Great location with a beautiful view of the port and the sea. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was really good. Only downside is they gave just two bottles of water on arrival, and the tap water isn’t drinkable with a strange taste. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay!

Great location, good breakfast, clean rooms. Best thing was the very comfortable beds. Parking area is not enough if hotel is full.

We stayed at this centrally located hotel with our child and were extremely satisfied. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay close to everything in the city, we highly recommend this place. We had an unforgettable family experience!

Beautiful old property and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However my room felt unsanitary. The drain smelled horrible (and I am not that sensitive about Mediterranean drain smells), there were stains all over the walls where people had smashed bugs and the drapes/bedspread were old and dirty and definitely need to be replaced. There was half a bottle of water in the room when we checked in. Clearly the staff dont clean in detail. Also the lights were flickering in the room and also the door of the shower was broken.

Had a very enjoyable lunch at the hotel restaurant. We were not guests at the hotel. Lunch was excellent. Wide variety of fresh salad choices. Server Luminada was very gracious and informative and pleasant. Pleasant view of the pool setting.

Nice and clean rooms, not large but fine pool, medium level breakfasts, lovely workers and totally fine hotel. If you want to come this hotel from the port you have to pay 6 euros to the taxi. I recommend to stay here.

The hotel is excellent. We are 100% satisfied. The stuff was great, super polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We really loved having delicious breakfast and dinner by the pool. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast and the dinner dishws were more than tasty!

The location is superb. Close to everything. The hotel is clean enough. Hallways have seen better day. But the grocery next door, the taxi stand at the corner and being at the heart of the area with infinite tavernas and beautiful views of the bay, all is wonderful.

It's very quiet and comfortable, and the staff are kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Everything was amazing especially the staff! We loved every one of them. They were really nice, very hardworking. They helped us with reservations, recommended places. The most important thing was the fact that they were very genuine people. The breakfast at the hotel was also nice. Although it has a very good location right in the center, the rooms and the hotel itself are very old. The rooms are small and old.

Clean, nice, friendly place. Good in every season (summer -winter). The rooms are spacious, all have sea view. The owners are nice people, very friendly and can communicate well in English. Breakfast is nice too. Nice place for families and all types of tourists. Close to the supermarkets.

This hotel is the exact definition of price/performance. Prices are fair and the location is just great. Port, restaurants, bars and cafes are all within 10 minute walking distance. Some are just a few minutes away. I came to Chios with my own car and never had any problem to park my car. Usually found a space within 50m distance which is very acceptable. Note that i visted here on mid of September...

When we were planning a holiday with friends, we found Costa Point by chance on the internet. We realized that the comments were positive. We were really pleased. The young ladies at the reception were very sweet. While we were in Chios, we wanted to join the Tavern and it was important for us that it was both economical and beautiful. The sweet receptionist helped us a lot with this. We got full marks...

Everything was just fine. Ladies on reception could not have been more helpful. Great view over the harbour Only caution, if you are in the plus three score years and ten category, the stairs up to the rooms are a bit steep.

The room itself was ok but the bathroom was very old and the room door wasn't locking properly. But location was amazing and car hire service was good too.

Perfect accomodation at the harbour, when you travel by ferry. Cheap and cosy....roofgarden with view onto the harbour, staff is very friendly...

It's hard to get past the fact that a huge ferry boat docks directly opposite the hotel every morning at 4am! It's a morning wake up call nobody asked for.....trucks, cars & people as well as the noise from the actual ferry!

A family runs the place that is within a garden, has good breakfast, warming atmosphere.

Very awesome quiet place. Costa, the owner, is very gentle and nice. Don't forget the greek breakfast: homemade cake and omelette, served with a lot of greek traditional food.

Visited Perleas during the "Winter school of Nature" and had an amazing time with my daughter. We learned many things about the trees, the fruit and the vegetables the owners produce for three generations now. We prepared together an amazing tangerine salad desert

Kampos is an amazing area in Chios - this hotel also great! Be careful with the car as the road is quite narrow to get through. Excellent location in the heart of Kampos and very friendly personnel!

Clean hotel with a great location. We really appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staff also 😊 the only downside was that the bathroom was a little outdated and we had to unplug the plug on the sinkhole each time we used it. Could use a little renovation! But everything was good overall.

Hotel is in the centre of the port and close to all restaurants and touristic locations. There is also a market below the hotel which is important. Our room has cleaned everyday. You can have your coffee whenever you want in the lobby. Maria and Nikos are excellent housekeepers. They are so kind and helpful. In the last day of our visit after we check out we had a difficult situation outside the hotel...

Property was centrally located and staff was very friendly

Chios is a surprise as an island .. it’s less Touristic than the typical Greek islands you know … that means it has retained the virgin beauty of it (NO sunbeds ) wonderfully maintained and preserved…. It also means that the service is a bit of slow and not always so attentive to the customer … beaches , masticha trees and products , amazing food
