A nice place to stay for many people. The living room and patio are perfect to have cozy hangout with your people. The tiny pool on the roof is suitable for sitting in the water to cool down, but the view from the surrounding could be more protected.

Great location and great view of the back side of the caldera! Both inside and outside the villa is characterized by a special and unique architecture! It provides a quiet stay for the visitor as it is at a safe distance from the center of Fira! At the same time, you can easily move to Imerovigli on foot! Congratulations to the owners!

Fantastic hotel! If you can swing a room with a balcony please get it! My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and while there was initially a mix up with the room, they more than compensated for the mistake by upgrading us above the room that we originally booked. Malteza Villa is in a fantastic location in Santorini. It is set in the heart of Imerovigli which is a great area to base yourself. Excellent place to have a relaxing holiday

Loved this little hidden gem in Imerovogli! Breakfast was not only awesome, but they bring it to you each day. We opened our doors in the morning and watched sunrise, literally from the comfort of our bed! The one thing to know here is there's about a 10 minutes hike up a steep hill to get to the main part of town.

You get lots of space and close to Fira and Oia (and a few minutes walk away from the lovely area of Imerovagali). The major downside is that you have to walk along a narrow road to get to the bus stop or Imerovagali (even to go to the market) and there is no shortcut off of the road, so you can get run over by all the buses, ATVs, and cars rushing by!
