Have had a marvellous time with my wife and friends, the meals in all the restaurants first class with service, all the staff and cleaners were fantastic and very helpful and kind. Lots for families to do with great pools that are heated lots of things for the kids to do and great for couples, beach is nice and plenty of sunbeds sea is has stones as you enter with beach service highly recommend

Great ultra all inclusive hotel, set into the hillside above a private beach. Great choice of restaurants (6) and bars. Each restaurant has a different cuisine, and between them, they have a selection of around 300 wines. Staff are amazingly attentive and helpful. Generally very nice hotel with beautiful rooms (lux ones and loft). In the evening there is no hot water. The beverages that are mixed with clean water as coffee example they are salty because of the "poor" filtration.. Only it needs better handling to show its beauty. It's perfect for families and the fact that it is in front of the beach is superb! The pool is not as big as in photos.

The hotel is perfect for families and the food is amazing in the hotel. Plenty of choices are offered on daily basis and varieties of different Greek food. The beach is right next to the hotel, very spacious and safe for small children to play all day. On the other hand, there is no cleaning service in the hotel and on the beach and the staff is very slow and not very helpful.

Staff is polite and friendly. The food is very delicious .The place is wonderful. Only one can disturb you - the smell of sewage.

I was there last year and I loved it. There are just a few problems but they are small. There's only one gift shop and you have to drive or walk 2 km to the nearest market or shop. The other problem is that the beach has algae, but thatt can be solved. Other than that I had a great time, at night it was very beautiful, you could lay on a hammock and watch the sea and the stars. What a fantastic holiday here. Just home and missing being here already. Instantly relaxed on arrival as it has a very chilled out aura. Fabulous Family who run this hotel and make you feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and excellent service given. I recommend hiring a car and seeing more of this beautiful area

We stayed from 9 to 16 September and we were very happy about it! We had a comfortable room with sea view. The hotel has a beautiful calm beach where you can relax and also a swimming pool where you can enjoy drinks and chill. Hotel with a special architecture, beautiful sea view, quite close to the beach, very fresh and tasty food (but there are no soups at all on the menu), clean rooms but need small furniture upgrades and bathroom repairs. We had a double room with a sea view. The room is large enough and the view is wow!!! We could stay there the whole day. The pool area is just amazing with modern atmosphere and laid back environment. The restaurant has beautiful views during the sunset again-wow!! The staff is very attentive and happy. 3rd time at this family hotel and it gets better and better each year. Everything is well organized in this place. We have been traveling to a lot of all inclusive hotels but this ticks all the boxes. Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing views towards the bay. if the rate was not 200 euros but 50 euros per night, bed & breakfast, it'd be 5 stars. but when you get 200 euros, you must provide a real sea view instead of a room facing the sea without a view (as seen in the photos). when you get 200 euros for bed & breakfast, you have to serve a very good breakfast, at least you have to serve olives (especially in Greece), a better feta cheese and something more...

We had a team building to celebrate 20th anniversary of our company Freeline Ltd. They accommodated 33 people very quickly. Everything was great. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Mixed feelings - some of the houses are great and close to the beach which is also very nice, but most of them are far away (need to cross a road and go up on a hill). Our booking experience was shady as they couldn’t offer us a house at the location specified in the reservation but only a one far away. Very comfortable houses equipped with everything necessary. Close to a nice sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice beach bar serving snacks and refreshments. Good restaurant nearby. Ideal for families with kids who want to stay away from crowded places.

The experience was amazing. My children had a great time playing at the beach and after going to the park till late at night. The hotels where great and had a nice old greek vibe to them. the beach was AMAZING the water was clean and right beside was the beach bar that had really good food and right above was this restaurant called Elia that had amazing sea food. 100% recommend this.

Nice staff, clean rooms, towels and bed sheets are changed at 2-3 days or sooner on request. A big plus is the private pool which is amazingly well been taken care of. Sunbeds are free and you can enjoy food and drinks from the pool bar where the service is quick and good. The best location, with the sea 30m from your room. The shade is provided by olive and palm trees that grow on premise. Akti Liakada Hotel is a wonderful place to stay! Perfectly situated between the first and second legs of Halkidiki you have access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beaches (2 minutes walking distance). The owners, Dora and Danny, are incredibly friendly and run a clean establishment. They have great suggestions for where to go and what to do, and their homemade cooking is delicious...

Very nice place, very clean, great hosts, real value for the money. The breakfast was good considering the price of the stay, no one should expect open table for that price.

The atmosphere was really nice, the guests followed the hotel rules, it was quiet and in general we had a pleasant stay.

The rooms and facilities are perfect the pool area and seats are very comfy. From breakfast you can see the sea and the owner does not interve but always helpful if you ask for something. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes and town around 15 minutes but all the food we ate was fine. Cocktails and drinks round the pool area are reasonably priced and the value for money would be hard to match

For this price, you are getting an absolute bargain. Talking about value for money. Polite hosts ( we got e bottle of home made wine on check in), decent facility, great great views from the first floor (all rooms faces the sea). Missed the protection net for the mosquitoes and sunbads on the beach ( no hotel on that beach has ones though). Recommended!

Nice place and very quiet, one can really rest very well here. Beach is suitable for children, The owners are like family with you from the first day you arrive - they offer free fruits, tzatziki, water, vegetables bio from their garden and also White wine. We will surelly come back. Very pleasant hollyday here.

Clean rooms, nice location inside the village, with free parking space and reasonable prices. The hotel rooms could use minor renovations since the refrigerator was way too loud and the furniture kind of old. All things considered a great choice, great value for money.
