The staff are absolutely amazing my trip isn’t finished but i had to say something. The hotel is beautiful and is truly a wellness spa hotel. The staff are incredible and dedicated to their job, I have to highlight Crisa, Captain Christos they have been nothing but exceptional. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed, I could go on and I will in the next post.

Nice hotel but with the typical "production line" feel of the overcrowded all-inclusive hotels.
Rooms are nice (we had a maisonette, the top option) but there is a general mouldy (or occasionally worse) smell all over the hotel.
The spa was exceptional and we were very satisfied by the treatments and massage.
The staff is very friendly and helpful

We were on a family vacation, and the hotel staff provided great service. We had booked a half-board reservation, but the hotel upgraded us to full board at no additional cost.
The hotel's beach was conveniently located just across the road. What we enjoyed most was the grassy area on the beach, which made it really cozy during the hottest part of the day.
The food was good, and there was always something tasty to eat.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the stunning views of the mountains and the sea, several aspects of the stay were disappointing.
Firstly, the food quality was quite poor. Many dishes served at dinner were simply leftovers from lunch, and the pastries, including croissants and baklava, were not fresh at all.
Some of rooms (maisonette) were old and had a distinct smell of chlorine upon entering. .
On a positive note, the hotel's location did offer some redeeming qualities. The views of the mountains and the sea were breathtaking, and evening walks with sunset along the promenade were quite enjoyable.
In conclusion, while the natural surroundings and views are beautiful, the poor food quality, outdated rooms, and lack of a proper beach significantly detract from the overall experience. This hotel does not live up to the expectations of a 5-star rating.

The hotel is highly recommended if you want a peaceful and relaxing family vacation. The hygiene is at a very high level, and the view from the rooms is beautiful, whether it's of the mountains or the sea. The beach is neat and lovely, although most of it is on the grass, and the man working at the bar there is very kind. As for the food, it is very tasty and varied; only the breakfast could perhaps be a bit more diverse, but everything is still very delicious. The people working in the restaurant are very kind, especially the girl at the entrance to the restaurant, as well as the housekeepers. The gym and spa are also excellent. Overall, the hotel deserves a perfect score of 5. It was a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely return again.

It is a nice hotel, with clean comfortable rooms at a convenient location, right in front of the beach (not sand beach) and has good facilities like pool and thermal bath, but it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It is more like a good 3 star hotel… The rooms are old, with a very small TV, but good view and airconditioner. The service at the restaurant is inconsistent…getting simple black coffee at breakfast time is such a hassle, since they don’t offer it self-service.
They rent bikes for you if you order, for 12 euros per day, but they only accept cash, which is strange for such a big hotel… and then there is an ATM at the hotel which charges 4 euros per withdrawal…
The meeting room in the hotel is not good at all… very bad lighting and furniture… I do not recommend it for trainings or conferences.

Definitely not 5 star hotel.
The hotel has spacious rooms, a large outdoor pool, a thermal outdoor pool, 2 indoor pools, and a large jacuzzi pool. No room has mosquito nets, which is a huge problem. You can't leave the doors open because there are many mosquitoes and other bugs. Rooms are not treated for pests, and some bugs have bitten guests during the night.
The hotel mostly has older guests, and the indoor pools are not clean. The large outdoor pool is clean, but chlorine is added in the morning, so you step on granules because they haven't dissolved...
The park is very beautiful but should be sprayed against mosquitoes.

We booked our stay here with the understanding, based on their advertised policy, that our children aged 2 to 11 could stay for free using the existing bedding. Unfortunately, our experience upon arrival was far from straightforward or accommodating.
Despite clear policies stated online and in our booking confirmation, the front desk staff kept us waiting for an hour, debating our room's capacity for children who were simply going to share the existing beds with us. This situation was baffling and frustrating, as the insistence that we needed to "check room capacity" for children using beds that were already accounted for in our booking contradicted their own stated policy.
The entire ordeal was unnecessarily stressful and took away from our time to relax and enjoy our trip. It was particularly disappointing that the hotel did not honor what seemed to be a straightforward policy. While the hotel itself might have merits, this experience has overshadowed the potential positives of our stay.

Luxurious hotel located between an scenic mountain ridge and an awesome beach. Three spa and pool areas. Excellent food, very good rooms, very good waiters. Handling of noisy school classes was poor. Started a racket and splashing in the pool area, continued to make a racket in the hallways until I asked hotel staff to restore peace. The manager cleared the hallways, but they were still noisy in their rooms. When they left for drinking in town, I complained again, and got a new room. Kudos to that! Yet, I still needed hours to calm down again. My fellow travellers did not intervene like me, and kept suffering through out the night.

The service was poor. We checked in 30min late. We entered the room 2:40pm and the staff entered the room while we were sleeping around 3:30pm with the excuse that we did not put “do not disturb” on the door.
In the room they had placed jams and welcome drinks “raki”. However, the jams were full of mold.
The water in the pool was extremely cold and impossible to enjoy. We asked about the temperature of the water and we were told it was 28 degrees. However, it was simply cold like cold tap water.
Overall, we would never recommend the place and for sure it is not a 5 star hotel.
The location is nice as you are next to the mountain and the sea. However, if you want to enjoy the landscape definitely you should book a different accommodation.
