Loved this hotel. Everything top drawer and all fine details addressed. A 5 minute walk into town. Very good breakfast and kind staff. Loved our room - executive poolside. Rooms were very well equipped. Only downside was an absence of more ingredients hot water but small issue overall. A little busy noise from the road but not really avoidable. Highly recommend.

we loved the spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were super comfortable. The pool chairs were very relaxing. The complex was super clean and well maintained at all times. Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants. It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets.

This is a beautiful property on the exterior. The room we stayed in was dark, the lights we insufficient, or alarmingly bright. The shower was so small you had to become friends with the shower curtain. Front desk staff seamed irritated at our questions. Did not accept credit cards. The rooms were clean.

Great location, very comfortable room and close to the bus terminal to get around the island. The pool area has been updated since some of the older pictures online, but still relatively good! Fridge is restocked with small cakes, juices and water each morning! There is also an area to leave your bags of check out is before plane/boat

Very nice boutique hotel in Santorini. I found it reasonably priced and service was awesome. You get breakfast daily served in your room. The quantity is sufficient for 2 people. We have had a very nice stay in Castello-Santorini. The room was nice, good airconditioning and a nice balcony with sea view. The swimming pool was also nice. They are super friendly!! There is a shuttle service from the hotel that brings you to the city which was very convenient! Good place to stay if you are planning to visit Santorini.

Good central location. Close to coffee shops and main square. Large apartment with 3 beds, table and kitchen. Hosts were very kind - helped us get from port at night and delivered treats to our room. Spent a part of our honeymoon here and it was perfect. I would stay for the view alone. We stayed in the suite just off the pool no complaints. The breakfast is cooked to order and drinks can be ordered from reception. The staff are very nice and helpful. My only gripes were the reception isn’t open all day just morning and evening and it was a little hard to find. But overall top drawer place to stay

We stayed 3 nights, 2 in the passion suite - recommend it, it’s one of the bigger ones on the upper level so you have a nice view from the lounge chairs. One night in the love suite - it was huge! Frieda runs the hotel and she is a firecracker!! She made us breakfast when we wanted in the morning. She arranged a car to pick us from the airport (by emailing them- very responsive) and back to the airport. Dimitris is a great host and you will feel very welcomed here. The place is very cozy, clean, with nice view and even a small pool. It is 10 minutes walk from the city center of Fira. So if you are not into noise and crowded places, this is a great place to stay in Santorini.
