The current location on the map has the hotel right in downtown Imergovili which is not correct. It is past downtown towards Oia. This was as of 5/28/14. Bus works okay but we found renting a car made out stay much easier.

We stayed there last.month, they had just opened for the season. We loved our stay there! Very good location and Maria is a great host. We preferred this location over other more crowded locations . The view from the back of the building is one of the best and you can enjoy the sunrise right from your door. All places are easily accessible with the bus stop right in front. The room service every day is efficient.

Our stay at this awesome little apartment complex was great! Arrange for the 25Euro transfer from the airport, you won't regret it. This hotel is high on the cliffs, with a great view, nice little café that provided the complimentary breakfast, and is walking distance to Firo and many other tourist and private areas to see. My wife and I stayed at Phaos for our honeymoon in September and absolutely loved this place! The owner and his family made us feel right at home with a true Greek hospitality. We stay at Phaos from 15 to 17 October. It was really nice and the manager was very helpful with some recommendations. The view from the room was wonderful, especially for the sunrise. Great apartment. Lovely views. We enjoyed walk to the town with glimpses of sea on way down. Also short walk up to friendly restaurants where we could take the wheelchair inside. Santorini is a beautiful island. Wonderful for the wedding. We hired a car with driver to take us to the beaches.

My wife and I came here summer of 2015 when the place was new. There was no hot tub then, but the place was fantastic! Great views & walking distance to the main town(20 minutes). At the time, we were given a cell phone in case we needed anything. There are 2 rooms & we stayed in the one furthest away from the entrance. It had the better views. Gorgeous suite in Imerovigli with astonishing view of the volcano and Skaros Rock. The host was great and he told us everything we need to know about Santorini. The hot tub above the suite is amazing especially during Sunset. Overall a very satisfactory and enjoyable stay.

We were very well looked after by the friendly staff. The hotel is quite small but has a pool deck and a bar. Rooms are spread over four or five levels, some have their own pool but all have a fantastic view of the famous Santorini Sunset. A tasty breakfast is served on your terrace each morning. Fira is a 25 minute walk, Oia about 2 hours and 20 minutes but well worth the walk if you can manage it
