Where should I start I don’t know. View amazing, room service amazing, breakfast one of a kind. We stayed in their new suites and the experience was so nice that we spend a whole day only in the hotel. It even has parking available. Recommend it 100%

Wow what a hotel, you're made to feel very welcome, we received a free upgrade, and the view from our balcony was stunning. The bed was very comfy, and the reception was very helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast.

The Ios Palace sprawls up the side of the hill overlooking beautiful Milopotas Beach. It's a lovely example of Cycladic architecture: buildings all white and cubic, interspersed with gardens filled with bougainvillea, oleander, cactus, and hibiscus Every corner you turn is another beautiful vista, always with the blue Aegean in the background.
Highlights include the always kind and helpful staff who ensure that no issue goes unresolved. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with all the typical options as well as many local options... don't miss the wonderful local cheeses and fruit.
About the rooms: you'll have to choose carefully here. In the end, we had a splendid room high up on the seventh floor, which obviously provided a magnificent view from its generously sized terrace. The room itself was reasonably large and well equipped, including a top-notch mattress. However, when we were first arrived we had booked one of the "classic" rooms on the second floor. It still had a great view but was filled with such a stench of sewage that it should have been sealed off with police tape. The next one we were shown had only a faint aroma, but it was so small that the bed was shoved into a corner, meaning one of us would have to wiggle to the foot of the bed to get out. We upgraded the next morning. Do not even think of booking one of the "classic" rooms, especially on the second floor. They are throughly dreadful.
Having got that out of the way, our stay in the Ios Palace was thoroughly enjoyable with its great pools, wonderful staff, and proximity to Milopotas Beach. Just be careful about the room.

Everything about this hotel was perfection! From being picked up at the port to the welcome drink on arrival! The staff here were friendly, helpful and aimed to make your stay amazing! Breakfasts were included and a perfect way to start your day and a fantastic selection of delicious prepared choices. We didn’t get to use the spa on property as our stay was short. There were two choices of pools, a bar and a beach with water sports right below hotel. We booked stand up paddling one afternoon It was walking distance to more restaurants and a short taxi to town! Loved our stay here! Would love to return and stay longer!

The views from my room were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, I had an accident, twisted my ankle, on the first day of my stay. The staff was very empathetic and helpful in making sure I was still able to enjoy my time st the hotel.

We loved this hotel, however the rooms and definitely the bathrooms need an update and thorough cleaning.

While the fitness room is adequate it is so hot it makes working out difficult. I asked the front desk manager to find a fan and she never followed through with me. It was tiny and probably 95 degrees. The air unit is facing a wall not the fitness cardio machines.

If you are looking for a beach front quiet resort with a very kind staff choose this. Many many good restaurants within a few minutes walking.

Hands down the best hotel of my trip and stay in Ios was this hotel. Amazing views, service, pool, and location to the beach. The morning breakfast is incredible. Their gym has enough to get a little workout in as well. It's the perfect spot for a few nights in Ios. The location and views are incredible. Would definitely come back.
