Extremely noisy!! Floors in some rooms or laminate and you can hear everything.. they start cleaning as early as 7:30 in the morning and you can hear the banging from the upper room.. besides that there was no privacy hanging on my door.. so the maid started knocking on my door at 8:10 And then proceeded at 10:15 a.m. to try to get in with a card without even knocking.. staff is very very friendly and polite.. room service was quick.. however the Caesar salad has a lot left to be desired.. they chopped the chicken fillet in tiny tiny little cubes which were immersed between the thinly sliced lettuce..the view beautiful only one if you are facing the marina... The carpeted 3 floor corridor was stained everywhere.. so old.. it's a disgrace to the family's name

Great location, good breakfast, clean rooms. Best thing was the very comfortable beds. Parking area is not enough if hotel is full.

We stayed at this centrally located hotel with our child and were extremely satisfied. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay close to everything in the city, we highly recommend this place. We had an unforgettable family experience!

We stayed at Chandris Hotel for our second visit to the island. Several strong points remained in our minds at checkout. They are:
1) Pleasant staff: Starting with the manager (or owner, not sure) Pandelis, the entire staff was very nice and helpful. Pandelis helped us with a car rental and got us a very good rate.
2) Hotel location: The hotel was a short walk from the ferry port. If you have too many luggages, you may want to take a cab. We like walking.
3) Clean rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable. If you can get rooms with sea view, that is even better
4) Decent breakfast: I wouldn't ask for more at an island.
Needless to say, this hotel is not your cheapest option at Chios. But if you want all four things that I listed above, there is a hotel that offers it.

Hotel has a nice view and very clean. It is a central location you can go popular restaurant/bars by walk. For the beautiful beach’s you need to use taxi or car.
Pool is not big and breakfast is okey. Keep your mind, hotel restaurant is more expensive than around restaurants.

Best hotel in Chios. But for me it’s an average hotel. I can’t say it’s very good compared to thr hotels in Turkey

Nice hotel at a very beautiful place. Rooms are clean and nice with beautiful ocean view. Staff are very friendly and attentive to guests. They let us check in very early in the morning (8:30 am) and let us check out later in the day (4 pm). Breakfast has big variety of foods ( open from 7-10:30) . The only complaint is they have very short pool hours from 10 am till 6 pm.
