Beautiful old property and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However my room felt unsanitary. The drain smelled horrible (and I am not that sensitive about Mediterranean drain smells), there were stains all over the walls where people had smashed bugs and the drapes/bedspread were old and dirty and definitely need to be replaced. Had a very enjoyable lunch at the hotel restaurant. We were not guests at the hotel. Lunch was excellent. Wide variety of fresh salad choices. Server Luminada was very gracious and informative and pleasant. Pleasant view of the pool setting.

Nice and clean rooms, not large but fine pool, medium level breakfasts, lovely workers and totally fine hotel. If you want to come this hotel from the port you have to pay 6 euros to the taxi. I recommend to stay here.

I was prejudiced before coming.we stayed for 3 nights,really friendly staff,they are trying to help everything.breakfast was fresh and varied.walking distance to the beach.food and beverage prices are quite affordable.the pool was big enough.we liked this place. Thank you very much🥰

Decent hotel. It is large with many buildings and pool great for weddings. Just I believe it’s a bit too old to be considered a four star hotel

A fairly good choice for a business trip as it’s close to the airport (3min taxi/20min walking). Also 20min walking to the centre. The single room is a bit shabby, but the suites could be good for traveling with families I suppose. Breakfast is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel at a very beautiful place. Rooms are clean and nice with beautiful ocean view. Staff are very friendly and attentive to guests. They let us check in very early in the morning (8:30 am) and let us check out later in the day (4 pm). Breakfast has big variety of foods ( open from 7-10:30) . The only complaint is they have very short pool hours from 10 am till 6 pm.

Great hotel. Right by all the stores and has a beautiful view. Bed was confterble as can be. Parking was hard to find sometimes but there is a parking lot 2 blocks away.

Clean, nice, friendly place. Good in every season (summer -winter). The rooms are spacious, all have sea view. The owners are nice people, very friendly and can communicate well in English. Breakfast is nice too. Nice place for families and all types of tourists. Close to the supermarkets.

We were satisfied. The room has a fridge, TV, hairdryer and air conditioning. Very good value for not much money.

Building and rooms are old but clean. Don't expect too much. Location is very good and you can walk to everywhere. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Compared to hotels I have been to in Samos and Lesvos, they had the best wifi connection.

This clean hotel is centrally located and close to major attraction points. The furniture is old and has to renewed. Although most of the staff is helpful, the lady working in the kitchen during breakfast time on August 17th was extremely rude.

Nice hotel in a very good location next to the port of Xios. Friendly staff and nice included breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace with a nice bright sunny view. Recommended!

An exceptionally beautiful hotel on the island of Chios. I visited for a wedding in August 2015 and fell in love with its discreet location, hidden garden and fantastic staff. I could not recommend it more highly.

The hotel is amazing which is a historicak building. The location is great. The rooms are quite clean. The staff is friendly & supportive. The breakfast is quite good, although there were some comments about it. There are three types of eggs. The only thing is that bathroom is a bit small but that is ok. Thank you.

A good place if you want to spend a few days at Chios town. Yoy can go everywhere on foot. It is found in the old part of the town and it's an old mansion converted to a small hotel/ coffee shop. The tastes at the coffee shop and the breakfast are average.

A really conveniently located, cute little boutique hotel. Recently done with a very nice decor. The breakfast area is very nice and it also serves as a cafe for the locals with really nice brunch dishes on offer. It is a pity that the breakfast included in the room rate is quite poor…

The inner garden is very lovely with the pile of birds. It is in the heart of city on the shopping street. The cafe is nice to chill.

Great accomodations perfectly positioned close to the harbour. Probably the best hotel if you come by boat. We stayed the night before taking the boat to Athens at 10pm. The rooms were clean with view over the harbour from the balcony so we could see the boats come and go. Very friendly staff and owner, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its a nice place to stay near the city center..It is recently renovated..If you want something cheap and convenient..If you want to spent more money and need something more comfortable then it is not a good option

Visited Perleas during the "Winter school of Nature" and had an amazing time with my daughter. We learned many things about the trees, the fruit and the vegetables the owners produce for three generations now. We prepared together an amazing tangerine salad desert

Kampos is an amazing area in Chios - this hotel also great! Be careful with the car as the road is quite narrow to get through. Excellent location in the heart of Kampos and very friendly personnel!

In Kambos area, 2 km from Karfas beach, 5-6 km from central Chios port. The hotel is a historic Genoese house. Owners are involved. We didn't miss a thing while we were there. The hotel is in a quiet place with a lot of wind. But the rooms are clean and daily cleaning is done. There is a paid breakfast, but I haven't tried it.

Disadvantages: Although this accommodation is located literally in the middle of the orange and mandarin trees, it has constant noise from the main road that passes above. Traditional complex of rooms for rent, with a lot friendly service and low prices. The owners are extremely helpful and facilitate you in everything you ask for.

Minimalistic interior design. A view of the port in some of the rooms and a balcony that goes around the building. It is clean and neat but feels slightly cold. The rooms are equipped with a kettle and cups for coffee or tea. There is a small fridge without any products inside and the service is typical "motel", while one can arrange for excursions, boat tickets and car rental directly at the reception...

An excellent base for our exploration of Chios. The room was excellent and the the full travel agent service at the front desk was superb - very easy to book tickets to visit Çeşme and Erythrae in neighbouring Turkey. Free bicycles were great but did need a bit of maintenance. Scooter or car hire also available. Extremely easy access from the ferry - it's right there!

Excellent location opposite the port. My room was very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly and hospitable.My only criticism is that, for the price, water, tea/coffee/sugar are only provided for the first nights stay.
