Staff were super helpful and very responsive to my messages! Location was great - walking distance to the main street and close to the bus terminal for trips to the airport and Oia. It was nice but I'd call it more like a luxury motel than a hotel because of the way its set up. Its pretty nice the beds are comfortable enough but you're usually just out and about so it's not a big deal.

Price / value is amazing. Nice rooms, good view and friendly staff. I would always visit this hotel again. Don‘t expect too much from the breakfast - it is only average, no fruits and only light bread offered. After 2 mornings we had breakfast somewhere else.

Everything was great! We stayed in the family suite, which was very clean and spacious. The hotel is in a really convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the Central Square. This is a beautiful property on the exterior. The room we stayed in was dark, the lights we insufficient, or alarmingly bright. Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants. It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets.

A lovely 4 Star hotel. Rooms clean fresh with balconies overlooking the pool. The staff friendly and helpful. Location to the town centre a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast and I’m fussy was.good. It was a great start to our island hopping trip and I would recommend and stay again.

Rooms were a bit small but very nice modern and clean. Great view from across the street. Great B-fast provided. Can walk to town and restaurants.

My family and I stayed at Santorini Palace for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is quite spectacular, as it’s located just 10-15 minutes away from a main square filled with many different restaurants, bakeries, and shops. One of the best hotels we stayed in! Excellent service, staff were very helpful and supportive. They upgraded our room and offered sparkling rose as soon as they knew we were on honeymoon! Pool is not to be missed. Definitely worth the stay!

Friendly staff, breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Rooms were clean and comfortable, room and pool towels were a little tatty early in our stay but seemed to be replaced with new later on. Location was up a steep hill, fine for us but may not suit everyone.

The hotel is clean, the room was spacious, staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical, the views are amazing with a great sunset view steps away and the church of the three bells is just a few steps from the front of the hotel. Be aware the streets are very steep for walking but the car services and taxis are amazing.

Our room was excellent, with a terrace facing water, very comfortable bed, bathroom was well equipped/set up. Food was very good, breakfast was copious with outdoor eating options. Quirky setup of the hotel made it special and fun. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, really felt like a palace when you first enter inside. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with planning our visits nearby and also helped in booking some tours. The room was very spacious and well cleaned. The pool was also very good with the view of the ocean.

Exceptional hotel, perfect location for exploring everything Santorini has to offer, breakfast amazing all staff very friendly and accommodating to every need.
