The staff is extremely rude and lacks knowledge. I left my stuff at the beach around 9.30 am to go up to the breakfast. The beach was without any staff till 9am. My belongings were removed without my consent while I was having breakfast at the hotel! Instead of apologizing, the manager decided to yell at us and cause a scene. There is nothing close to luxury at this hotel. The stairs to the beach are horrible. They even refrain from cleaning the sand on the stairs. Wifi is also terrible. Don’t think about doing work here.

We walked in to ask about room reservations and were immediately impressed by the receptionist — professional, welcoming, and truly kind. It gave us a great first impression and made us decide to stay for an aperitivo while enjoying the beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The service at the bar was disappointing. Despite the terrace being nearly empty, the waitstaff seemed uninterested, slow, and visibly bothered by our presence — hardly the hospitality one would expect. The quality of the aperitivo itself was also underwhelming, especially given the setting and expectations created at the front desk. It’s a real shame. With such a lovely location and a fantastic receptionist, this place has great potential — but the bar service seriously needs attention.

Simply amazing, we came back to Mykonos specifically to stay at this property. We'll be back again next year, everything was perfect!

This is a fabulous hotel, great location, beautiful decor and really good quality food. Like its close proximity to Ano Mera which is a small Greek village with traditional restaurants if you want you have a night off from the madness of Mykonos Town. The only downside is the service which a bit slow… painfully slow at times. We complained once after asking for coffee twice in the morning… we had waited quite a while. The waitress then had the cheek to check what time we had placed our order and came back to inform us that we hadn’t been waiting very long! That is not how it is done at a good 5 star property!

Absolutely magical stay in Mykonos! The breathtaking views, elegant decor, and attention to detail made everything perfect. The food was delicious, the cocktails creative and refreshing, and the atmosphere pure bliss. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful, stylish, relaxing place. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has very good food!
The rooms are big and well prices. The drinks are overpriced, better to buy your beers in the mini market around the corner.
Other than that, its fantastic and swimming in this clear watered bay down the stairs is absolutely stunning!

Very nice structure, in boho - wild style. Well-kept furnishings and clean structure.
Poor reception and mediocre management. We arrived at 2 pm for check in (check in could be done from 3 pm) and they gave us the room at 3.20 pm, without even offering us a glass of water while waiting and without a minimum of reception.

Booked a room and got the worse room on the property. The only room without a sea view although the reservation says sea view. I would highly recommend that you not book this property and pay the high fee and be the unlucky person to get there worse room. It would be better if they didn’t rent the room with the parking lot of over 400 a night . Truly disappointing. So basically in my opinion the hotel is trash.
The room design is horrible or make it’s just the room I got which I think shouldn’t be rented. The shower is literally a closet with no window or ventilation. The same for the toilet. So it get steamy and stinky quickly.
The sink is also in the room next to the bed. Disgusting

The place it self is very comfortable and cozy
But they are always understaffed so even if they do their best to help you you always have to wait for everything
The gym is always unclean and very small
The room are quite big but have no light blinder so in the morning you have to wake up when sun rise
Furthermore they don’t change linen, bath robe and shampoo every day
