutely love The Melian in Milos. Not only is the hotel clean, spacious, and has a great location, but the staff is top notch. The manager, Ioannis, was always available to help book restaurants, boat excursions, car rentals, and more. I emailed him constantly while planning this trip and he, or his staff, always responded immediately. This is the type of service you get here. The hotel sits right on the water and has the most beautiful views. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The meals were delicious….breakfast had so many options and all were fantastic. We had dinner one evening at the hotel and I have to say it was one of the top two meals we had during our whole 9 days in Greece. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel's breakfast is 5 star. Breakfast is home made and fresh for each guest. Make sure you try the Greek coffee.
The rooms are impeccable. Beds are comfortable and the rooms clean and spacious. Guests also get a complementary beach bag to keep.
Not forgetting the great location overlooking the sea with its own pontoon into the sea.

We had an outstanding stay at Melian Boutique Hotel and Spa during our stay in Milos. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a nice large balcony, where we had breakfast delivered by the hotel every morning. The sea view from our room was incredible and provides unobstructed sunset views every night. The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed at the Melian when we were in Milos for our honeymoon (May 2024). We had never been to Milos - but we would love to go back!

The Melian was amazing. The room was spacious with a spectacular view of the water. Our patio had a hot tub and plenty of space to relax. The hotel is built into the cliffs of the island - it just blends in and doesn't look out of place. The rooms are very luxurious while fitting in with the aesthetic of the island.

Breakfast with Sergio was delightful. The food was delicious and the views were stunning.

The front desk staff (Dora) were very helpful with a car rental, beach recommendations, and dinner reservations.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly left, our time at Melian was magical. The setting couldn’t have been more beautiful, calming, and inspiring, and the ability to walk into the lovely village of Pollonia for harborside dinners was a huge plus - no drinking and driving. The room was lovely and the view from our terrace mesmerizing. Every single person on the staff was ebullient, professional, and incredibly helpful in directing us to the best beaches and restaurants. Special thanks to Ionannis, Kleopatra, Sergio, and Nikos. The design of the hotel and the staff uniforms were both hip and cool in a fittingly relaxed way. Breakfast there was a dream and dinner the best lollipop lamb chops and fish carpaccio we have had anywhere. In short, this is a perfect place. Our five nights there were not enough so we must return to check out the beaches we missed! If you are a swimmer, Milos is for you. And Melian Boutique Hotel is the place to be on Milos.

The team is what makes this already extraordinary place (location, view, food, rooms - all top notch and good value) even better. Kleopatra, Ioannis, Nikos, Sergio - your constant attention to your guests' needs really sets you apart. You made our stay extraordinary. My wife and I are just concluding a three week trip through Western Europe with our adolescent boys, culminating in three glorious days staying at the Melian boutique hotel on Milos. Where to begin? The staff were kind, sincere and accommodating. The property is simply stunning overlooking a beautiful Aegean ocean bay with colours of turquoise and royal blue. The rooms are lovely, immaculate, cool in the heat and the beds and pillows afforded us deep, contented sleeps. Stunning sunsets too. Not to be outdone though was the food - every meal prepared with caring and fresh, simple ingredients, from beautiful breakfast options to delicious dinners like sea bass carpaccio, a modern take on Greek salad with feta mousse, grilled lamb popsicles, along with the best dessert we had in Europe - a banana-caramel concoction with homemade honey, and buttery granola. The hotel staff arranged seamless travel for us to and from the port and helped us rent ATVs (a must do!) to self-explore the island. I could not more strongly endorse this wonderful, family-run destination hotel, most especially for those of us who like to give our tourist dollars to hardworking, local, small businesses.

Amazing experience in this beautiful hotel. Attention to details and breakfast (with chef Sergio!) are just worth the price. Enjoy incredible views of the Aegan sea from your balcony and hear the sound of the waves. Stayed there four nights with my wife and would highly recommend. Rooms are very confortable but simple.
