Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The service was good, the location convenient, and ample parking space was a plus. The food was delicious. However, the maintenance left something to be desired; our room had missing parts in the shower, (they promptly fixed the missing shower parts, showcasing good service) lacked shampoo, and half of the bathroom lights were non-functional. Additionally, we encountered a broken curtain and a loose handrail on the attic stairs, posing safety concerns. The charming fireplace in the lounge needed cleaning, as the excess ashes made it challenging to maintain a lively fire. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's positive aspects make it a place we'd consider returning to – attention to these details could elevate the experience.

What a beautiful experience. We loved every moment at this hotel. We would absolutely come back. The room was so comfortable and spacious. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We felt at “home” here and the location and view were perfect. Would stay again.

My stay here was horrid. It started with entering a room whose mattress appeared to be purchased at a thrift shop - old, stained, saggy. Picked up the water glass in the bathroom, only to find lipstick stains on the rim. Many of the serving pieces for breakfast were soiled too. Not a very clean place. Safe didn't work (safe not bolted to closet so it can be picked up and moved - lol) When my room key stopped working on the 2nd day, the guy in reception told me that I just didn't know how to use the key properly - huh? He wanted to argue with me, rather than just giving me a new key! Although the breakfast buffet was served in steam trays, there was no water in the trays - cold eggs - no surprise. And, why not put out a carafe of coffee rather than having to ask the server each time for some coffee and then wait until she is able to bring it? I don't know how this dirty hotel, with horrid customer service, gets good ratings on Google.

We loved this hotel! The location and views are so perfect and the fireplace in the room was great. The hotel has a sauna, a cold water pool, and a very well equipped gym. Maybe it would be nice if there was a way for guests to make tea in the rooms.

I had an AMAZING massage with Lucas, I got a full body massage for 1.5 hours. Honestly it was so relaxing, the room was nice and warm and the pressure of the massage was perfect as he makes sure you are happy with the pressure. I was offered coffee at the beginning and water and green tea after. Feeling very relaxed now

Well appointed and very helpful & accomodating staff. Probably ideal during ski season but the narrow windy road means you'll need transport to get to town despite being only a 10 minute walk. Check out the torches used by them to help transport the Olympic Flame [and again for 2018!].

Great Hotel, state of the art decoration, excellent breakfast and cuisine. The people make you feel like home. They are experts in skiing and have many "to do" things to offer.

There is no other like this! Its quality in every detail make your stay an experience! I definitely suggest it! Nice staff, huge internal swimming pool, very well decorated, amazing view to the Delphian landscape, great location!

We stayed two nights. Great location and view. The owners were amazing. Helped in so many areas. Showed real interest in us and did all they could to help plan trips. Eager to come back and for sure will recommend to all my friends.
