One of the most memorable travels ever in Santorini. The view, the warmth and friendliness of the staff! Shout out to Andreas, one of the most hardest working and accommodating persons ever… as was all of the staff and crew. 5 days here was magical… the breakfasts were one of the most amazing experiences… to sit facing the Aegean sea while being served each morning based on your preferences… every detail managed with care. Lovely rooms, ours overlooking the sea with a shared balcony. Many steps to the reception and small pool but the view can't be beat. Very accommodating staff.

From the early check-in, to the recommendations and Kelly giving us her number if we need her. We felt instantly at ease and taken care of. Andreas carried my bags to our room, he wouldn’t take no for an answer. The daily breakfast (food and view) was phenomenal. The room was clean and cleaned daily. Any questions were promptly answered by Kelly.

Great location to explore the island and restaurants and shops were right at our back door.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Mill Houses New Elegant Suites in Santorini was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of for us. The staff went above and beyond, so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served right on our balcony, overlooking the caldera, it truly felt like a dream. The rooms and property were spotless, and every detail made our stay so relaxing and unforgettable. Having the private jetted tub on our balcony was such a treat, and we also loved spending time at the shared pool.

There are quite a few stairs to get down to the property, but the views are absolutely worth it, and the amazing staff carried our bags up and down for us, which made everything so easy.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Mill Houses New Elegant Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. We can’t wait to come back!

First class service from day one. Kelly and crew were extremely welcoming and accomodating. All of the staff including cleaners, management and maintenance are amazing! From bag delivery, arranging car hire and day trips, nothing was a problem. We enjoyed daily breakfast by the pool and sunsets in the jetted tub all while being in awe of the jaw dropping view. Plenty of restaurants a short stroll away for twilight dinners. Mill Houses is a fantastic place to relax and rejuvenate. We stayed for a week … wished it could have been longer. Truly amazing staff and destination. Just magical!

Our experience with this hotel was great, they have a very caring and professional staff that do their best to make your time special. We started in another hotel we didn't like so we called them directly for booking, the hotel manager (Kelly) did everything she could to compensate us for the time we lost at the first hotel though it wasn't their fault, they upgraded our room to a studio with jacuzzi, they worked fast to give us a very early check-in so we don't lose a single hour outside the hotel, and they provided all the means of comfort we needed to spend a wonderful night at this beautiful hotel with a great view of the Caldera. It's very important to have a caring staff at the hotel, this makes an unbelievable difference during your stay, special thanks to Kelly and her team... We'll definitely come back again in future trips.

This was my worst stay in Greece trip. Hotel is located under a restaurant which plays very loud music until midnight!! The sound proof is no existence, you can hear all the music and can’t sleep at all. There is no reception post 22 as well, so no service nothing can be done with the loud music. Location is close to the church in Fira but far away from bus station (15 min walk). Reception is also far from the room, 10 min walk.

But besides that, good views from the room and Kelly at reception is friendly. And variety range of breakfast offered.

We stayed here for our babymoon getaway and we were NOT disappointed - from the moment our transfer pulled up to the entrance, one of the staff were ready to help with our bags and the view as we walked down to the suites was INCREDIBLE ✨️ The service, location and rooms all deserve 5 stars as this place is literally paradise

This is an incredible place to stay with great service (Andres was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed), amazing views from right outside of the rooms, and a full breakfast served while looking out at the view of the sea and islands. 100% recommend it. Right by a bunch of food with great views during sunset as well as a close walk to Fira for shopping and cheap bus transportation to the main places you would want to go on the island.
