Staffs are pretty friendly and introduced me a lot of sites on the island. The bed is super good, even better than some caldera view hotels.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the facilities were nice and very clean, I unfortunately had a terrible experience with the customer service. One of the female staff members was extremely racist, had a very bad attitude, and was quite stubborn. She insisted that we should pay for every time we wanted water in our room. I visited this hotel a week ago and had top notch services. I want to thank Niko -our concierge who was exceptional, professional and available to ensure our stay was wonderful. We had our rooms cleaned twice a day 🤗 Fresh towels and bath Robes available. This place deserves a 5 Star and more. Our stay was pleasant and it felt like home away from home. Fabulous central location with stunning views of the Caldera. The hotel room itself was very quaint and to a very high standard. Nice having your private jacuzzi. truly outstanding breakfast. We stayed in the Petra villa during our stay in Santorini. There were 6 of us, two couples, two singles. The customer service is out of this world, just caring and going above and beyond. We loved our stay in the Cave Villa at Amor! It was luxurious, private and so relaxing. We rented a car and, thanks to the resort's central location, we could get anywhere on the island (Oia, Fira, Kamari, etc.) in less than 15 minutes. Kleopatra was our concierge and such a great help! A great little oasis away from the busy- ness of Fira! A 20 minute walk to Fira but we ended up asking the manager Stelios to book us a car rental.
