The water was colder than I had expected, but I have been told it’s typical for the island (plus we went late September so temperatures were only 26c) and once you are in the pool, it’s comfortable! The breakfast was yummy & satisfying

I had an amazing massage in the spa too! Our room had its own private pool which was gorgeous and peaceful

The private jacuzzi is a great experience. The terrace is huge, the room is very spacious and the bathroom looks much better in reality than in the pictures. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights in September 2017 and loved it! They were super friendly and very helpful, it was great to have someone to help us organize our rentals, transport and ferry out to Naxos

Elena the owner was excellent to work with from the first day I emailed her about our upcoming stay, we exchanged email for 2 months about different things she was always quick with her responses

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The views are incredible and the hotel is close to several great restaurants (including their own). I recommend having breakfast outside there at least once!

George, the Villa concierge was amazing!! The views were the best on the island by far. Breakfast was amazing and provided us with enough nourishment that we only snacked mid afternoon

They picked us up from the airport, the porters were waiting to take our bags (you need someone to carry your bags!) we were greeted by the manager Constantinos. He could not have been nicer or more welcoming

Absolutely stunning! I’m so sad to be back, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in the deluxe pool room, I would say it’s more of a hot tub. The rooms are beautiful and so clean

They answered all our questions and suggested their local favorites from restaurants with delicious Greek food for incredible cheap prices to hikes and wineries that are not to be found front page, but are equally if not even better with such an attention to details

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is beautiful, the food is exactly as you would expect, the Technogym fitness centre brilliant, but it is the staff who make this place truly exceptional

They could not have made more of an effort and I wish I could have stayed longer. The only thing I could find fault with was the lack of facilities to change and shower if you stay longer after check out

The suites are beautiful and you have a whole patio and hot tub to your own. My only constructive feedback is that I’d love if the restaurant had more Greek dishes. Anna was especially kind and helpful

The suite comes with its own Loungers so can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the area in private. The breakfasts are lovely, you can have as much as you like and there’s lots on offer and something to suit everyone

The pedestrian walkways that take you around town are literally directly in front of the outdoor/pool areas of private rooms. May not be an issue for some, but for me I wanted more privacy

It is such a beautiful hike with magical views, after the hike, they offer breakfast at one of Andronis properties, we had ours at Andronis Arcadia which is also a beautiful place and has wider variety of food

My favourite place in imerovigli, i did visit frequently the bar with beautiful views and well polished. The guys at the bar were so nice we enjoyed every visit in there.

Great, great views! Room was nice with its own private hot tub. While it looks like most rooms have their own hot tub, the path to get to other's rooms leads passed them

Amazing loxurious 5 stars hotel, good services and amazing view which is the best in santorini. Only jacuzzi are not so good can be more luxurious.

Only downside, if you do not or cannot do steps, this is probably not the place for you (although most places Cliffside probably are not for you)

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A little out of the way so we hired a car while we were there and go out and about. It was out of season so a lot of places were closed for winter

We couldn't use the pool and the restaurant was closed. Outside of that the staff were brilliant and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. We would stay again and we highly recommend it

The hotel is lovely but we were there in mid November and were not able to enjoy the hotel to it's fullest as everything was shut down and the pools were all too cold to enjoy

The hotel has an amazing view and beautiful pools. Each room has its own small soaking type pool that we did not utilize because it was cold and windy. The place really felt shuttered so not as enjoyable

The sunset views from the main pool were so stunning, but it got extremely busy and crowded with people visiting the restaurant or just taking photos

The restaurant is a once in a lifetime experience, expensive of course but we knew what we were getting into and we were not disappointed! I highly recommend it if you want to try something exclusive but keep in mind that it's a whole experience!

My fiance Jessica and I were fortunate to stay for one night. We would have stayed more however as I now understand why,they were fully booked. The views and the accommodation were outstanding,especially at sunset

We were upgraded to a deluxe suite, which was extremely spacious, with great views from the balcony where you could have your breakfast, a large and strong shower room and comfy bed! The hospitality was 10/10! With really friendly staff who couldn’t do more for you

When I walked down the first few steps and saw our view I was blown away, it’s located in the most idillic place, about 25 minutes walk from Fira (the main town) and in the quiet area of Imerovigli

Overall we’d highly recommend a stay here and will be telling all of our friends to go! Thanks so much

What can I say? We could see the sunrise over the sea in the morning from our patio, then we could go to the pool/bar area to enjoy the sunset. wow! Breathtaking! The staff were all welcoming and super helpful

The location is such that one can get to Fira for shopping and dinner by the sea or go to Oia to take photos of the famed blue domed Churches and more shopping

It's a great mix of serenity and if desired a more energetic vibe. The space was wonderful too, bed, bathroom, medium sized "living room" just inside the door

The room we got was disappointing, the cleanliness was also not at a high level, for example the coffee cups and the kettle were dirty and had stains and it was necessary to ask for a replacement, the drawers were dusty and dirty and it seems that they are not cleaned well
