Great value for money, great breakfast buffet, clean and very nice. WiFi was sometimes off, but not a big problem.
Beautiful old property and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However my room felt unsanitary
But going north and northwest is a bit tricky because of the mountains in the north. In general, I can say the hotel is in great location. It has great view at sea front
The hotel, although impressive from outside is average, seems like a renovated 80's hotel. It is clean and nicely located not more than 15 mins walking from the centre.
Had a very enjoyable lunch at the hotel restaurant. We were not guests at the hotel. Wide variety of fresh salad choices. Server Luminada was very gracious and informative and pleasant. Pleasant view of the pool setting
The hotel is really nice, very beautiful small "houses", nicely located just outside the city, very clean, very friendly, we had a fantastic stay, great kitchen (for lunch or dinner), just a really good boutique hotel

An exceptionally beautiful hotel on the island of Chios. I visited for a wedding in August 2015 and fell in love with its discreet location, hidden garden and fantastic staff. I could not recommend it more highly.
Needless to say one of the most luxurious places to be in the whole island! Superb location and service!
Super luxurious suites-apartments in an old full-orange field of Kambos with fountains, trees and a vintage feeling.

A really conveniently located, cute little boutique hotel. Recently done with a very nice decor. The breakfast area is very nice and it also serves as a cafe for the locals with really nice brunch dishes on offer
The hotel is amazing which is a historicak building. The staff is friendly & supportive. The breakfast is quite good, although there were some comments about it. There are three types of eggs
The inner garden is very lovely with the pile of birds. It is in the heart of city on the shopping street. The cafe is nice to chill.
The only thing is that bathroom is a bit small but that is ok
It is a pity that the breakfast included in the room rate is quite poor…
A good place if you want to spend a few days at Chios town. Yoy can go everywhere on foot. It is found in the old part of the town and it's an old mansion converted to a small hotel/ coffee shop

Chios Chandris, excellent location, close to everything. Beautiful port, we had such fun sipping a glass a wine while viewing magnificent sunsets from the veranda! Our rooms were clean & comfy with air-conditioning
Great place to stay right in centre we were there last year and returned again this year can't fault anything bed's very comfortable great breakfast catering for all tastes 100% satisfactory
2) Hotel location: The hotel was a short walk from the ferry port. If you have too many luggages, you may want to take a cab. 3) Clean rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable
We enjoyed the outdoor pristine pool daily, plush chaise lounges, a conveniently located outdoor shower, and outstanding selection of food & beverages served poolside

Building and rooms are old but clean. Location is very good and you can walk to everywhere. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Compared to hotels I have been to in Samos and Lesvos, they had the best wifi connection
Nice hotel in a very good location next to the port of Xios. Friendly staff and nice included breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace with a nice bright sunny view. Recommended!

Very awesome quiet place. Costa, the owner, is very gentle and nice. Don't forget the greek breakfast: homemade cake and omelette, served with a lot of greek traditional food.
A family runs the place that is within a garden, has good breakfast, warming atmosphere.

Sleep was better than many 5 star hotels i have been in my life. The bed is very big and queen size (not 2 twins connected but 1 single mattress!). Bed allocation was great and comfort
Excellent location opposite the port. My room was very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly and hospitable
Bed allocation according to Feng Shui (Preferable head in north or east and legs in south or west). In this room, all my demands were met accordingly to my total satisfaction
There is a small fridge without any products inside and the service is typical "motel", while one can arrange for excursions, boat tickets and car rental directly at the reception
An excellent base for our exploration of Chios. The room was excellent and the the full travel agent service at the front desk was superb - very easy to book tickets to visit Çeşme and Erythrae in neighbouring Turkey
My only criticism is that, for the price, water, tea/coffee/sugar are only provided for the first nights stay. Other than that, I can recommend a stay here and will definitely return when I come back to Chios

The facility is in great location, so you can just walk downtown and reach shops and restaurants. The building is both traditional Aegean and modern. I will stay here on my following visits to Chios
There is a beautiful beach located about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and many restaurants located much closer than that. I highly recommend staying at the Chios City Inn!
The rooms were always kept clean and breakfast was a delicious spread of traditional Greek pastries. The family was always available to make recommendations about where to go and what to see on the island
Very nice hotel. Modern and the amenities are top notch. The guy in the reception is very polite and nice to talk to and can make your stay better. If I ever visit Chios again I'll have it in mind
This place is amazing, the staff are respectful, helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and chic, I felt right home, I highly recommend it if you're going to stay in Chios for a bit
